All in all I received a great service. From the online appointment scheduling and the service manager who greeted me (Craig), to the video sent to me during the service (which was very informative and a nice touch).One thing I would suggest is to return the car clean. I got my dash a bit dirty and not like I gave it away in the morning of the service.

They had my car for over 5 hours during an appointment for a recall and check engine light. Zero updates throughout the day until I was told they needed to keep the car. Service professional lied straight to my face that the engine light was inconclusive. They hadn t touched the car all day. Completely unprofessional and I don t recommend bringing your car here. I got my car scanned elsewhere and the light was an error in the system, it was reset and never came back. That took all of 2 and 1/2 minutes.

Desperate for a replacement key for my vehicle, Royal Motors was my savior! Their customer service crew are extremely professional and very informed about the vehicles they service. Upon bringing my car in to program the key, the technician took my vehicle and put it up on the rack and did a thorough inspection of my car. That's going above and beyond in my book! Rarely will you walk into a service department and find so many people dedicated and passionate about their job(s). They are very helpful and don't have a problem answer any questions you may have, even ones you think are a bother. The time it took to complete the programing was so much faster then I expected! Everyone wears their masks and they practice social distancing. Respectful to the safety of the community, that they are! There is sanitizer on hand and yes there is wheelchair access. They even have a quaint little seating area for you to wait if you choose. If you own a VW or Audi or a Mazda.. I strongly recommend Royal Motors be your place to get service for your vehicle, in my opinion their the best out there at what they do!

In a world where customer service has given way to faceless, frustrating attempts to reach a human being, I was very pleasantly surprised by my recent experience at VW SF Service. Frank greeted me the moment I drove up, took down the information and once he knew I was going to wait for the car, rushed my service so that I was out of there in one hour! He even provided a phone charger when my phone started to die. Everyone was friendly and actually seemed to enjoy their job....great experience.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Well organized, courteous and responsive. Didn t try to upsell me. Better by far than the two vW service centers I ve tried in SoCal. Aldo was a pleasure to work with.

Great service experience with Aldo and the team here. Brought my car in for the 20K required service and during their close inspection of the car they detected a leak in the cooling system. They quickly communicated this to me and said they would need to keep the car over the weekend. Being that I didn't anticipate leaving the car over the weekend, they helped me arrange a very reasonably priced rental car. They finished the repairs on time and kept me updated along the way.

Got routine maintenance service.Very good customer service, and they did a thorough check on everything I asked. They even shared a video of their inspection of my car. That was unique and made me feel special. Highly recommend.I don't know their prices because my service was pre-bundled.

Oil change and tire rotation took 6.5 hours with an appointment. They kept my car the entire time. No communication from them while my car was in the shop. Won t be going back.

The really extensive warranty on VWs really makes service simple. They are really chill here and helpful. I like the reimbursement for �ber as well. Never any upsell (like at the Mini dealer service that I hated) and no complaints here at all.

Good service. Well organized. Prices are very high however. Asked over $200 for battery replacement in addition to battery. This is done for free in any place like Autozone.

They want $150 to replace a 12v charger fuse. Fuses cost less than $1 on Amazon and it literally takes 30 seconds to plug in a fuse. Thats insane.

Bad service. Did not finish the work in the promised time. Lack of communication between the person who was taking care of our car and the admin people. Did not finish the work as discussed!!!! Not coming back here.

When picking up the car, they delivered it in the middle of the road. The car was dirty with seat, mirror and other settings all changed..
