Had a great experience at this body shop after my Tesla was involved in a collision. Saro was incredibly kind and professional, providing excellent service. The repair was completed quickly, and my car looks like new again. Really impressed with the quality of work and the speedy turnaround. Highly recommend this place for any car body repairs.

I highly recommend S & A Autobody & Paint Shop to anyone who needs body work on their vehicle. Early-May my Acura RSX was backed into by a Dodge Ram, causing body and panel damage to the passenger side door. Saro gave me a quick estimate that matched my insurance's and let me bring in my car right away. He offered to take care of some minor dings and dents as part of the repair work, and gave me a great rate on some additional fixes while we were at it.Communication was excellent. I was sent in-progress pictures as repairs were made. I was also informed immediately of delays when FedEx misplaced the replacement door for a few days! They discounted me several hundred dollars as compensation, which was greatly appreciated and entirely unnecessary, as it was out of their control.Overall, I had a great experience and would go back to them for future work in a heartbeat.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend this body shop. Qualified staff. Amazing and clean work. Reasonable price. You do not have to worry about anything. Manager Saro is real Man and very friendly. He helped me from talking with adjusters and expedite the process through to rent a car. This is my second visit to this shop. They did great work previously with my Nissan Altima also.

One of the recent storms (Jan 2023) left a scuff from some flying debris in the fender of my 2021 Corvette. Doubt anyone else would notice, but I did. It was just past the "that'll buff out" stage and required proper paint and clearcoat.I shopped around a bit for a reputable shop and got estimates from several, who all quoted around $1000 after seeing pictures. Saro from S&A was the only one who said "bring it in, I'll take a look." When I did, his estimate was comfortably below the others and the shop had a straight 5 star rating from all the reviews I saw.The gallery didn't show a many sports cars, but there were some classics and a classic Mustang in the bay undergoing a full restoration when I dropped in for the estimate. On that, and just the confidence I got speaking to him, I dropped off the car.I was not at all disappointed with the results! Perfect color match to the Red Mist. Communicated through the whole process. Great price. Great finish. There was a slight delay getting the proper finish, but that's kind of expected in the post-covid world. The job was still done quickly and done right.A well earned 5 stars.

Good communication, fast turnaround, and quality work. S & A was the 5th auto body I had visited while searching for a shop to handle my project, and they were the most reasonably priced. I wish I had found them sooner. Saro and his team are exceptional, and they have a long history (as well as reputation) in the SSF area. Thanks again.

To start off this review is a 6/5 stars aka they did an above and beyond and the work was amazing !I recently had work done on my 2022 Honda Civic Sport not only was it near to the holidays but I know they had other work to handle but they still communicated and where 100 percent on time. The quoting process was easy and simple and was not outrageous like the ignorant people down in Pacifica who clearly don t know anything Saro and the rest of the team (technicians, and manager) where not only incredibly well versed in their knowledge of the car itself but worked tirelessly and efficiently and effectively to get my auto body damage (which was extremely bad at the time, I had a bumper completely cracked and off, the sides and back where dented and the car needed parts too) they painted and matched the color perfectly. And For the location and price this shop is the best in the East Bay. As you can see they are credible , honest , and kind. They work harder than most do at easier job types and they completely respect their craft. This is by far better than any dealership or auto shop I ve been too and I ve taken very expensive vehicles to shops in the past and got much less quality work than at S and A where they put their heart into their work. Management and the team are impeccable and outstanding. Thank you to Saro and the wonderful technicians. IF YOU NEED WORK DONE FROM PAINT TO AUTOBODY TO PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING I RECCOMEND YOU COME TO S AND A THEY WILL NOT OVER CHARGE. REAL PRICES AND EVEN MORE REAL AS PEOPLE, I cannot say thank you enough for them saving my car and making it look completely new

My car was completely keyed except the front and rear bumps. I dropped off my car on Monday and my car was done by Friday as promised. Very nice, friendly and professional people. They lowered the price for me, even painted the front and rear bump to match the color, also did some additional repair to my car with no additional cost. They were updating me the progress of their work every single day. My car looks brand new. I am very happy with their amazing work. I highly recommend this auto shop!

I came in on a monday to get some holes in my doors filled and painted. 2 days later they were finished. The outcome is amazing, looks beautiful. Everyone there is very polite and professional. The shop was very well organized and clean. Has a family atmosphere. They even helped me lowering the price when they didn't have to. I give Saro and his team 5 stars, they gained a new customer. Great communication and great job!!! Unfortunately I had a 3 accidents within one year, I went to Giannini's Auto Body Shop and Hayes Auto body shop, these body shops services are not bad. But third time I went to S&A, which I liked most, Saro is very helpful and honest with price. Strongly recommended!

Hands down this place has the best service at the most reasobable price. I Dented my drivers side door, and dreaded going to get a quote from a body shop to fix it, cause i knew it was gonna be an arm and a leg to fix. As any repair always cost more than you want to pay. I went to prob 4 or 5 different body shops to do my due diligence in getting quotes. Saro at S@A Auto was by far the most straight forward and honest, and reasonable with price. Got my car back a few days later, and the door looks brand new, I could not be happier with the service i got. Thanks again.

I went to replace two parts, took 30 mins top. Saro even bumped down the price on what was originally agreed because it took less time than what was estimated. Great communication. Open and honest about the price. Doesn't try to upsell. Would recommend.

I highly recommend this auto body shop. Francis one of the estimators was so personal and professional all in one! They let me look around the shop at some of the current work that has been done after I got my estimate
