This place was half the price of Rolling Stock and had the best service! Very transparent about the price and I got my brakes done in the same day no appointment . I got a general quote on the phone and Christina told me it s first come first serve. She told me they were busy but gave me a call back once things slowed down. Thanks so much! They even have massage chairs in the waiting area!Service: Brake service & repair

Misleading Repair Shop!This business said that they would give me a diagnostic for $225 but they just use that as a ploy to get more money out of customers. I would not suggest this repair shop to any one. I feel like they stole from me, and they never actually diagnosed my vehicle, to tell me the issues. They said it was either, the Abs, or the module, or the computer, but they would have to begin repairs and see where that goes. That is not a diagnostic

I like them because they really support customers really good , I didn't buy no tires from them yet or how much they cost for labor but that will be continued or I will give you more information about that , they do got a cool waiting room, Yes it is first come first serve, And yes if you ask a questions they will let you know when the shops have less customers and they will let you know. Overall they great

Everyone keeps talking about how Costco has cheaper tires Yes? They do? Because you pay for a membership there. Right? But hey, what s the wait time like for cheaper tires?SFCC is the best place to get your vehicle serviced in the mission, as it is ran by women majority of the time. Make sure to be kind to them as they re very knowledgeable in auto and auto repair.

I was currently in San Francisco and I had a blowout in my car. It was my last day in sf I was going home I had no hotel reservations. I went to fire stone and they refused to sell me one tire and try to overprice me. I went to the mission tire shop out in San Francisco where a young lady, the GM I believe sold me a new tire gave me the best service. I would recommend you go get your tires from her she will take care of you. They closed at six. I got there at 5:40. She still help me and it s a wonderful place. I recommend it five star definitely her staff were awesome. Also topped off my coolant and checked my tire pressure and got me prepared for my trip. I realized my break pads on my Ford were totally gone and needed new ones. I called them and they told me to drop it off. Took it in 10 mins after. Called me in under 2 hours to let me know I could come pick it up and was all done!!! 10/10 !!! 5 stars! There also very nice people!!

I didn't use this business after I had a horrible experience dealing with the customer service advisor here at Mission Car Care. The gentleman I spoke with about a tire repair was an older gentleman with a balding head and glasses. He had no personality and came across as really not wanting to be bothered and immediately tried to sell me a new tire rather than just simply patch or plug the tire that had a finishing nail in the middle of the tread. When he finally agreed that it just needed a repair, he quoted me a $52 price. Just to patch or a tire! That's insane. I simply told him "no thank you" and left. I DO NOT recommend using this business for anything. I would leave a 0 star review if possible. I was able to get my tire repaired just a few blocks away at Juarez Tire and Brake on Cesar Chavez street. They took wonderful care of me there, and I recommend Juarez Tire and Brake to everyone.

Christina the service manager was terrific. They work late and on Saturdays. Very fair pricing, way cheaper than the dealer and good work. Expert mechanics on duty. We discovered a flat tire about 3 PM on a Saturday. Our car has no spare. We also discovered that only one tire shop near us was open on Sundays that had our tire in stock. I called SF Car Care on Saturday and they said I could have the car towed over there Sunday morning. We did that and they were done with our service in less than 1 hour. Therefore we were able to take our planned trip on Monday.

Great place! I was on the road and needed to replace all 4 tires. I called, came right in, and I was back on the road in one hour! Amazing service, great price and very friendly. Thanks for helping me get back home, safe and sound.

Came here to get a headlight bulbs installed - $100 for two, $10 discount for review. I was quoted $50 on the phone and they doubled it in person, plus this 10-minute install didn t include the bulbs themselves - I bought those. The install did work and i got home safely.Ultimately I don t recommend shops that have unclear and shifting pricing; as a femme woman i am cagey/uncomfortable about risk of being exploited by mechanics to start with, and this shop did not calm those concerns. They were open on Sunday, and that s why they got my business; I don t recommend.

I got a nail in my tire. They took one look and said it s not repairable. But were very nice by putting air in it to get me to the next shop that was able to completely repair it in less than 10 minutes. This was a couple weeks ago- tire still all good.I did a quick online search of what is or isn t repairable- it seemed to fall into the basic guideline for repairable, especially on a brand new tire. Maybe they meant their shop didn t want to repair it.. but it s a tire shop? Strange, but thanks for the air!

Don t go here, go anywhere else. They wanted to charge me 70 to remove a nail from a tire and patch it. I ended up doing it for half the price and with someone that wasn t grunting at me the entire time. Did I mention they wanted me to sign paperwork without giving me a quote? I yeah, they did. Don t go here, service is horrible and they overcharge.

This place provides more services than one can think of from the name: it isn't just a tire shop, pretty much any maintenance/ diagnostics can be done here. Open seven days a week and generally have pretty fast turnaround. Good place for the neighborhood.

Stopped by with a flat on a Sunday morning around 10:30. Staff waved me in and was immediately able to get to work. They patched the tire and I was back in action in less than 45 minutes. The technicians also advised me of a potential issue with the brakes - whatever it was, guess I'd just gotten used to it. Thanks for the quick work and advice.

This was my first time visiting and they were incredibly helpful with great customer service. Third or fourth time I've brought my car in. Live that they are a few blocks away so I can walk home and back. Never had to make an appointment and always have gotten right in. Service is great.

Friendly car shop in the Mission. I usually come here for the alignment of my vehicle but today I heard a strange noise coming from my car so they offered a test driver with a mechanic and then a diagnostic. They were quickly able to identify the problem and working same day on it. My wife got a flat and stopped by for a repair. She was told it couldn't be patched and had to be replaced - $285. Turned out they didn't have the replacement tire, so she asked if they would take the spare out of the trunk and put it on so she could drive home safely. They asked for $90. I don't mind paying for work, but $90 for less than a 5 minute job.Needless to say, we went elsewhere for the replacement tire. But when we got to the other tire store, they said no need to replace it, it only needs patching. I wouldn't trust this place.Service: Tires

Went to these guys b/c they were close to where I was. My low tire pressure light came on and I figured I had a nail in my tire. I arrived just at opening and was told it would take about 20 minutes to complete a patch. I asked for a call once my car was done and walked to a local coffee shop to wait; after 30 minutes and no call, I returned figuring my car was done. My car was still on a lift with nobody working on it. I asked the desk person if it was done. The tire could not be repaired due already being patched. Understood and appreciated. She informed me I needed to replace the tire; cost: $290.00.While I value their decision to not apply a second patch to the tire as this is not safe, I would have appreciated a call letting me know rather than waiting until I returned. Even more important is the fact that my car is all wheel drive. Replacing one tire only would put the differential at risk of damage....and for $290.00.

I called this morning to confirm they are open on Sundays but to also check prices and they even gave me a realistic quote without even going in yet. Got me in without an appointment ASAP and finished within 2 hours! They even showed me the damage so I am more aware of it, super helpful

Very overpriced $170 a tire. The lady in the front is very rude and, threatened pulling the service because, I didn't want to listen to her rudeness. They didn't want to replace because I had one wrong tire size on my car. They would only do it if I changed the flat and other tire. Where in the city do you know a business that is open 7 days a week, and doesn't require an appointment? Where you can just walk in, ask for a service and can be serviced in the SAME day? That's right...nowhere else. I am grateful to say that San Francisco Car Care is open, all the time, 7 days a week!!!Excellent service, great work, and the nicest people. And I know some people read other reviews and have thoughts, people should consider inflation, cost of gas going up, cost of parts and labor and much more. But that's the hard part that people don't see of think about. Is alright, prices are average but Costco may be a bit cheaper for replacing all 4 tires. They currently charge $25/tire labor + tpms, tire disposal, + tire price

So I tried their coupon for an oil change. I called the day ahead to see if I could make an appointment so I would not have to wait and they said that would be fine. I brought my car and asked since I had an appointment for how long. They then inform me that an appointment did nothing for you and they are first-come, first-served. Why not tell me that on the phone when I called???? So I was told it would take 60-90 minutes. Okay, longer than I wanted to wait and why I made an appointment to start but I was already there and my truck needed the oil change. I asked how many techs they had working and they said 2 so I thought they could actually do it in that timeframe. So 75 minutes pass and I walk back by to check in the status and they had not even started my truck yet and also realized that they lied to me and only had one tech working not 2. I was told it would be AT LEAST another hour. Are you kidding me????? Only come here if you can drop off or do not care about your time because they don't!!!!!Service: Oil change
