Needed a quick oil change on a road trip and this place was very fast and had great service. Their staff member John Bartley was very kind and offered great services. Our oil change was very quick and easy and would recommend anyone else to come here.

Did a quick oil change for me and I used a $50 coupon which I get in the mail every month. The front service desk man, John, was very kind and helpful. However, I was quoted a list of other services that they told me were necessary. Including replacing brake pads for over $2K and replacing the spray cover underneath my car for ~$700. I brought my car to Lombard Auto down the street for a second opinion and they said my brakes were completely fine and a cover replacement was not needed. I appreciate their nice staff and reasonable oil changes, but was a bit turned off to them exaggerating other maintenance. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

The people were friendly but they charged absurdly high for labor during routine fluid change/tire rotation ($650 just for labor). Then they suggested a bunch of unnecessary items with high quotes ($1200 for brake pads). My partner who took the car there for service was unaware that these prices/services were not normal.

After a long drive from a different state, we had a tire issue warning. We called this Honda service location and Philipp was very friendly and helpful. He said we did not have to make an appointment to come in to check out the problem. They adjusted the tire pressure and calibration. They fixed the problem within five minutes free of charge and cleaned the buggy windows. Great service and excellent people there. Now, back on the road. Thanks.

Brought my Honda in for 30k service. Phil Torres was outstanding and amazing. I typically do my service in San Carlos, but experience at San Francisco Honda was so incredible that I am not going back to mid peninsula. Phil provided exceptional service and quality interactions each step of the way, with a focus on keeping me informed, delivering the car on time, and taking care of additional issues expeditiously. I felt cared for and respected/valued for my time, choice of where I service my car, and pocketbook. I will definitely bring my car back to San Francisco Honda Lombard service center and look forward to working with Phil Torres again.Service: Auto maintenance

San Francisco Marina Honda on Lombard is AWESOME!!! They are a very honest business, and they do EXCELLENT work at FAIR prices. They can do anything.I want to give a special THANKS to John Bartley. I worked with him today regarding an issue with my car, and he is FANTASTIC! He is EXTREMELY kind, professional, knowledgeable, smart, skilled, hardworking and overall EXCEPTIONAL at his job. I also want to THANK Mike who is an INCREDIBLE mechanic. We needed an oil change while on vacay and were given a 7am appointment, as we had tons planned for the day while visiting San Francisco. Not only was the place CLOSED, but when a service technician finally showed he didn't understand why his boss will make an appointment when the crew doesn't get there an HOUR LATER!Poorly located as well on busy Lombard St.; tight squeeze. The job was done but it really set us back the rest of the day for this time mismanagement.

I've used them for tire replacement, transmission repair, and general service. They have been overly helpful, giving me good options on parts for my older car, and letting me come in last-minute for needed service before a trip!

Great service and honest. Lawrence and Ace are very nice and pleasant to work with. Great work from their mechanics/ techs: Mike, Ken and Simon. I trust this dealership alot.

Service was very smooth, my AC broke and was covered under warranty. They took longer than promised but that s typical of car service places.

I took my car in to have the skid plate replaced. I wasn't able to pick it up when it was finished, so they kept it stored for a day with no charge! Very good customer service.

I used to swear by these guys, but the last few times I've taken my car there I've gotten jerked around. I paid several grand to have my transmission replaced their and it went out again only 6 months later, to which they said they couldn't do anything. Their prices and customer service are poor. I would literally only go there because it's a few blocks from my house.

Beware of rip off! Went in for a routine service of my Honda HR-V with 30k miles, and they tried to charge me $1000 for many things that were not needed, including over $500 for a couple hours of labor.
