I have been going to this place for awhile now. All of my first 2 Honda cars are from this place. Mr. Gian is the best in this field. Not only that he is knowledgeable but he will think about you. He is not the typical sales person that wanted just to sign up. But this guys have a little pf consideration. He will guide you if its time and he gives you some advises on what to do. Mr Giancarlo is the guy that you should talk if you want a top of the line deal from Honda.All of my 3 honda cars and all are best experience from Mr. Giancarlo.

I had a fantastic experience at this location. Jessica and Johnny were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and weren't pushy with me to purchase a vehicle.Jessica and Johnny were able to get the exact color and spec that I wanted quickly. They were both a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend that you book an appointment with either one of them if you're looking to purchase a vehicle.

Angel Rosado is amazing and knows what he s doing! Was courteous, well-informed, super knowledgeable, fast, and gave me all the info I needed!Avoid San Carlos Honda at all costs. Go to SF Honda and go see Angel for all your Honda car buying and leasing needs.

Just got a 2023 Accord with the help of Jon Ruiz. He was professional, knowledgeable, time efficient and found the perfect car for my needs. Very straightforward and respectful. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. Jon s manager Johnny also stepped in to offer assistance and to make sure I was fully satisfied with everything. These guys made everything extremely easy. Ask for Jon if you re looking for a Honda, you won t be disappointed.

I purchased a Certified Preowned vehicle from SF Honda and couldn't be happier. I came in for a service on my 2023 civic and I honestly didn t think I was going to be able to trade it in for something way different and newer. However I was helped out by Gabriel De Leon, his manager and him made it happen. I came out with my dream car and felt really good leaving the dealership. He really took his time with me and he made sure to show me options that would fit me and my family. This is my third time now going to this Honda dealership this was the first time being helped by Gabriel and I will recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank you!

DO NOT take your car here. My mom's window would not roll all the way up. The dealer told her she needed a new switch assembly and that it'd cost $230 to replace it. I literally held the switch for 30 seconds to reset it, and now the window works fine. Bunch of scum who deserve to be spit on.

Went here to return a leased car per Honda Financial's request. All the bros here tried to do is scare me into keeping the car, feeding me all sorts of falsehoods and contradictory misinformation. Not helpful at all. I've liked my two Honda vehicles but I will not return here.

Bad experience at this dealership. Called multiple times to see if they had a vehicle in stock. On both calls two different sales representatives confirmed the vehicle in stock. Drove all the way up to San Francisco Honda. The moment I showed up I felt something wasn t right. The salesperson sat me down at his desk and said the car isn t in stock and that I would have to wait until December for the delivery. I walked out of the dealership disappointed. I won t put the salesperson s name out on blast, but hope he doesn t pull this move with future buyers.

I bought my car at Sf Honda recently , no sales pressure. Added an accessory and the service department and parts were accomodating. I sold my Audi due to the worst service department I ever experienced. Hopefully not to be repeated!

Great experience with the service department for regular maintenance on our Acura. It was super easy to book an appointment online. Service was fast and friendly.

i have not had the best experience with Honda so i was skeptical. but i will say this time around Angel & Van ( GM ) worked there magic and turned my situation around drastically gave me a different view on Honda. i even encouraged my befriend to trade his car in and get something new. he was able to get a 2023 ( my dream car) i trust and believe they will take care of him the same way as they did me. I will be returning for that 2023 in the next year! Thank you again Angel & VAN !!

I literally wanted to file a price gouging complaint within the state of CAI called about a timing belt job and was quote $2600 on a 1998 Honda. When I looked through Reddit I saw guys talking around 1300-1500 pre or post pandemic, I really don't rememberTo top it off, I asked for a break down of the cost. They said they charge about 180 an hour depending on the job. Well they also confirmed it'd be a 6.5 hour ordeal. So 6.5 x 180, is 1,170. I asked them exactly how much is the parts and they told me I had to ask the parts manager. 2600-1170 = 1,430 for a timing belt, tensioner and water pump. Maybe a gasket or two.Someone should call up Honda

Stay away from this service. These people will put your life and your family in danger, will downplay the issue and will go about with their business as usual.No consequences here for poor manners (stay away from Marciolioness Coln), ineffective service management (Aaron Wong is the worst - he downplays really scare safety issues than happened under his supervision, MORE THAN ONCE) and zero responsiveness from Van Tieu,General Manager.The short story is that SF Honda Service - Van Ness, and the people mentioned above, managed to allowed improper installation our front tires TWICE in a year, resulting in very scary tire explosions while driving on the HWY with kids in the car. I wish I could attached photos of the massive tears than happened DUE TO DEFECTIVE INSTALLATION (fact acknowledge TWICE by Aaron Wong, the manager).As said, no meaningful appology, compensation or reparation have been done by SF Honda or Victory Automotive Group, main owner of the Service and Dealership.Be aware.

Purchased a car here which was mediocre due to the undisclosed missing item that clearly goes with the vehicle which I was never privy to me until after I received the Vehicle. Once I received the vehicle, please they didn't give a damn what I needed. Came in for a service and they Lost the key to the locks on my tires and that was a Living HELL to receive another key. To sum it up, any Service you're receiving from HONDA and they are not receiving any REVENUE or FINANCIAL PROFIT from you, they are not interested in you or providing the proper Customer Service to a HONDA patron. What I went through was unnecessary , RUDE and Disrespectful treatment and service I received. I don't ever want to go back there! You can't fix what's broken.

Called in to Sf Honda/Acura (they just recently partnered with Acura per the team) to check out the 2022 RDX ASpec Advance. I was able to go in the same day and had several in stock to check out the different colors and trims in person. I worked with Angel Rosado and was very informative and chill. He allowed us to check out the car and talk in private to make reasonable and responsible decisions. He did not leave out any of the charges out of what was being priced in and was very straight forward with it. We also got to test drive the car that same day. Nowadays with the pandemic, chip shortage and dealerships with the "market adjustment", you can't do that at all. I will NOT be buying a car without doing that in person and touching something I'll be stuck with for 5-10+ years. Nonetheless, I ended up purchasing the car from Sf Honda/Acura the very next day for the pricing and service. They do have add-ons we need to get, but I'd rather pay for that to get the extra stuff than pay for "market adjustment" and not get anything. They also work with credit unions so the whole financing thing is very seamless! Thanks again, Angel!

Beyond and above!Go to San Francisco Honda if you need transparent and honesty service.I can't say enough nice things about San Francisco Honda and its staff specially Mr James ! I bought my Honda cr-v from them. They got me what I need a excellent brand new cr-v by a very reasonable price. They check everything for service and are always transparent about what they are recommending and exactly what it will cost. It's hard to find that level of honesty in the automotive market these days, but it's alive and well here. Again I need to appreciate Mr James and Mr Johnny the whole department of San Francisco Honda for the beyond and above service.Customer service in not quite dead in the Bay area yet. Definitely will be going to this dealership for all my Honda service needs from now on.

People seemed like they didn't care about selling cars. Maybe they reached their sales goals already. I made appointment, went there 10 mins late, they made us wait 35 minutes before we could do a test drive. There wasn't a single customer around and we could easily count 10 employees walking around. We had to ask them what was the hold up, they said stuff like "had to get gas" and "hard to bring the car down, you know it's sf". Seriously you would think we were asking for a car for free or something. Not sure why the service was just non existentEnded up getting a killer deal at serramonte, with much better service.

I had a really bad experience buying my car from these people earlier this year and I just had another bad experience with them today when trying to ask questions about scheduling a maintenance appointment today.I'm a fairly well informed car buyer and came in knowing most the tactics they were going use to try to milk as much money out of me as possible, but the bait and switch they pulled was even more shady than any tactic I have read about anywhere else.First off, the sales manager tried to make it seem like he was doing me a favor by letting me purchase a car from them since I don't live in SF proper. He said something like, "We really like to sell cars to our own." I've lived in the bay my whole life so for someone to say that to me is absolutely absurd. He was just trying to make it seem like he is already doing me a favor right off the bat so he could use that as leverage later on in the conversation incase I asked for a lower price. He was lying to me from the second we started talking.I was straight forward and told them exactly what I was willing to pay from the beginning and let them know that if they can't make a deal then it's not the right time for me to buy a car. They did the normal car dealership thing and stone walled saying "we cant do that" until I said I was walking, and then all of a sudden it's, "Oh, let me go talk to my manager." Unfortunately, all normal stuff for a car dealership.This is the part that was especially shady and the reason I'm writing a 1 star review. I have pictures of all these documents to prove all of what I am saying.We negotiated and landed on a number that I was really happy with for a new car, which was actually lower than I was hoping for. I was suspicious so I had them reprint out the new numbers so I could take a picture, which they did. So the "deal" was made and I was waiting to meet with the finance person when all of a sudden the sales manager walks up and tells me there has been a mistake and the new number is 4k higher than what we agreed upon. He apologized and said it was just a mistake, which I don't believe for a second.So then we renegotiated and landed on a different, higher (than the original deal) number. I believe that he sensed that I was ready to walk if they didn't want to come to a reasonable deal, so he baited me with a low number and let me sit for a long time, imagining myself in the car, and then came back right before I saw the finance person to get a few more thousand out of me. And it worked. (If you think this sounds paranoid, you need to read about the mind games these people play. They are not your friends.)It left me with a really bad taste in my mouth to the point where it made it difficult for me to enjoy the car for the first few weeks I had it.Fast forward to today when my first service appointment is coming up and I called them to ask if I can schedule it somewhere else, closer to where I live. My new 2023 car comes with free maintenance and oil changes for the first 2 years, from the manufacturer, that can be applied at any dealership. Multiple people I talked to when I called this location today lied to me and said I need to have it done at their dealership, or one of their other associated dealerships. I asked very direct questions and all I got in return was vague, run around answers. They are just trying to keep me coming to them so I will spend money with them in the future, standard car dealership stuff.All it took was one call to the dealership closest to me to have someone be direct with me and give me normal answers, confirming what I already understood.Every car dealership exploits its customers and unfortunately things have gotten worse sine the pandemic across the board for the buyer, but this place seems especially shady. Do yourself a favor and avoid them if you can, I will be for now on.
