Outstanding service! I called in with a flat tire emergency and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and efficiency of the team/George. They patiently walked me through all the options and costs, ensuring I made an informed decision. Upon arrival, they quickly assessed my tire and determined it only needed a repair, saving me time and money. The repair was completed in less than an hour, and my tire is as good as new. Highly recommend this place for their expertise and excellent customer care!

I had the best experience at Toscalito this week. I came in with a tire loosing air, needed a quick swap and also was considering all new tires. Miguel spent the time to talk me through all tire types, process to check my current tire and advised against swapping out all four. I appreciated his knowledge, honesty and speed. My tire was fixed within the next hour. I also loved their text message communication including a full report with photos on the issue. One of the best experiences I ve ever had with work on my car. Will 100% be back when I need to and recommend to any friends or family.

I received excellent service at Toscalito Tire & Service. Toscalito honored an expired coupon and was able to fit me in for service on short notice. I was treated with respect and courtesy and received expert car care. The technicians did a thorough analysis of my vehicle and turned up no extra service needs beyond what I requested. The job was done right, quickly and at a reasonable cost. I will be back again. Thank you!

My first experience at Toscalito was great! I called on a Saturday to inquire about bringing my car in for a standard maintenance check plus alignment check. They told me to bring it by that Wednesday morning which was fine as I wasn t in a rush! When Wednesday rolled around I dropped my car off, provided some personal info, and let them do their job. They called me as soon as they were finished looking at everything to let me know the cost of any repairs they suggested I do. I gave them the green light to proceed with said suggestions and couple hours later I picked up my car with the repairs done! Super painless - the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ll 100% be back and recommend you check them out too!

From the start, Miguel, the guy running the shop, was helpful, so much so that he referred me to his competition, if I needed to leave quicker. Such honesty led me to use Toscalito. The final cost was exactly what I'd been quoted.All in all, highly recommended, these guys rock.

George and Loren always take great care of my car! I needed a simple oil change today that was completed within 1.5 hours! We also discussed upcoming recommended service/costs.Excellent work, fair pricing and easy communication! Highly recommend!

Somewhat belated (it was in January) but so glad I read the reviews! They were right. I had a flat tire, but then my brakes were squealing, especially down the roller coaster hills. The showed me the tires, and I could see that they were splitting apart. The car sat in a garage for nine years. I bought two tires (good price), but I really worried about the brakes. I would have believed anything, but they said it was just a bit of rust, no charge. They took care of it so quickly! They checked everything out. It was very reasonable. They are honest, trustworthy and I wish I lived in SF, I'd go back for anything, but I was just visiting. I highly recommend them!

I had a couple of tires changed on my Smartcar this morning and it was a very smooth experience. I really like how professional and efficient this place is. Their price was reasonable for SF compared to other shops and I feel a got a high quality and honest service ( very important to me). I had changed tires at this place on a different car about 2 -3 years ago and it also was a good experience that's why I came back. This time the experience was even better. I would absolutely recommend this business to friends and family.

These guys are awesome. Brought in my old Scion for an oil change and squeaky breaks. After inspection, turned out I didn t need any work done on my breaks. Oil change was very reasonably priced compared to the big chains like Jiffy Lube. Their communication was great, and I got my car back much quicker than expected. The manager, Loren, was super helpful, and I appreciate his honesty. Great work and I would definitely recommend!

Stellar service! I had the worst day at the passport office. Left there to drive to Santa Rosa and I got a warning light. Pulled up with a flat. About to have a breakdown they took such good care of me. I forget his name, but he delayed his lunch to take care of me. I tipped him $20 to have lunch on me for the fantastic service! I highly recommend these guys. They turned my really bad day around. Thank you.

Toscalitos is where we go for tire repair/replacement. They are very knowledgeable and explain what they are doing, what they are recommending and why. Great selection. They ve always been able to get us in same day except once following day.

I had them replace my shocks and struts on my Scion iA and it feels like a new car. The price was fair and repair was fast. Plus, they offered a free realignment in 2 months after the car settles. These guys are great!

Had a hole in my tire. They didn t have tire in stock today, but still offered advice, gave me air, and helped me get to a location where I could get tires fixed same day.Trustworthy and honest people. Thank you and I ll definitely be coming by if I have issues in the future. Thanks guys.

I ve been taking my mini to Toscalito for a few years on and off and it s had a number of issues the last year and I cannot say enough good things about Lauren and his team here. Great and reliable service. Didn t feel like I was being taken advantage of not knowing about cars. Everything was logged and they show you pictures of what s happening and why it s important. Lastly, they were very affordable and the service was great. Highly recommend!

Went to get my front tires balanced and they rebalanced my tires within an hour. The shimmy when driving the car at 70 was fixed! Very nice and friendly staff.

The Toscalito team went above and beyond to target and fix my car s issue. They did a great job of communicating tk me what was going on and what steps they would take to fix it. After a few days the issue came back and they said absolutely that should not happen and they would do what it takes to remedy. The team really seems to want what s best for the customer
