Phillip and Edward goes out of their way to take care of your problem immediately and complete the repair required so that you don t waste your precious time. The price they charge is very reasonable compared to other shops. As a matter of fact, they won t even charge you for minor checks! When you are done they help direct traffic so you can leave the shop safely. The courtesy they exhibit is exceptional!

The best mechanic in town this is not even an exaggeration. Concise and funny. Won t do or recommend unnecessary work. If I could give them 500 stars I would. Been to damn near every mechanic in sf but never again since finding shans roughly 10 years ago. You will not find any shop that compares. Love this place

Outstanding service, diagnostics always spot on, very reasonable prices, friendly and courteous.I am a 20-year client from Shan Auto, have now moved to Oakland, and continue crossing the bridge to get my car serviced by Philip and Andrew. My kids go there too. Trusted.
