Rude and inconsiderate, as a neighbor asked for a simple favor. Even though they have the right to decline they went about it in the most stuck up way. Probably all the motorcycle fumes getting into their brain.

Amazing place. They have a huge showroom! The sales staff were friendly & personable & easy to deal with. My son had an amazing test ride with John! He's taking home a lowrider s today!

After 1000 miles, my Harley needed some TLC. Luckily, I had the fortune to deal with Bob at San Francisco Harley's Service department. He got me scheduled for the day after my initial phone call; new tires, front brakes, oil, and bulbs done in half a day; bike returned washed and sparkling; and the price was more than reasonable. Service, professionalism, quality products, and affordable pricing... all the boxes were ticked. An easy 5 star recommendation. Real good guys.

Coool place. Many stuff inside. Engines - you could compare all of them - see pictures. Additional easy to find place. Hope will jump here again :-) Love this dealership Harley, but still no one beats Lincoln NE dealership in customer care and overall.

We were in SF after the concert we went to and wanted to go to Dudley Perkins HD because of nostalgia of Dudley Perkins being the oldest dealership of Harley Davidson, to find out that it had changed hands five months before, however they have tons of Dudley Perkins memorabilia everywhere and one of the workers there informed us that Chris Perkins had a website for DP clothes and memorabilia, still a great place to visit and get a great deal on hd motorcycles and motorclothes.

This place is great! The showroom has more than your eyes can handle, lots of gear and parts to choose from and a cool little museum.

I just bought a bike on Saturday everyone that worked there were very nice in the auto shop department were all very nice as well they are were the best I would go back every time they are the best and all very kind and helpful I would and will tell everyone about them it s a great place to be. Even the delivery guy was very kind as well they are a great group of people to be around they make you feel at home thank you guys for everything you have done for me thank you

SanFrancisco has a Hip Modern Setup at this HD location. Layout was great. Total different vibe at their dealership. Friendly staff. Great selection of apparel & parts.

SF Harley is the place to buy. Best price for a trike. If you need a bike ask for Miranda. I try 5 different dealers and none came close to the price I paid. Shout out to Dylan, Scott and the delivery driver.

We've been there while our road trip through Cali. Lovely staff and wow - what a showroom! Entry looks like a museum and the bike and clothing areas are BIG. Def have to go there! Will come again... ;)Cheers from Germany

Bought a bike here 2 months ago. So far these guys have been great. Gave me a great deal on my trade in. Just got the 1000 mile break-in service done in their Service Department. Everyone throughout is extra cool. Highly recommend.

Stopped in to get a tshirt which is kind of a tradition for me when I travel. Very friendly staff. They even offered to dismantle a manican to get the shirt for my friend.

I love going to this place very nice people. I love the smell of the wooden floor and clean. One of the things keeps me come back here for business is they have this every $50 purchase you'll getting a points or stamp and if you have like 6 or 8 of that you getting a $50 to spend in the store. But now a new management they took it off. Still a nice place to go just for to look around and check what's new. Also now they have in the showroom some custom made and trick out bikes. Check out this store

A place you don t want to go. The area where the store is located feels very insecure and you hope to get safety out.Inside the staff is mainly focused on current customers. Maybe I wasn t dressed as a typical Harley driver On our US strip we visit a number of Harley dealers. This one was the worst ever I found. So far

30 years with Harley and this is the most difficult location to work with.GO TO SAN JOSE HARLEY INSTEAD.My family, including my son and my wife and myself have all purchased Harley's from the previous dealership in South City. What a great experience. They treated us like gold, as they should with spending this type of investment.When the dealership switch to the Mission, it went down the tubes. There is no consideration for long term clients who continue to support Harley. The staff, including Garret in parts, Anthony sales manager and Brett in sales , who has since moved away, have all been anything but helpful.My most recent transaction with this dealership was May 2021.Yes, they are all peaches and cream when you spend money, but when there is an issue with the bikes, they seem to not care about throwing in a nickel or dime to assist the customer when they spent thousands at the dealership.I have since moved on to working with San Jose Harley. It may be an hour away, but the service is 100% and the dealership is 5 times or more the size.GO TO SAN JOSE HARLEY INSTEAD.

They really take care of their customers. My bike had been in the shop for some weird electrical issues following a frame swap. They spent a lot of time trying to locate the issue and didn t charge me a dime. The bike runs great now. Ask for Sammy. He s the best. Thanks guys!

Harley is Harley. If you're not careful you might buy something. Looks and dreams are free but it cost to be the BOSS!Staff was helpful and friendly. Nice people.

Steve Mendez was nothing short of amazing. We rode in from San Diego and he was very accommodating letting us store our bags and purchases so we could go touring San Francisco. Very friendly sales and clothing staff. Although they have a small footprint with almost no customer parking, they made sure we were comfortable and safe.

Great place, one of the oldest Harley Davidson dealers in the nation. Its loaded with history, friendly staff and great customer service. I met the owner and GM they couldn't have been nicer. They have a great selection of new bikes on the floor and competitive prices. I am definitely going back for my next harley.
