The customer service was far from satisfactory. When I approached them with my concerns, the response was rude and unhelpful. The staff seemed disinterested in resolving my issues and even told me that they won't fix my tire.

Great service, knowledgeable staff!They took the time to review repair options with me, and even explained to me the price range on parts. Reasonably priced, but still willing to recommend other places if their shop is booked for services. Fair and kind people, I am so appreciative for their help and my car is driving better than the day I bought it!

I walked up to get a tire change and was asked "Who are you with?".-"Um, no one."-"Oh we only really do company stuff."So unless you have have a corporate account, this place wants nothing to do with you. Wouldn't recommend.

Great place to have any tire work done. Recently got a tire rotation and brake check. Quick and reasonably priced. Plus, I like the posted rules at the business.

I had a small screw head stuck in one of my tires, and they were able to patch the tire and get me in and out very quickly! Service was super friendly and the price was very fair. Absolutely recommend.

This place is easily the best tire service in the peninsula. From understanding how important each vehicle is to their clients to timely nature of each procedure they're no joke! I came in to replace a nail in my tire and left knowing that they have my business entirely. Small business with better core values than any big box tire shop and they're bay area locals. Please come here or call with any inquiries before you check out any other business. Its really worth your time. Not an employee but a new and now faithful customer!-Julian

Came in with my tire literally hissing air, they were immediately able to help and quickly got the tire off and inspected. The hole was too big to be patched, so they offered several options: put on the spare for me, find the same kind of tire, or replace it with a new tire they had in stock. I never felt like they were trying to force me into a sale, they just presented the options factually. Replacing my tire was very quick and I was out of there in 40 minutes. Very pleased with the service.

1st time here it is very close to my work and I must say it is one of the best experience I've had with a tire repair shop. I had a flat tire and was in and out in 10 minutes. The staff is wonderful. Will go there from now on with any of my tire issues.Thank you aging.

I couldn't air up my tire. Brought it in and Carlos replaced the valve and even took the time to check my tire for any leaks. Fast, friendly and efficient! Not to mention the awesome customer service Rosie and the other gentleman provided. They gave me a great deal! Definitely going back if I ever need their service

Friendly immediate service! Came in with tire light indicator on this morning and right away George offered help, then Artie checked my tires, found a nail lodged in one and fixed it all within 20 minutes! Fair pricing and great customer service. Thank you very much! I wasn't even late for work.

I would like to say how much I appreciated the great service I received at South San Fransico Tire shop. I needed a tire repair and as soon as I pulled up they took care of me and made sure all my tires were properly inflated and put me back o the road. Im new to the area and so the kindness was much appreciated especially in these times we are in. The pricing was reasonable as well.

I will definitely come back to this place. They do oil changes and brakes in addition to tires and patches.Monday morning after a holiday, the tire light in my car came on. It took five gas stations find one that had an operational air compressor. After that frustration, I searched for a place to patch the tire. There were no hours posted on google so I took a chance that they were open.I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into South San Francisco tire a little after 9am. Ben, Sharon and George were all incredibly friendly and funny. We talked about the upcoming holiday and golf. There was no delay in inspecting and patching the tire. Just $30 and 10 minutes later, I was on my way to work again and in a great mood thanks to the experience I had at SSF tire.

Fast and easy tire repair and brake check at a reasonable price. Friendly, knowledgeable service technician who explained everything throughly. Owners are funny and personable (and there s a kitty!!) I m hooked on this place and will absolutely return.

Quick, easy drop by service. Solid work, although $40 to patch a flat tire which is higher than normal in my experience

Very friendly people. George is the surfer dude boss. Connie the front desk lady is also really cool. I went in thinking something is wrong with my break but turns out a false alert and they only charged me minimum for the inspection. Thought they only do tires but apparently they also do break and oil change.

I can not speak highly enough about this place! I came in with a flat tire with a huge nail in it. They fixed it up in under 20 minutes and at a really reasonable price. I'll definitely be going back to them in the future.

I received great customer service repairing a slow leaking tire. Courteous and friendly receptionist and tire mechanic. I will try them for oil change and brake work next time around.

In and out in less than 15 minutes for a tire repair. They take all major cards or cash, which is a convenience not all similar businesses offer. Great service.

So I ran into a curb, created a bulge in my tire and went to SSF tires for assistance. They were able to provide me with solid, honest information and made sure I got back on the road quickly and safely.

Fast patch for my nail punctured tire. They don t use plugs...only patch, so it will last. In and out in only 20min and a fair price.

I got a nail in my 19" tire and didn't know it. The tire went flat and I took it there. They fixed it in about 20 minutes with a reasonable price.

I honestly trust these guys and every time I have a tire problem they come through in a timely manner. not the cheapest place but also not that expensive.
