If you re like 90% of the world, the last time you bragged to your friends and family about the amazing experience you had buying or leasing a car is never. UNLESS you ve worked with Justin at Royal Auto. My family has been leasing cars for over 30 years, bouncing around different dealerships, but I've never encountered someone as patient, honest, and transparent as Justin. My entire family around the country is jealous of our experiences with Justin and my sister now wants to drive over from Nevada just to work with him when she needs a new car. So if you're in the market for a new car seriously do yourself a favor and go see him. Not only does he bend over backwards to ensure you get exactly what you want, but he's also the epitome of honesty and transparency when it comes to pricing and everything else. He ll tell you what the car does, what it doesn t do, what it s amazing at, and what it sucks at. Also, his prices are unbeatable I promise, no one else even comes close. He s totally zero pressure and he genuinely cares about his clients and goes way above and beyond to make sure you're happy. I've done my last three leases with him, and even when I moved away from the area, I made sure to drive (what took us 2 hours in traffic) down to work with him again because, trust me, nobody else can match his prices and quality of customer service. Not only did he drive over an hour and a half to personally deliver a car to me with no additional charge, this poor guy spent hours on end looking for the exact version of the car I wanted, on the phone answering all my questions (sometimes more than once), and at the dealership as I went back and forth on all different colors and features a million times. (I m probably a salesman s worst nightmare TBH). So if you're in the San Francisco area (or really anywhere in driving distance honestly) feel free to test drive elsewhere especially since I know SF can be tough for that, but when it comes time to seal the deal, for the love of god go see Justin. I promise you won't regret it if you do and I also promise you WILL regret it if you don t!

We appreciated that we were not pressured in our process of finding the right car for us. Even though we initially only came in for a test drive and not make a purchase, we were treated like potential customers and shown around. This is unfortunately not standard with all the dealerships but made us comfortable to come back and close a deal.

Azaria Arefayne and Sean were excellent help and pros at customer service! I would highly recommend buying a car here. They quickly arranged a convenient test drive and gave me plenty of time with the car. They thoroughly answered all my questions. I loved that there was no haggling and no high pressure tactics. I wish all dealers were this good.

BEWARE!! If you LOOK like you have money or are a white millennial tech bro, you are fine. I tried to buy a car (cash no financing) and while the salesman was low pressure and fairly straight forward, they really didn t take us seriously and the manager is as sleazy as they come. Justin I believe he s called. He ll be happy to tell you how many properties he owns in multiple states and how many cars. Seriously! A cartoon. They need some training. Wretched experience. Went elsewhere and bought easily and pleasantly same day. It s the little things!!!

Justin and Sean helped me out with a lease on a new Tiguan. They were both incredibly helpful and accommodating. The finances were transparent and they made sure that I understood and felt comfortable along every step of the way. Excellent service and fantastic people.

I gave this place one star because the manager was able to resolve my issue promptly. Otherwise, I would give them a 0 for the poor customer service I received today from Frank. I brought my car in for an oil change and brake check because I had received a flyer in the mail that offered a 15% discount on my next "service or repair." Upon presentation, Frank insisted that this didn't apply to an oil change, and we went around and around about this, until I insisted he get a manager, who was able to resolve it by saying that they would mail me a check for the difference I was asked to pay. Frank was very rude, wouldn't listen to me and is the worst customer service person I have ever met. Although the rest of the company is probably ok, I will not use them again because of the treatment I got from Frank.12/28/23 UPDATE: I wanted to update my review by saying that Darren, the manager, was very helpful at resolving this issue and offered me a discount for the additional service I needed. I had the front brakes done, along with replacing the water pump, which I would not have known about if not for the thorough inspection they did. I found the other people I dealt with very friendly and professional, and have nothing but good things to say about their service department. The only reason they didn't get five stars was because of the poor customer service I originally received from Frank.

My advisor suggested I buy a service plan instead of just paying for that one time. I agreed and asked for a copy of the agreement. He said I would get it by email. I had to email a request again for the agreement and finally got a screen shot of the agreementAs far as the service. It was good. Was given an excuse me free detailing which was great. When I went to pick up my car, I was told it would be right out. I waited ten minutes (and there were others waiting, too) then asked again. Some of the guys behind the service desk were on their phones. Why aren't all hands on deck to get the cars out the door? A service guy quickly got up and fetched the car. If you've read this far, you know the service is basically very good, but not excellent.

The sales team brought the vehicle to the showroom prior to my arrival as I had asked them to when I boarded BART for for my train ride to SF. This helped get things going for me. The sales team lead by Justin was great. Azaria was great to work with as well. The work day was closing in on the team but they pushed through and got me into my new car. Thanks again guys for everything.

The service was very prompt. The Service Advisor, Frank, was very communicative and the time required to complete the service exceeded my expectations. This is my third time having my car serviced from Royal Auto. The experience has been very positive each time.

Everything went just fine on every step of the process. Car was prepared for the appointment. Other cars were shown to me when I decided to check omother ones. Sasha was very patient during the chooing process. Financing process and papers preparation went very smoothly.

Getting progress on the service is really helpful. I was given a time frame on how long the service would take and it was earlier than estimated which was really good. It was a cold day so I waited in the waiting room using the WIFI on my phone and did some work.

New review:I worked with Frank who did a great job - the issue has not been resolved and that is frustrating, but it is an issue with my VW / outside their control and ultimately I feel much better about the quality of my customer service this time. So 5 stars for customer service and fewer stars for VW.Old Review:The recent issues I have had with VW's quality of service has left me very dissatisfied. Despite an ongoing problem lasting six weeks, my case was abruptly closed without resolution. Not only was the issue not fixed, but the lack of communication and apparent disregard for my situation was frustrating. Furthermore, I incurred additional expenses for car rentals and taxis, as no service vehicles were provided, and I have yet to receive any form of reimbursement. This experience has diminished my confidence in VW's commitment to customer service.

I will only bring my VWs to Royal Motors for service. I appreciate how quickly and easy it is to drop my vehicle off for the appointment, and how I'm updated during the repair work so I always know how things are going. The online scheduling tool is a big help and I like that I can itemize the different items I need the repair team to look at.

We spoke with Corbin before coming into the dealer, so by the time we arrived for a test drive, he had the cars ready to go. He was helpful and ready to answer all our questions during the purchasing process and once we decided on our vehicle, he worked quickly to ensure we could leave with our car in a timely manner.

It took 2 weeks for them to fix the dented door. Also the paint color is different from the rest of the car so the car looks very weird now. I also got an increase in fee charges (exceeding the estimate cost) after I dropped off the car. This is a terrible experience.

The majority of the process met expectations however there were exceptions that are noteworthy. First, we were lured in by a car price only to find out that it wasn't authorized and the offer was higher. Second, the detailing of the vehicle after purchase left swirl marks in the paint. Third, we found a water bottle that is not ours under the seat after we brought the vehicle home.

The process went pretty smooth for a long distance purchase. I m still waiting for my title which I m sure is not a n issue with the dealership and the only issue I have with the purchase is that the ambient lighting on the drivers side door does not work. This was probably an oversight by the technician doing the CPO inspection. It would have been nice to have it taken care of before hand as I m going to have to make an appointment to have it fixed. The reason I liked for a CPO is that I would not have headaches fresh out of the gate , so to speak. With that being said, the staff: Chris, Simon and even Yakov were professional and helpful. Communication was excellent and they had a great deal of patience.

Worst auto service ever ! Nothing has been done ! All the issues remain ! I guess they just parked my car for 2 weeks without any actual work done. Didn't fix the problem from the previous repair ! Feels like they just love to mock customers and make fun of them !And VW Tiguan 2021 is a junk that is dangerous to drive !

The service went fine, but I was seeing a message on my instrument panel when I picked up the car that I've never seen before. I called and took the car back to the shop (fortunately it was still open) and they were able to reset it quickly. I'm glad I was relatively close by when I noticed it, so it wasn't a big deal.

The recall repairs for my ID4 took two and a half MONTHS. when I finally received my car the exterior was filthy, like it was parked outside for the full duration of its stay. Truly not satisfied .

This place is under renovation however I was still able to make an appointment with Simon Calimlim. Due to the renovation we met him at Audi Dealership which is across the street. My husband and I have been car shopping for awhile now. We decided to give this place a try due to all the good reviews. The Reviews Doesn t Lie ! He is very friendly, attentive to our needs and patient. Most of All Professional. We were able to get into a new SUV. Hassle free. Working with Simon and this dealership has been a great buying experience. Would definitely recommend them.
