Outstanding customer service from the Service Dept. They ask the right questions and makes sure that the car continues to operate in a safe manner. No hard sales tactics, just plain good customer service. They take care of my Accord and my Acura MDX and I am always satisfied with their care. This service team is one of the best that I have encountered. Way better than the other service departments that I have encountered around the Bay Area. At SF Honda/Acura, I am treated like a valued owner and customer.

Had the chance to buy a new car from the team at San Francisco Acura. We all know that buying a car is a stressful process. But I had the pleasure of working with James and Johnny. Trying to decide between the different colors and options was a little crazy. But these guys knew their stuff and helped to make the whole experience not so stressful. After all the education we were given my wife and I were set on a color, interior and trim level. Sad to say this location did not have the exact one in stock and there was no giving in to other options, that was the car we wanted. But we had luck on our side and James and Johnny were able to find one at a different location and took the time to go to that dealership and get the car. It was not a close location. So VERY happy and grateful for the amazing experience and would recommend James and Johnny to anyone.

The sales person was great, but when it came to sign the contract it was a different story. The person in charge of getting signatures and putting the contract made us believe that the only way to buy the vehicle was to add additional services. For example if something electrical wasn't working or if the seats ripped and stuff like that. He would try to hide the additional amount of this services. He made it seem as if it was just the price of vehicle. I know for a fact that this are additional things that are optional. We agreed to buy it because my mom was very happy to get vehicle but this is not okay.

Got my vehicle serviced and happy with the service. Claudia helped me quickly and explained to me what other maintenance I will need in the future. She was really helpful. Took only 1 hr for them to service my transmission and rotate my tires. I'm a happy lady. The lobby has nothing on the BMW lobby in burlingame. But there are snacks and water available.

Service reps are friendly. I deducted one star because this location STILL isn't providing courtesy car washes due to COVID. COVID restrictions have been lifted for a while now, so this is just an excuse not to provide the service.

San Francisco Honda now Acura is a great place to obtain your first vehicle or even trade in a vehicle! I would definitely recommend them to my family or friends. In fact I will be going back to look for an upgrade on our vehicle we first purchased from SF Honda/Acura.

I purchased my 2024 Integra at SF Acura. For most of my life I dread going to car dealerships.My experience from the start to end at SF Acura was seamless and had a great experience.Ricky was able to make sure I know the price of the car and the financing terms prior to coming in.
