SF Tow is amazing!!! Last night my tire blew out on the Bay Bridge at 3:30am. I was able to make it to the offramp for Treasure Island but only got as far as under the bridge on the offramp. AAA was not able to get a truck to me in any reasonable amount of time, they were talking about having to wait until 6am! It was very uncomfortable being stranded under the bridge at the hour. Miraculously, SF Tow happened to take the same exit around 4:15am and saw me stranded. Even though I didn't have an order in with them they didn't hesitate to help me out of this jam. They got my spare on in no time at all and made sure my car was OK to drive before leaving. I was able to putter home to Oakland without have to leave my car under the bridge over night. SF Tow went above and beyond and I will always be grateful to them!

Can t say enough good things about this towing company. They really saved me for a horrible situation I got put in but the owner helped me and got my truck down to Orange County for me and really pulled off some magic. 10/10 highly recommend

Unbelievably hit double pot hole in right lane by Candlestick with new off the lot car. Samuel was amazing, came faster than expected, extremely safe and such a life saver after the first service cancelled 45 minutes into an hour wait. Samuel was efficient and very safety conscious as I was on shoulder of exit ramp. Samuel deserves all the kudos.Service: Tire change

My car was flooded in San Francisco due to the storm we had over the last week or two and I used this company to tow my car out to a dealer. William L. helped with my tow and he was really professional and KIND! Like very personable and really easy to work with. Samuel was amazing. I got screwed over by Aaa, but Sam came to save the day. He was there within 10 to 20 mins after we called, and he was able to take the vehicle to a shop that night. If in need CALL THESE PEOPLE.

Quick, friendly and professional service. First tow company that came had a bunch of excuses why they could not or was unable to do the tow after an hour+ waiting for them ( John s towing -Hayward). Second tow company SFTOW Mr. Samuel Franco Came in half the time and wasted no time . No excuses , just made sure I was the owner and next thing I knew my car was arriving at my house in 15min. Not to mention I didn t even have to be there waiting . In a situation where things were starting to go from bad to worse, SFTOW & Mr. Samuel Franco turned it into the most positive tow experience I ve had so far! Can t thank you enough . After waitng for 4 hours for Triple A to arrive for a tow on a Saturday without any communication from them, I decided to cancel that request and it ruined my whole Saturday. I decided to bite the bullet and look around for a private local company. After a few days of calling around and needing to set an appointment so I could let my mechanic know when I would be arriving, I decided to use Samuel. I am so glad I did, we set an appointment, communicated through texts/calls and he was right on time. He jumped my car, hooked it up to his truck in less than 15 minutes, and off he went. When he delivered my car to the shop, he called me to let me know it was safely delivered. If I ever need another tow, or need to recommend a tow company, SAMUEL is on top of my list! If you want someone honest, punctual and know what he's doing, he is the guy for the job!!! 5 Stars but honestly it was a 10!Service: Car towing

After waiting for 3.5 hours in the middle of the night in the pouring rain for another tow company that kept delaying their arrival, we called SF Tow. Samuel arrived within 30 minutes of our call. He was professional, helpful and caring. I highly recommend SF Tow and especially working with Samuel.

I needed a jump. AAA was taking hours that day, SF Tow guy happens to drive by, stops, gets me all fixed up in no time. I wasn t his call, he could have just driven right on by me, but he bailed me out instead.I m definitely just going to call them directly if I need car help in SF!Service: Battery service

Absolutely amazing service, from Samuel in particular, not to put any of the other staff down. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about what it is he's doing. Anyone looking for an honest, no B.S tow, these are your guys. Would highly recommend, if I ever need a tow again, I'm calling SF Tow!

He's incredibly knowledgable - found a way to put my car in neutral - and managed to extract it out of a tiny SF garage. Haven t ever had a ton of great experience w tow companies in the past. That has changed since Manuel and Benjamin arrived to tow my car. Our car was a victim of a hit and run as it was parked. The rubber had come off both passenger tires. The car would not drive on its own. Manuel and Benjamin were pros. Super professional, calm, methodical and efficient.As far as the timeliness, I called my autoshop - SF automotive solutions. Patrick called sam @ sftow. Sam told me they would be there around 30 min. They arrived in less than 20.No questions. No confusion on where they were taking it, who needed to be called. They arrived, went to work, loaded up the car (which wasn t easy to do given it s condition and that it was between another car and the rear-end was jammed into a telephone pole) and then drove off. Made this part of my day and experience so easy. Definitely something that helps when dealing w a situation. This last Sunday the 27th around 4:30pm headed south bound on 101 just past the Candlestick park exit my 5th wheel trailer back axle had come off the leaf springs from not being tightened by the manufacturer. I called up SF towing and spoke with Samuel and he was there in about 15 minutes. He helped me get tires off the messed up axle and removed the 2 tires and bolted the the axle back up on my 5th wheel leaf springs.. Totally was all professional about it and and big help. Got me back on the road and I made it to my RV park in Redwood City. Hell of a guy and just wanted to say thanksService: Tire change

I was stopped on a street in Potrero Hill trying to fix a flat with the rinkydink jack I had, but William drove by in his truck he insisted on helping me and did the whole thing, including re-inflating my spare. One of the workers name j palaciosmejia over charged me he charged me 400 from San Mateo to Petaluma and it wasn t even for a flat bed it was just for a hook then he used a dully for the rear end for my car so once we got to Petaluma he said he had to charge me an extra 80$ meaning 480 he did not mention on charging extra other wise I would ve cancel the tow but knowing how messed up of a situation I was in I forcefully did it just letting you guys know I palaciowmejia will see her charge u and then some this company isn t bad but some workers will take advantageService: Local hauling

My car was flat after hitting the pot hole on 280. It was so quick to get my car towed from the highway. I recommend SF Tow to anyone who wants to tow their cars.

Before I called Samuel with SF Tow, I was quoted $300 from Golden Gate towing. Samuel met me within 20 minutes and towed my Ninja home for $175 - huge difference from the first place I called. I will always use Samuel going forward. Thank you SF Tow!
