Great service and communication! Called and they came out to my apartment in the sunset district the next morning to repair my window. I have street parking and it was not a problem. Thomas was very friendly, informative, and accommodating. They repaired the window in an hour and cleaned up all the glass. Price was reasonable considering the city, convenience, and quick work. Would use their service again!

So so communicative and great. Came to my work, fixed the glass, and vacuumed all the pieces within the car. Significantly cheaper than SafeLite and much better customer service. Thank you!!

Super Auto Glass made it incredibly convenient to replace my broken back windshield. They were able to help me the day after I contacted them, came right to my office, and within a couple of hours everything was as good as new (and for $1,000 less than the dealer). The technician was so friendly and did a wonderful job. Definitely recommend them!

As it goes, someone in Oakland with little remorse from theft or property damage smashed out my rear window on Ford Edge and stole a decent amount hidden items. As angry as I was the first 10 minutes I came to acceptance and forgiveness. I'll trust and allow the forces of the immediate aspects of the cosmos to return the favor to my thief- and to do is on better ways than I can. And as careful as I always am, nothing is safe in Oakland. Well that's how I felt. Turns out that area was being cased and thinking no one is looking, well in Oakland where I was they obviously do.Ty at Super Auto was honestly, super. I called my USAA insurance the rep and Ty handled most of it. The next day Thomas arrive on time to the appoint in front of my apartment and had a perfect new rear window in in less than an hour and hhe cleaned all the glass. Very polite service and informative. If you like nice people helping make a tough situation better I'd say you probably can't go wrong here. Small 3-4 man business and they work hard for your satisfaction. Thanks again Thomas and TyService: Auto rear window replacement

I called in expecting a week or two wait for the new window, they just asked what time I wanted the window repaired 'today'. Technician came to my house and did the whole change in just about 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend! Great service too!

Awesome customer service and excellent work done. I've had two windows replaced by them (windshield and quarter glass) and both turned out great. The quote was similar to Safelite and way less than the dealership, but quality of work was excellent both times.

I emailed Slava at 8am. He responded immediately and had his technician at my house with a new windshield at 10:00am. The technician, Andrey was awesome. He is also the owner. Worked quickly and cleaned up after he was done. I highly recommend you call Super Auto Glass.

So easy to coordinate and get service. Made a cracked windshield much less of a pain. Andrey did a wonderful job with the replacement, only took 30 minutes. Slava did a great job coordinating and helping me schedule.

Courteous, fast and competitively priced. They replaced a tinted side window on my Mazda and I am very pleased with the results. I won't hesitate to call Super Auto Glass should the need arise to replace another smashed window.

I don't know about you, but if you want to have your windshield fixed, go here! They do it very quickly, very sturdy, very efficiently, with utmost care. Not to mention, great service. Had a great talk with them. The next time I do need help, I'll go here again! No regrets. 100% guaranteed service

Last night someone busted my back driver side window, finally giving me my SF rite of passage. Fortunately I found Super Auto Glass.Andrey gave a window of time on when to expect him and texted when he was 20 minutes out. He arrived on the dot and assessed the situation. When he said it would only take about 20-30 minutes, I thought he was being overly ambitious, but he finished in 20-25 minutes! He let me know some tips to ensure the work stayed quality and charged an extremely fair price. I could not be happier with the service he provided.Thank you so much, Andrey, and for tolerating my poor ASL skills! :)

Andrei did the job in under an hour. Beautiful work, attention to detail and thorough clean up afterwards. Over $100 less for a windshield replacement than Safelite. He was also good about giving me post-install directions. Speedy, friendly and competent!

This review is for Andrey Snigorenko, who just replaced a BMW windshield. Called 5 different places, Super Auto had the best price and didn't try upselling a bunch of stuff. Andrey came same day, did the job in about an hour together with a partner (didn't get his name), was friendly, and happens to be from Ukraine like me. Highly recommended.

Super auto glass is a wonderful helpful busniness and the customer service is awesome! Very helpful and organized company and also done in timely manner. They offered free mobile service since my window was knocked out and also came to my job for the repair without causing any type of issue. You pay for quality and that's exactly what you get so I recommend this place to others!

I had my car broken into and had to get my passenger window repaired for a road trip I had planned for friday. I had a time scheduled for someone to come between 2-6pm and they never showed up. The company didn't answer any phone calls. I had to rent a car last minute for the road trip which was a massive unexpected expense. I got a call the next week on Tuesday (after multiple voice mails to the company) saying that someone got sick or something and she was sorry. It was walking into an appointment and asked if they could call back in an hour. From there they never called back and never returned my calls. I see other good reviews for this place, but honestly I think they are fake because this company messed up like 4 different times and I had to go somewhere else to get my window fixed. I wouldn't give these clowns your business.

Excellent! One of the best installed window in the front of my car and perfect to see very clear as brand new. I am glad that I can drive a better to see because I was not enough to see drive at night.

Very disappointed. I was quoted 200 by most other shops. I called them and left multiple messages and never heard back. After one last attempt to call they quoted just under 400 for the job. Do t waste your time.
