I purchased the C40 Recharge from Volvo of San Francisco and couldn't be happier. Patrick Lindsley was an outstanding sales consultant. From the moment he introduced himself in the sales lot, I knew we would be well taken care of. He has an incredibly friendly and personable demeanor that made us comfortable from car selection, price negotiation (extremely fair and honest pricing!), and our final purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the 2 cars I was considering (C40 Recharge and XC40 Recharge) and helped us make the right decision. Car buying usually makes me tense but my experience with Patrick and the rest of the team was smooth, seamless, and easy. I'd also like to shout out Yakov in the finance department. He had the perfect mix of serious know how with a sense of humor that kept us laughing and the processes moving forward quickly. Kudos to Patrick, Yakov and the team at Volvo San Francisco. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Jacob did a fantastic job of getting us the vehicle we wanted despite the rain and the store business hours. He did this in a honest and professional manner.Initially we saw a car we liked at their dealership from a online Google ad, but the car we wanted to look at was in their warehouse. I called Volvo and Jacob went ahead and pulled the car from the warehouse located elsewhere just to let us look and test drive it with no guarantees we would purchase it and it was at record speed~30 minutes.When we got to their store at S Van Ness, we test drove that vehicle but decided to purchase another vehicle of the same model.During the purchasing, he worked tirelessly even after business hours to get the purchasing completed with the finance manager Yakov- who also worked to get us the car on the same day despite the last minute minor financing issues we had with getting them the down payment.When the purchasing was complete Jacob set the car up for us in the rain after normal business hours and we drove off satisfied.In all it only took a few hours to finance the vehicle and drive off with it.The next day when we went to put in the down payment Jacob spent time to walk through the vehicle with me and teach me the functions of the car despite me not asking for it- this is good.In all, Jacob will go above and beyond to ensure your a satisfied customer.

Buying a car can be very stressful. Everyone wants you to hurry up and buy. Michael German gave me a world class buying experience! Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. I knew what I was looking for and he listened. His communication was outstanding. He always had time to speak with me and kept me updated every step of the way! If you re looking for a stress free buying experience, ask for Michael German! He ll take excellent care of you!!

Best car purchase experience so far. Jacob was direct, honest, and frank, different from many other dealers. Nothing surprised us when we arrived at the store, compared to what we were told via emails earlier.Trading in my old car + buying a new Volvo took around 2.5 hours, the shortest I ve ever had.

I had the best experience at this Volvo Dealership. I had been looking at the XC90 for a couple of months, didn't realize the 2023's were out yet.I had called the San Francisco location, and (lucky me) Jacob answered the phone and I was able to schedule an appointment to view the next day.I have to tell you, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. From test drive, to an inventory check, to purchase - top notch service. Jacob was a pleasure to work with, and Angela was great, with lots of information about the finance side of things. Normally the meeting with the Finance Manager is my least favorite part, not this time :-). Everyone I came in contact with was super great.I walked out with a 2023 XC90 Ultimate Recharge (yeah, Jacob did his job ha!), and love it!Thanks again team at Volvo Cars San Francisco, I appreciate you!

Getting a Volvo SUV has always been a dream of mine. Well, yesterday Michael German and Angela McKeever @ Volvo SF made that happen. Initially, I thought this is still a pipe dream, because I don t need to be dropping $50k on a car, but Michael got me a great deal that I was comfortable with. It was my first weekend of the car hunt. I expected a good two to three months of searching. VW Volvo was probably our fifth or sixth stop in three days. Michael listened, didn't steer me toward anything I wouldn't want. Zeroed me in to the perfect choice. Asked respectful, non-leading questions. I did try to bargain. But he showed me comparables and the price was fair. In turn I was receiving honesty and respect. I think they expect that in return. We picked the car up the following day detailed, tank filled and the time to go over any questions. If we upgrade any other cars I will return here. I recommend you do too.

Jacob was wonderful. I had shopped for a while but still needed some guidance about specific models. He guided me with multiple conversations and I felt supported, not pressured. After talking to another local dealership as well, I went back to SF Volvo because they were incredibly more knowledgeable and I felt empowered to make my own decisions.Oh, and I LOVE the car!

I had the best experience at Volvo San Francisco. I don t think I ve ever experienced a faster purchase at any other dealership, with test driving included, I wasn t there for more than 3 hours at most.During my visit I worked with the sales manager, Jacob. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. After purchasing the vehicle, he described all the features throughly. I would highly recommend visiting Royal Motors Volvo San Francisco when searching for your next vehicle.

We have purchased two cars through Volvo of San Francisco and have always had an incredible experience. Most recently in July, we worked with Jacob to purchase our Volvo XC90 plugin. He was so patient with us as we navigated the plug-in hybrid market, worked with us to identify our needs as a growing family, and pointed out from personal experience his recommendations. Highly recommend going here to buy your Volvo with Jacob! I was recently in the market for a small SUV and test drove a few brands I must say my experience with Jacob is by far the most pleasant and refined of all. He was a very polite, no-pressure, transparent salesman and you can feel it since the test drive! He was very helpful in finding a car that worked for my needs and budget. He was knowledgeable of the car and also took his time to explain the car features after I bought the car. I have been driving a different Volvo from 2020 and still discovered so many new features I haven t learned about before.Angela, the finance manager here, was also super pleasant to work with. She was very friendly and helpful in navigating the process with positivity and reassurance.The whole experience from test driving to closing the deal at this dealership was just delightful! I already recommended Jacob to my friend who is looking to buy a car in the near future.

Very poor service. The salesman didn t introduce himself, came out to show us one car and just left without showing us anything. Looking at the reviews it looks like it s Michael. I was hoping to buy a car in SF but now I have to go to Walnut Creek to buy the Volvo.

I had a great experience buying a car from the Volvo dealership in San Francisco. Jacob and Angela, who assisted me in the process, were of great help and they made the process as smooth as possible. As soon as we talked on the phone, they started taking care of the process. I have been enjoying my new car and am very satisfied. I wish they were able to address the Volvo VIP A plan issue on top of everything.

Our entire experience at Volvo SF was great. Michael was very helpful without any of the pushiness you can sometimes encounter when buying a car. Leasing for the first time, as well as getting an EV for the first time meant we had a lot of questions and he and the team were very helpful in getting us all of the answers we needed without trying to sell us on anything we didn t need or want. Angela in finance was also wonderful to work with and made the whole process very easy. Thank you Volvo SF, we re very excited for our new car.

I had a great experience buying a car from the Volvo dealership in San Francisco. Jacob and Angela, who assisted me in the process, were of great help and they made the process as smooth as possible. They were patient enough to answer all of my questions, stayed with me even after the closing hours and what I appreciated the most: they were not pushy! They are transparent and were not trying to oversell anything. Also, I have been enjoying my new car greatly and am very satisfied with the purchase. I highly recommend this business!

We had a wonderful -experience buying a new car this weekend. I so appreciate the no nonsense and zero hassle energy that is clearly their culture and way of doing business here. Not at all like our experience and many other dealers around the bay. No pressure or weird tactics. No passive aggressiveness or judgement.We loved Jacob our sales associate who was a straight shooter, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We laughed, exchanged anecdotes, and shared photos of our kids. Angela the finance manager was warm and smooth. Again no nonsense and straight forward. They were efficient but didn t make us feel pressed or rushed.Highly recommend working with these guys. They price their cars respectfully with the intent of avoiding awkward negotiations so make sure you are aware of that difference and prepared. I loved it because it made the process much less painful!Thanks again Volvo SF team!

Just bought a new car with the help of salesperson Michael German. He made the process easy and pleasant. We drove up from Monterey based in a recommendation from a friend that the Royal Group was a no-haggle, no hassle experience. It is true! We were exhausted and frustrated by local dealers adding on ridiculously expensive items up to $5k worth that we did not want. Michael and the Royal group did not mess around. It was easy and pleasant. We got great service; a great car; and a great deal.

Dmitrii was amazing - cannot thank him enough! Buying a car is inevitably so much work but he made my car search experience so easy. He was very friendly and pleasant, always prompt with his responses and worked around my availability. He was transparent about cost and car availability even at other dealerships. Most importantly for me, he was NEVER pushy. Ultimately he found me the exact car I wanted - color, trim, and exact options - at an incredible deal that was well below KBB reports!! I m super happy with the car and price. Highly, highly recommend going to Dmitrii if you re looking for a Volvo in the Bay Area!
