Tony's Collision Center is the place to go in San Francisco for honest work at a very fair price. I brought my BMW in and they were able to provide a better quoted price than other shops around the city and I was able to bring it in with a short turnaround time. They understood I had budget restraints and were able to work with me to fix the car in the most cost efficient way possible, explaining each part of the process so that I knew exactly what I was paying for.The whole staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service. I came back for an adjustment of a previous repair. They did it quick, but not cutting corners to do it well.They also accommodated my schedule to allow me to pick up my car well after closing hours (I was flying back to SF and live far away from the city)

AMAZING amazing AMAZING!! Hands down the BEST repair shop in the bay! From initial contact to pick up it was beyond smooth and the customer service is on point! Family run business makes it feel very welcoming. Ivan and Ed were the guys who helped me this time and their customer service was very professional and they were beyond helpful and thoughtful. They are great at keeping you updated while your car is getting worked on.

Awesome repair job! This review comes from an auto enthusiast with an eye like a hawk. I can spot flaws a mile away, regrettably, and I see NONE with their work! Quick turn around. Highly, highly recommend Tony's. Excellent work and service!

My rav4 2018 got the accident in the rear bumper and trunk after they fix it, the rear bumper have spit, it Is not stick together and they forget to put the trunk handle back so I came back to ask them about the trunk handle. They said they had to oder it and they said when it coming they will call me but I have been waiting 1 week and I call them they said they need to to asked manager first and they will call me back in 1hour but nobody call me I recommend everybody consider before coming here.

Ivan was helpful and informative. It was an insurance claim so wasn't bothered by the total cost of repairs. Even facilitated a rental pick up and drop off for me. Cleaned out the interior of my car which had nothing to do with the repair so that was an extra bonus. Car was broken into on Sunday, drove it over on Monday - got it back next Tuesday. They cleaned up all the glass, communicated with me every day and it was a seamless process with AAA other than having to wait to call the adjuster on a Monday. I highly recommend Tony's - it was super easy. They even fit me in early in the morning on Monday though they were busy. Only bad thing is they couldn't give me a ride home so I had to walk 35min because my UBER app wasn't working on my phone. Maybe courtesy ride service would be nice. Otherwise, zero complaints and amazing staff.Service: Body & Trim

Knowledgeable and respectful professionals who are helpful, savvy and excellent at what they do. The turnaround was even quicker than quoted, and the quality of work matched the high quality of service; thanks to Tony's the car is now in even better shape now than before the accident, and they even returned my rental from Enterprise for me. Thanks to Ivan and Ed, especially, and thanks to everyone contributing at Tony's as well. Foe phenomenal autobody work and service, you can put your trust in Tony's.

I took my car to this shop after it had been broken into. Tony and the team have been highly professional and did a great job. Even though it took a while for some parts to get delivered, they went out of their way to find a temporary replacement, so that I could use the car in the meantime. Thank you Ed for the quick and great repair on my Subie! The repaired my front bumper and rear bumper in just a couple of days, and ordered parts ahead of time to ensure a quick turnaround. The buffing, interior cleaning, and exterior wash were all great bonuses too.

I worked with Ed and he was always a pleasure to talk to. Always positive, high energy, and trustworthy. I brought my SUV in for some front bumper work and it was repaired quickly. Never felt like I was getting upsold, and always felt like a valued customer.

Had my car in the garage for almost 3 months with no repair done because they were waiting on parts that they never ended up orderingManaged to get my car back after they reassembled the rear. They said they ll call back once they get the parts so that id bring the car backBeen 2 months since and they ve yet to place an order even after calling every couple weeks

my anger and angst was through the roof when i came downstairs to find that my car had been doused with a can of paint remover. i immediately called AAA and they set me up with Tony's Collision. only one week later and they had transformed the ugly duckling into a beautiful swan again! it really looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Ed couldn't have been nicer to deal with and their craftsmanship and artistry was on full view. their attention to every detail was much appreciated. if you ever need any kind of body repair (on your car, that is), i couldn't give them any higher recommendation.
