Saif was extremely accommodating, professional, and thorough with providing options for tint (% in darkness, regular and nano ceramic, etc.) Saif provided an estimated time of completion along with a follow-up phone call. When we arrived, to ensure complete satisfaction, Saif did a walkthrough of the vehicle, inside and out, and also emphasize the importance of allowing 3-5 days to ensure the tint curing processing. We also accepted his BOGO offer for our other vehicle. Definitely recommend!

WAIT THERE UNTIL THEY START WORKING ON YOUR CAR.I went to the SF location because I made an appointment for warranty. Someone checked my car and told me they could fix it. But there were cars ahead of me, so it was gonna be some wait time, and they gonna give me a call after it's done. (I could just walk in)Well, neither the job was done nor they gave me a call. THEY JUST LEFT AND CLOSED, didn't call me, and still they had my key.I thought something was wrong since they never called me about my car. I went there and found out they left without touching or checking my car. But most importantly, THEY JUST LEFT and NEVER CALLED me to come pick up my car.Someone else was about to lock the place's gate, and I was about to be left without my car until the next day.I called them and they tried to reach their technicians, one of them came in and gave me my key. Unbelievable.
