The attendant was very friendly and helpful. Buy something from the fridge if you're going to use their public restroom. Their restroom is clean, have bathroom rolls and toilet sheet to cover the seat.Their gas prices are low compared to nearby stations.

horrible draconian bathroom policy enforced by owners. employees unfortunately have to enforce if owners are around. i am an amazon driver who buys snacks here occasionally and they will not let you use the bathroom unless you spend money.you can be a regular and they still want money for bathroom. i just go to the gas station down the street across from popeyes, they always have the bathroom open to public.

i pay cash to buy gas at a shell. the cashier repeated "four dollar, four dollar" after i asked "can you ----!" i speak cantonese, so, my got her meaning was "gangster fast come, fast come"! another example, "i am back". i speak cantonese, so, my got the european white men's meaning was "me five thigh him intercourse september". Helped me satisfied my question those people do not want human people from China to live in the United States or countries in its neighborhood. to conclude, i fast drove my car away without getting any gas that day.

The worst experience I ve ever had in Shell before! They charged my New Shell Gift Card $50 for no gas! The cashier said they did not receive any money from my NEW gift card and nothing to do with their machines. She was passing the buck. Do not come this station.

I first met I was extremely rude then I kind of stuck in the man would not come out and help and I need to guess that's why I pulled in there for the man never came out once to help me he kept being rude I sat there about two hours and then the lady today was just as rude and would not even look in the drawer or call the manager although she did not speak any English so that did not help you can't just talk louder next understand you just look like a fool so I just left and I want to talk to the manager this is unacceptable and it's probably illegal somewhere

Vahid the auto mechanic is very very good. He is efficient, fair and thorough.I changed my 3 star review to ZERO.**Update. Vahid replaced my transmission on my 2009 Ford Escape. He gave me a 2 year warranty certificate from Ford. I took my car in to the Ford dealership and the dealership said that my warranty was not valid because Vahid did not do the repair in compliance with the directives from Ford. He needed to replace another part at the same time for it to be valid which he did not do. The transmission is failing. It drops hard when changing gears and it skips gears.This mistake cost over $5,000.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

It would have been zero stars but one is the lowest allowed. Stopped there this morning(8-31-19)to put air in my tire, asked the attendant to please turn on the air machine and he refused to do so. He said"6 quarters" and I replied "the air at gas stations is free in California per state law". Once against his reply was "no you have to pay 6 quarters". My reply was"you will be reported" ! Went a couple blocks up Alemany to the 76 station and they gladly turned the air on.

Just had the most helpful service experience in 40 years of living in San Francisco. If your having car troubles and are near the outer Mission I highly recommend this service station. Vahid and his partner were knowledgeable, friendly and fast in fixing the starter for my Pathfinder, even changing a break light they noticed out before I left the station at no charge. Paid under a hundred for the labor which is usually where people are gouged. Good and fair mechanics are hard to come by. This one's a keeper! 5 star

Great customer service.Vahid was very knowledeable and took the time to provide detailed information regarding the repairs to my SL500. Additionally, he was fare on the pricing. The Mercedes dealership was trying to charge some ridiculous amount just for the parts. I recommend this location. Ask for Vahid he is Great!!

Very bad service by a man who said is the owner.We told him that the pump was not working and instead of thanking us for letting him know. He was awfully rude and told us he knew about it and is his business and we can leave if we didn't like it. Don't go there!

4 out of 6 petrol sticks stopped working. I fill up a petrol car at Costco and show that I can walk 419 miles. Filling up a petrol car at this petrol station shows that I can walk 386 miles. I don t know why.

Do not go here to gas up and use there precious toilet especially around 6 to 8 am there policy is draconian and attendant would tell you in sarcastic manner AVOID this place to gas up good friendly service non existent ,sarcasm and troubling logic available , will annoy your day yes they cater to that ,being rude there specialty
