I ve had good luck at other Valvoline locations. Not this one.It s supposed to be a 15 minute oil change and I was next in line. They made me move my car and put two people who got their later in front of me. Overall took an hour of my time The staff also wasn t super professional. One started filling an oil canister from a hose and left it running while walking away. It started overflowing and spilled oil all over the ground. Luckily it wasn t near me car, but it didn t help me trust their services.Oh, and this was just for an oil change. No extra services

I think it is too expensive I have not realized how much they charging me for the oil change I thought I have a discount before and my dealer cost me $55 with 2 free coffee. I can t believe that I pay for rear diff fluid replacement for 119.99 and full synthetic oil for 109.99 and air filter for $268.66But the staff is fast in everything that they are doing but I don t see it because they want me to stay in the car. I admit my car drive fine now

I went for an oil change and they forgot to add the coupon that I had so now I have to wait for 5 days for the coupon amount to refund back to me. And that was ok.But I also did a tire rotation, and I drove home right after. Next morning I found I had a flat tire l m not gonna go back for anything that s for sure

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Valvoline located at 300 7th Street in San Francisco for some car maintenance, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received.From the moment I pulled in, I was warmly greeted by their fantastic team of professionals, which included Bradley, Luis, and Phill, among others. They were all extremely helpful, polite, and attentive to my needs.Not only did I receive a top-notch oil change and tire rotation, but the team also went above and beyond by filling up my washer fluids at no extra cost. This level of service truly reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction.What really stood out to me was their efficiency. The team at Valvoline was fast and made sure my car was taken care of in no time. Additionally, they were kind enough to let me use a coupon at the last moment, which helped me save some money.Overall, my experience at Valvoline on 7th Street in San Francisco was nothing short of amazing. I always drive by this spot and decided to give them a try for a routine oil change. Bradley was my main tech, and Damian assisted. Bradley was extremely kind - and the pair were super efficient. Sometimes navigating car repairs - even routine small tune up s - can feel intimidating - but Bradley instilled trust and helped to offer things I might need without pressuring me to do anything. I was in and out in under 30 minutes - and will definitely will be returning for all my future oil changes!

I came here for my first SF oil change. They let you stay in the car, you just drive up, wait in line, then they go through a predetermined checklist on a large screen right in front of you. The prices are clearly marked and they explain any recommended maintenance and checkups to you before performing them. I wasn t pressured into buying anything and if I decided a suggestion wasn t for me, I was met with no push-back or persuasion. The staff at Valvoline were professional, honest and explained complicated car information to me easily. Beautiful was my main staff interaction and I would recommend her and the service at this Valvoline to all my friends and family.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation the other evening after work. The manager Raymond helped me out along with another associate. They were very helpful in removing and showing me my engine air filter and cabin filter without upselling me on new ones. They also showed me how to reset the oil service light. Service was very friendly, even at the end of the day, when I'm sure the employees are tired and ready to go home. Big O quoted me $140 for JUST the oil change (5.9 Quarts). With the Valvoline Groupon, it was only $125 for the oil change AND tire rotation.

Not exactly sure what happened here but my service here was an absolute disaster. After the oil/filter/air/overall check I drove home getting ready for a long trip I noticed that the tires were severely deflated. Not only that, but I noticed obvious cracks on the passenger side tires (prob due to sun exposure) which required replacement. No heads up from them about that. That's the least I would have expected from them. BUT IT GETS MUCH WORSE: After parking in Reno a couple days later I noticed an oil puddle under the car. It's pretty clear that the oil filter was leaking like a sieve. I was down to <1 pint in the engine. I went to Valvoline in Reno who promptly refused to look at my car due to 'liability' issues and instructed me to drive back to SF to get it fixed. Seriously? That would have ended my engine. I ended up at the car dealership in Reno who could not believe the shoddy job they had done here. The oil filter they used was a completely unknown brand, INCOMPATIBLE with my car. The gasket of the oil filter was CRIMPED OVER which caused a severe leak. A few more miles without oil would have destroyed my engine. Never ever will I come back to do business with this company again. In SF or anywhere else.

Took my daughter s car here for an oil and filter change while I was visiting from out of state as she lives a few blocks away. From the moment we rolled into the bay we were greeted warmly and promptly with an accurate assessment of what the vehicle s MFG recommended service calls for and what needs attention. The guys worked as a team and got us on our way super effectively and efficiently, put a father s mind at ease knowing his daughter s car is safe and performing as it should. Driving away it felt like a different, much smoother driving vehicle. We re fans and highly recommend this shop! Honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable crew over there!

Been coming here for a while either to get an oil change or just to put pressure in my tires. I recently got a temporary card from my bank and my transaction was not going though. Jonathan (I believe that is what his name is) let me Apple Pay him and he paid for the transaction. Appreciate this so much. Thank you. Always been treated good here by the young men working here. :))

Absolutely love this place. Awesome people and have excellent fast service. Favorite part of Valvoline is being able to stay onsite while they work. Prices are fair and transparent. Highly recommend this shop!

Very convenient and they check the brakes. I opted for the full synthetic and cost $103 for everything. They also offered Pennzoil high mileage and other specialty oils like Lucas Oil.

They didn t put air in my tire or fill any brakes windshield or any other fluid or clean the windshield like they use too they did not know what they where doing you need too send a manger in there in a car and see how bad the severs is I want go back and tell everyone for a top price place don t waste your money

Great experience here tonight getting an oil change + tire rotation on a high-mileage Prius. Staff were enthusiastic, efficient, and courteous the entire time. The manager runs a tight crew - smiles all around but quick and professional to get the job done. Got a decent deal with a Groupon. The guys who did the oil change were helpful, friendly, and fast. No appointment needed, they got me right in and out. Would definitely come back again.

Friendly! Really quick and attentive service. Went on a friday in the early afternoon. I was in and out in under 15 min. They also checked other fluids and topped them off. They did offer other services, but I didnt feel any pressure to decide or buy. Used a Groupon and got the synthetic blend service done for $48 + $8 for disposal fee. I've been to other places where the have a video system set up so you to see the service being done under your car. That would give me peace of mind that my filter was being changed, but I still trust this shop. Overall, I would 100% go back to get my oil changed here.Service: Oil change

First time customer and hands down the most incredible service all the way - seep of the oil change under 15min while I sat in my car, customer service was professional and knowledgeable. I had questions about my car and they were able to answer all my questions, no pressure of future repairs.I purchased groupon for $48 synthetic oil change, came in on a Friday at noon and was taken right away. I paid additional $7 in taxes.The smoothes and most efficient service I have experienced....well ever.CC accepted.Service: Oil change

The staff were friendly and helpful. The top side guy identified a small leak that I need to get repaired. I was also given a discount, which I appreciated very much. Overall it was a good experience so I will probably be back.

I was in the neighborhood and thinking of going to a service center out of the norm , while visiting I encountered an extremely pleasant guy I think Raymond helped me and he let me know all the options for my vehicle it was quick , friendly staff checked tire pressure and an overall great experience price point wasn t bad and I ll definitely be back !!!Thank you !Services: Tires, Oil change

Quick, efficient, thorough, honest & demonstrates their knowledge & professionalism from the moment they start. I would say they are a lil pricy, but overall I would gladly return when my next oil change is due... I left feeling reassured & at ease. They also checked my tire pressure, and all my fluids ... Bad experience... My last i was told my car was leaking a lil oil. But b4 that my car never leaked oil. Went to a tire place after where they raised up my car called me over to view what they saw and I couldn't believe my eyes. I had oil dripping all down the front and underneath my car. I immediately called to speak to the manager but instead I got the staff laughing and passing the phone around posing as the manager.. Never got to address the issue.. Terrible professionalism and no accountability on the staff's negligence.

Told me my battery was dead and asked $300 to replace. Declined and tested battery later perfectly fine. Was great as Oil Can Henry s. What a shame new ownership are crooks! Think my guy had Covid to add insult to injury.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
