I was having brake problems and was easily able to schedule service with less than a 24hr turn around. Dennis was super helpful and up front about the services I needed. I can't say enough about the service and the breakdown of costs. They go above and beyond for their customers (especially at 7:05 am when I came in for my appointment!!)

I had the best experience with Taylormade Automotive. I originally made and appointment for an oil change and tire rotation but unfortunately, had a cracked air intake line. They ordered the part from the dealership and had it delivered and fixed the same day! They also inspected my car and just made suggestions based on how old my car is since it was my first time there but didn't try to force having these things done. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They definitely go the extra mile to make sure your car is in tip top shape. Highly recommend! Will definitely be going back.

This week I managed to get a nail stuck causing a slow leak. Taylormade took me in right away, fixed the tire. Couldn't be happier with the service and work done.

Right when I walked in & saw how clean the shop was I knew how the work was. These guys were honest & straight forward. Man, I m very critical when it comes to mechanical work bring that I m in the similar field. I had a failed diagnostic from a different mechanic shop on my AC. They pin Pointed the problem & was very professional. I can t say enough about these guys! There arent enough good people in this world & I appreciate it! paying whatever the cost was worth it!Service: A/C installation & repair

Can't praise enough how much these guys were able to resolve an issue that one other shop and its mechanic could not pinpoint and thus make the necessary repairs, so that I can pass a much needed emmission test on my vehicle. Outside of that, a professional setup and clear communication of addressing any mechanical needs to your vehicle. They've been servicing our family's vehicles, luxury sedans to big engine suvs for more than 20yrs. Their prices are competitive, always excellent work, and a warranty that can't be beat. The cleanliness of the shop reflects their overall professionalism. We had 2 shop vans submerged in the last freak rain storm which caused the airbag sensors having to be replaced. After many calls with our insurance company we took them to Taylormade Automotive which Ramiro was able to figure out and correct quickly.Service: Auto water leak repairService: Auto water leak repair

I ve been going to Taylormade for about 3 years now. Everyone there is so knowledgeable, kind and super flexible. I got a bunch of work done this past week. They kept the car over night and called me back the next morning to give me an update. I picked up the car later that afternoon and they d detailed my car inside and out. It was such a pleasant surprise! Love these guys!

I've been bring all of the vehicles that I have owned to them for service there. I took a chance when searching ( this was before Yelp) for a place, saw them, and has been satisfied with their service since. They have a vehicle that will take you back to your place but you might have to wait if its taking someone to their place and there is no loaner vehicle while one's car is in their shop. They will keep you informed on their progress on your vehicle and the cost that might occur. My example was with the automatic door opener cable to the side door to my van needed replacing and I thought just change it and out the door a few hundred bucks lighter. My car (Subaru) broke down while driving on 101 and I ended up getting a tow to Taylormade after reviewing the other local options. Service was excellent from start to finish - great communication, including descriptions of what was wrong and the options for moving forward. Every phone call was followed promptly by an email with a detailed written estimate or update. I didn't shop around for better prices so I can't say for sure whether this shop was more expensive than others in the area, but when it came time to pay the bill I felt confident that I was paying a premium for top notch work, and it feels good to know I have a dependable shop available for the next time my car needs service.

Taylormade Automotive is the place to take your car. They are honest and reliable and I highly recommend them. I've been going to them for the last 10+ years and would never take my vehicle anywhere else. You can't go wrong with Ramiro, Dennis and their crew.

My family and I have been going to Taylormade since 2011 and won't go anywhere else. I love that they are honest with you in regards to what needs to be done and what can wait bc not everyone can afford to spend hundreds on their vehicle . They are always in communication with you . It's great and they have a shuttle which is cool . Just a great team of people there.Updated 2020, still a great shop to go to. Very honest and will tell you what needs to get done and what can wait since they know not everyone can afford to get all repairs done. Nice guys and always keeps you in the loop. I really appreciate having a trustworthy mechanic bc those are super hard to come by

I give TaylorMade Automotive five stars from the customer service to the courtesy shuttle I was very pleased with their professionalism. I took my Ford truck to get a complete transmission oil change and they did a great job. Highly recommend their shop

I've had to take my car in 3 times this past year, and everytime I have received wonderful service. They do a fantastic job explaining the problem and laying out my options. Customer service is always top notch.

This is my first time using tailor-made. But so far they have been friendly, very patient, and professional. I had a blown head gasket and they keep you informed of the progress of the work as they move along and they even text pictures of the progress. I like this kind of service. So far so good I will post again when the job is done.

I took my car to a local smog check place and it didn't pass. So I contacted Taylormade via their website, explained the situation in their online form, and redeemed a coupon for "FIRST TIME CUSTOMER - Oil Change Service -Oil & filter change plus complete full vehicle inspection and tire rotation"When I arrived, I was presented with a quote for $360. ~$100 for the oil change and ~$250 for labor to investigate the issue ($10 in taxes). This was shocking given the "coupon" I supposedly redeemed. Additionally, they said my car would need to be left for the day.I refused, told them to rip up the quote, and left.I ended up going to a local place in SF; was initially quoted $180 for the equivalent service, and then only ended up being charged $65 (as it ended up passing smog) and I was in and out in 30 minutes.Poor first customer experience; would not recommend taking your car here.

I have been taking my car to Taylormade for all my car's maintenance needs for over 10 years. They always give great service, are very nice to deal with, and I trust them for advice about my car. I will continue to use them.

Put my car for oil service with my own oil and filter(aftermarket, not cheap oem). They broke the drain plug and billed new one on me. Also billed water fill up for washer on me, never asked them to. And final touch on a cake - once I grabbed the car after service the engine started to grunt and run heavy. I've checked the oil level and it was way above maximum! Drained about a quart of oil and now it's right below maximum level. Why the hell 5 star rating?

This place fit me into their busy day. I asked them to do a detailed bumper to bumper pre-purchase car inspection. They delivered! They searched nearly everything, provided me with a ton of details, and advice on the car. In addition, the mechanic offered advice and answered my questions on the phone patiently. The shop was very available and flexible to help me. I absolutely recommend. THANK YOU TaylorMade

Love this company. They picked up my car, put on new brakes, called me a couple of times during the service, and they returned my car to me. Wow, awesome customer service. I originally came here because of the good reviews. After my first visit I was not disappointed.
