Drive through oil change, and you don't even need to get out of your car! The staff were all very nice, getting information about you and your car and offering services. They do upsell you, but aren't super pushy about it. The manager there was very patient with his mechanics, many of whom seemed to be in training or at least still learning on the job. He was very patient with them, and all the crew seemed to work together and communicate well.Prices are pretty standard for the city, which is slightly expensive, but given the service and convenience, I would come back.

Brian and his crew are fantastic! The place was packed (Saturday afternoon) and I thought for sure I was going to wait an hour but I was done in about 35 minutes. They are very thorough and efficient. You stay in your car which I like too. The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommended!

My transmission was acting a bit wonky, so I took my car here for transmission service, and they fixed the issues! I'm a big fan of this place as it's well-managed, has friendly employees and performs quality work.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and was in and out in about 25 minutes. Full synthetic oil with a coupon I found on their Yelp page made the price comparable to my old auto shop that closed, and about $25 less than a nearby chain. The team was friendly and answered my questions, and did not pressure me on upsells. For the price and service, I highly recommend this Valvoline.

Power shut down after waiting 45 minutes for an oil change.Came to have my transmission fluid changed after calling and being told they do it for my model of car. in person they don t do my car year because of a certain valve not being available to reach. DEFINITELY should know what you re telling customers on the phone before sending them to get something you DONT offer on that make or model of car.

I came in right before closing (i apologize for that again) & asked for an oil w/ filter change, tire rotation, engine air filter replacement & a basic inspection! All of that cost me only $162!!! Jaguars are known for requiring a lot of oil. My car takes 5w30 full synthetic, which is kinda pricy at other shops. This location is super affordable. You're looking to get basic maintenance done at a fraction of the cost!

Courteous, professional, straightforward. Coordinated shop. My associate Joseph was awesome, pleasant and a cool dude.To the 1-star reviewer wanting transmission oil change....YES many makes it is sealed. But you took to your mechanic and you reference an OIL change. Engine vs. transmission....think about it.

My favorite oil change place in the Sunset. Super easy drive-through experience. They guide you through everything on a nice easy to read monitor. They don't try to push any unwanted services, just what you need. Sonya was super friendly and professional. They show you the oil level, your new filter everything. In and out in 10 minutes (and they are open on Sundays!). Best i can describe this: red carpet service. Not going anywhere else now that I found this gem.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The staff is good and friendly. give you a lot of info. they got me in and out seriously 15 minutes, no joke! They give discounts if your an Uber driver!

Extremely friendly and quick service. They never tried to upsell me on anything and were quick to move on when I expressed I wasn't interested in a service or product. They also happily answered all the questions I had.I also went to a valvoline up in Seattle and had the same experience, so the quality seems consistent between different locations

The service was excellent! They did a great job with diagnostics on my sister's vehicle. They recommended certain services for the maintenance of her car. We were in and out in about an hour. The technician really took his time to explain every aspect of my sister's car maintenance . It was kinda cool how we didn't have to leave the car while they were changing the oil.

I love this place. You get an instant oil change and lots of other options to fixing your car while never getting out of your car. So fast, such nice people and prices are worth it all.

They do a great job at Valvoline. Brian and Julio were helpful with their suggestions (coolant almost empty and air filter needed replacing) and were friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Drove up, straight into a bay, oil changed, thorough examination off checklist, explained what might need to be done in the near future and all done and out in about 15-20 mins! Guys were very professional and personable. Such a good experience that I came back with my wife's car hours later for another oil change. I'll be back again! Today I had a bad experience, I used to like coming here and I always recommended but after today all I can say is save your time and money and go somewhere else. Specially if you are using groupon.I like using groupon to come here.

Best oil change place ever. Hands down. Outstanding unparalled customer service. Honest, so if you are not a gear head you can trust they won't tell you bs just to bump the invoice. I've gone to two locations and same excellent experience. Won't go anywhere else. Plus each time i had a discount coupon from them or groupon.

Went in for a battery replacement. After spending about 30 minutes there, they canceled my payment, told me they could not perform the battery replacement, and then sent me on my way.When I asked for an explanation, the manager just directed me to visit the mechanic across the street. They also can't flush a transmission if it's "sealed". Nice people, but this place sucks!Services: Transmission, Battery
