Patrick is an extremely honest mechanic who fixed my car s brakes quickly and at a fair price. He also went out of his way to point out that my splash guard was damaged and that it needed to be replaced. He ordered the parts for me and replaced it with zero additional labor charge. Incredible service!

The team (especially Patrick) is extremely attentive and provides various options in order to resolve a given issue. They are highly responsive via email, call and - what I greatly appreciate - text. Most importantly, particularly given the automotive industry, their commitment to providing value is commendable - no underhanded deals or exaggerated costs. I have two cars I bring here regularly and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

Patrick and his team are knowledgeable, honest and will do you right! They are everything you want in a trusted mechanic. The last time my vehicle was there the repair ended up being covered under a recall with the dealership. Patrick was kind enough to facilitate everything with the dealership once they understood the situation. They took awesome care of me even though they ended up not doing the repair. I highly recommend SF Automotive Solutions for all of your auto repair needs!

I come here for routine maintenance of my car - I love how friendly and patient the staff are. They have competitive prices for the high quality service they deliver. I m not the most knowledgeable about cars so I appreciate their helpfulness, even if it s with minor issues. Highly recommend!

My car broke down near by this shop, they helped me to bring the car inside.At first they told me that the price will be $850 to fix it, but eventually sent me the invoice for 1700 dollars. I told them that I need to think about it, but they said that the car will be fixed in a couple of hours already. I thought, that I don t have much of a choice, but at least my car would run great.When they showed me my car, I noticed strong vibrations and a weird sound, I asked about it and Patrick replied that the car is just old ( I didn t have that sound before it broke down). When I started driving home, I discovered that my engine lacks power, the car was super slow. They said that they tested - lied and didn t fix the car properly. Charged a lot!I don t recommend anyone this shop, pretend that they want to help you, charge you a lot for nothing, and eventually let you out with potentially dangerous car to drive.Poor business, hope you shut down before you kill someone!

My brakes were locking up and causing my wheels to skid when applying the brakes. I brought my truck in to All American and I had my truck back in less than 24 hours with the repairs complete. Patrick said it was a spring in the brake drum that needed to be replaced and he did not charge me for any parts or labor. Incredible!I have used them in the past and will certainly continue to use this trustworthy auto repair shop in the future.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Excellent service! My 2010 convertible MINI rear window regulator was broken. They fixed it. I m happier than a pig in mud! Not only did the shop repair my rear window regulator, but Patrick, the owner explained why my check engine was flashing.. The man knows what he is doing and cares about his customers! His talented team also made minor repairs that were necessary but not contracted like my convertible top that kept getting stuck in sunroof position. Islam service totally recommended!

Brought my Mercedes in for a full inspection. Patrick was a pleasure to work with and broke down the diagnostics report in detail with me while also providing his recommendations.My car is 24 years old and had a lot of regular maintenance work to be done, but nothing seriously pressing. I didn't feel pressured to take care of everything all at once and decided to take care of some things that worked within my budget/time constraints. Patrick and team had my car serviced and even washed in no time.These guys do good work here and are honest and transparent with you. I highly recommend!

Patrick and his team do excellent work. They are flexible, they care about you and your vehicle and they always find solutions to difficult problems. I have brought two very old cars one Audi and one Mercedes to Patrick for work. Found this shop by chance when my car first broke down and I had just moved to San Fran. The towing company recommend them. This was 2016.Patrick and his crew have been fixing my car ever since.The car has never broken down again, they take care of maintenance and preventive maintenance.Prices are very competitive and their service goes beyond the repair in itself; they make sure everything is working as it should after your visit and if it isn t, they take care of it promptly.This a shop where you can take your car, have it returned knowing that things are fixed, promptly and expertly and they care about you.If you are looking for a responsible, dependable and ethical mechanic, look no further. My Jetta had a huge transmission oil leak, caused by a crack in the pan. This happened during a time i was going through major health challenges. I greatly appreciate Patrick s care and kindness towards me and how quickly and efficiently he repaired my car. He also followed up a couple of days later to see if everything was ok. I don t live in San Francisco and Patrick stored my car while I arranged transportation to his shop.Patrick is definitely an Angel in my world. This was my first time finding my own auto shop in San Francisco. I was so impressed by the quality service and warm reception from Patrick at SF Automotive Solutions.The online booking was quick and they were expecting me at the appropriate time. Patrick helped run down the estimated costs and kept me updated every step of the way with printed and emailed receipts. My car was meticulously inspected, all filters changed, and a brand new battery to replace my almost-dead one. The pricing was very fair and the service was completely worth it.I d highly recommend this shop to any of my friends looking for quality and care. Was in a pinch on Friday and needed my AC fixed before the weekend. Texted Patrick and he was able to get me in the same day, no questions asked. The shop is clean and Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you re an SF local (especially working in FiDi), you re in very good hands here. Patrick is very caring and honest business owner, I visited San Francisco from Phoenix and had a car issues on July 4th with everywhere closed, I left a message for San Francisco Automotive Solutions overnight explained situation and that my kids didn t feel comfortable riding car back to Arizona, early next day Patrick personally messaged me and despite them being super busy he took my car in and checked it and made sure it was safe to drive back home, he took few pictures of the cause of problem and explained everything in details, before I know he got me back on road going back home.We are all truly grateful for his service and more importantly for his honesty.Patrick and staff, you guys brightened our day and from bottom of my heart Thank you all for helping us get back on road quickly and safely.Truly grateful,Kamran

I brought in my 15 year old Mercedes after I had a major problem in the middle of the night. Patrick and his team looked into it the next morning and gave me a very detailed and easy to understand outline of the repairs needed. He was very conscious about cost. My car needed a LOT of work. SF Automotive handled everything and a week later, my Mercedes was running better than it has been in years. Patrick and his people do high quality work, are very responsive, and I consider them one of the most trustworthy businesses I have ever worked with. The service I received was great and Patrick was wonderful to work with. Chit-chatting about a completely different topic and not cars, I could tell he's clearly the kind of person who makes sure to not just get a job done, but to do it well. I definitely found this comforting.He was also super down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain the part that needed to be replaced and how it impacts the performance and safety of my vehicle - something I value when discussing something as important, but foreign to me, as car mechanics.The repairs were made quickly, communication was easy and convenient. When I picked up my mini, it was even super shiny and freshly washed! I don't know if they typically do that, or if it was just because my car was definitely overdue for a wash. Patrick has always made sure the vehicles were repaired properly and that any necessary preventative maintenance issues were kept on schedule. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Patrick is amazing. He helped me out with my smart car and knew immediately what was wrong with it. They went above and beyond in repairing my car quickly and really worked with me on the cost. I called so many people and they were the only ones willing to work on my smart car and accept an extended warranty. Patrick fought to get as much money from them as possible and really saved the day. Thank you again!
