i wanted to upgrade my stock radio on my 2004 honda pilot. I had already bought an aftermarket stereo just needed a place to install it. After calling several places i decided to call Twin brothers. I went there and to my surprise they had tons of stereo parts. Told them the problem, they new exactly what to do. They explained how to work the stereo. walked out 40 mins later with a brand new working stereo. i will be going back to get an alarm installed.

Great experience! Back window of my Prius got smashed in and I was able to swing by the next day for service to replace. Took less than 30 minutes, they vacuumed the broken glass, and price was the best estimate I got by far. The man who helped me was so kind and funny too. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible, terrible tint and glass repair. Every aspect of my experience was terrible. I took my truck in for glass replacement and tint. He literally cut a 6" by 12" square in the right corner, and didn't say a word until I'd driven off. Needless to say, I'd never seen such a bad job from a "tint" place!! So, I took it back and guess what? Not only was the tint worse the second time they attempted to tint my truck (see picture with bubbles) but he broke my rear view mirror! Two days later I had to drive back AGAIN for the third time, and he refused to give me a refund to cover the cost of getting it fixed at a real tint shop. Instead, he only refunded me $100, so I'll be out of pocket to have this fiasco resolved. Trust me, DONT GO TO THIS TERRIBLE "tint" SHOP. They are rude, and do the most terrible work I've ever seen.

Quick and inexpensive. Back window was smashed. I called around 10:30, got an appointment for 1, everything was done by 2:30. $190 including tax. Would recommend!

I had my drivers side rear window smashed overnight. I called and drove in the next morning and I had it replaced for $160 and it took 1.5 hours. Victor seems like a nice guy and gave some good advice to hopefully prevent a repeat incident.

Well, I can say they did a decent job on tinting my vehicle, however, I felt that the customer service experience could have been better. I also had them install the wires for a sub and amp Which cost $135...not bad. The sub and amp I bought from them on the other hand were severely over priced, so be careful! I didn't understand how they made me pay an additional $30 just to tune the sub, you would think that was standard especially if tint and sound system installation was done. Would I suggest to a friend, no. Would I go there again, no. It's too bad because I just bought a new car and wanted the same done for this one...

They are very rude, disrespectful and they're basically like a thief ( I saw him charging someone with a card and asked me to bring cash because the card reader wasn't working which was weird). Additionally they told me to wait for 30 minutes while I was done with my car for them to fix other car.

Firm on their prices!Before you agree on doing the tint; the owner guarantees their work will be done correctly or they will fix it ... If you complain after the work is completed, he will tell you that in 4 days the tint will finish setting (cure) and will look better after 4 days.. after the 4 days past, the tint still never corrected it's self and the owner tries to convince you that the tint looks good?? Ummm can you fix this error please? I don't want to debate about your mistakes

I called this guy on Monday morning to get a quote for a windshield. Fisrt, he gave me a price. Then when I took the vehicle to his shop, he was unsure what type of windshield. Afterwards he called with a price almost double of what he has quoted me.He said come in on Tuesday at 9 am. I arrived today at 9 am, and the winshield was not available. Then he said, it will arrive at noon. I will call you at noon, never did. Up to now, am still waiting for his call. This guy knows how to rip off people. Very irresponsible .I do not recommend this service to anyone.I took my vehicle to Auto Glass Now, and 50% cheaper. Do not visit this guy, Victor. He is a con artist.I paid him 20.00 dollars up front for the windshield, and never return it. Thief........

Got me in for a same day appointment and fixed my glass after vandals had shattered my front driver's side window. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain to me the warranty for labor and materials.

Walked in for car window replacement, took 20 minutes, and they even vacuumed up the old broken glass! Charged me less than what everyone else was quoting. Staff was super friendly. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!

I went in for a full tint on my '17 STI and the guys in the shop were very helpful deciding which darkness options to choose. The install took a bit longer than they promised but they continued to work on it even after the normal shop hours were done and kept me in the loop the whole time.

I bought a third party bluetooth stereo extension online and went to Twin Brothers to have it installed. The guys there were all very personable and even talked out the details of how and where I wanted it installed (location of microphone etc.). They did an awesome job and it was done very quickly, and now my old Prius has crystal clear bluetooth capabilities. Very happy customer, will be back again for any more work I need done. Ask to talk to Prince, he's an honest upfront guy.

Personally . wasted my money . wrinkles .debris left behind .the effort he put in to convince me not to worry about it vs doing it all over to satisfy me. Definetly not the experience. Im hispanic , and this is a business in a hispanic nieghborhood . they maybe good at other things but i dont know about this service . not shaming the business but its facts , i mean its covid 19 money counts right now and this for me was a bad investment at the wrong time .

This f****** place overcharged me they charge me $375 for a box and two and two tens then he wanted to charge me another $400 to put for speakers in just so my subwoofer can work so in order for my subwoofer to work I had to pay almost $1,000 is just for him to get it to work that's b******* this place sucks I even went out and bought the speakers and asked him to help me install them he wouldn't do it he got mad at me and told me to leave he wants to do it himself oh and I forgot to mention I have history with twin brothers I've spent almost $3,000 in the past with Vic before and this is the way I get treated f*** that

Scam artists. Tried to up the price at pickup. Such a bummer cause I was trying to support the local place. They weren t even the cheapest. They were fast to replace window.
