I had a ladder fall and scrape up the entire side of my new Mazda. Danny was very friendly and helpful and provided us with a comprehensive quote. Him and his team kept us informed of the progress of the work by email and even finished ahead of schedule and on budget. The car looked brand new and they went above and beyond to make sure every details was fixed even though we were very picky. Highly recommend!

Danny and his team really earned their 5 stars. I came in with my brand new Audi A5 for a scrape in my fender with some paint chips and a light bend. Danny was extremely friendly, gave me an estimate and took time to explain and answer all questions so I felt fully confident leaving my baby in his hands. He included buffing out a lighter scrape in the bumper completely for free. The price seemed fair for the amount of parts they had to take out and repaint (bender with headliner, door, rear light).My car ended up being ready 2 days sooner (4 working days total) than the day he gave me (which had included a day buffer) and Danny already informed me ahead of time. When I came to pick it up, you could not tell any work was done, the color (Daytona Grey Pearl) was matched perfectly and super smooth. They let me inspect everything rigorously and I found a few tiny, barely visible spots in the paint (like dust particles) they overlooked, which Xao immediately polished out for me again on the spot (and then gave it another rinse again). He really wanted it to be perfect!I was told as a warranty if I ever have any issue with the repair, for as long as I own the car, I can come by any time and they'll make sure it's fixed.I will definitely come here again if I ever need any body work done on my car again!

Friendly and excellent service from Danny and his colleagues. I brought my SQ5 there so they could swap out the chrome emblems and rings with black ones. Since I stated that I might wish to switch back at some point, they were able to preserve mine intact even though the ones on the back are glued on and frequently snap apart when being removed. Danny also provided me with quotes and suggestions for a couple more dings on my car, and he was able to fix one of them by buffing out one of the scrapes without charging me extra. I'll absolutely get in touch with Danny first if I have any needs down this road in the future!

They fixed my VW mirror in just a day, painted it and detailed my car on top. Great customer service, in and out rapidly. Overall very smooth experience, no complaints. Thanks guys!

Danny did a fantastic job on my brand new Audi S4 2021. My right rear quarter panel go side swiped and there were some dents and scratched right below the gas tank.He took his time to explain to me the work, repairs he would do, and even walked me through a couple different options. At the end of the day, I was able to fix my car and even save some $$. I really appreciate Danny and his crew's work on my car, looks good as new!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience with Danny and team, friendly and great service. I took my SQ5 to them to replace the chrome badges/rings with black ones. The ones on the back are glued on and often snap apart when pulling them off, but they were able to keep mine in tact since I mentioned I might want to switch back at some point! Danny also gave me estimates and recommendations for a few other dings on my vehicle and was able to improve one of them with some buffed out one of the scrapes at no extra charge. Will definitely reach out to Danny first about any future needs up this alley!Service: Body & Trim

Choosing Royal Auto Body Shop for my Audi Q3 repair was seriously the best choice I made.My claim was through Progressive and Danny and team handled everything from drop off to pickup expertly. Best thing? The car cleaning crew KILLED it and gave my car back to me looking showroom new. Danny and team did such a great job fixing our SQ5 after another car lightly hit it busting the rear tail light. They cleaned up some other minor spots they noticed too while it was in the shop (& at no charge beyond the original estimate). I have consistently had good service from both Royal and my service advisor: Craig Foley. Using text messages, I have been sent timely updates and videos of the mechanic walking through an inspection of my vehicle. Kinda cool.

I could not have been happier with the work Danny and his crew did on my White XC60 Volvo. My car was shinning like new and looked like new. I was taken care of very well and always was given updates even though Geico was not easy to work with. I would recommend the Volvo body shop to anyone who wants the best job done on their Volvo! SF being SF had to deal with a window break in and parking lot hit and run recently.Danny and team did a stellar job - prompt, responsive and fast. Top notch service.My 2018 A4 looks so pristine and new that I m afraid to drive it. Might put it in a high security vault or smth

Danny and his team (Lulu is the best!) have gone above and beyond with the service of my car. Danny is the most helpful and communicative technician I have ever dealt with. I (unfortunately) have had my car in his shop multiple times and have had the best service. I don t even consider Danny my car repair man, he s become my friend. If you ever have any repair needs I would recommend Danny at Royal Automotive Group Body Shop.

Danny did an excellent job on my roof repair after the car was topped by a garage door! He worked with the insurance company directly to make sure the proper parts were used on the sunroof and the finish looks like nothing ever happened. It took a couple weeks but they did deliver in the promised timeframe. I realize almost every business and parts supply chain is impacted by COVID so 5 star!Service: Body & Trim

I'd recommend Royal Automotive to anyone, whether it's a small ding repair or a big body job. They provided me with an accurate quote upon initial inspection, gave me almost daily updates on the repairs to my vehicle (Audi S3 2019), and detailed the costs line by line of everything that was being fixed and why. They did an AMAZING job on my car, looks like i just drove it off the lot again. The whole staff is incredible personable and professional, especially Vee who helped me out with my car. He was very honest with what repairs were needed vs just for vanity purposes as well as worked with me when I paid out of pocket. 12/10 would recommend to use them for all your automotive needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I highly recommend Royal Automotive for all body shop repairs. I worked with Vee, who was a consummate professional kind, honest, thorough, and highly responsive. He walked me through the process with the utmost transparency and worked with me to fit my timeline for repairs given that I was traveling. At no point did I feel upsold or that any unnecessary costs were being incurred. The car looked good as new when I picked it up (it was even washed and detailed, a nice touch!), and I received a clear itemized list describing the work that was done and the parts that were ordered. Vee and his colleagues are true pros!

I love this dealership. They made it extremely easy when I bought my car. Then I got rear-ended on the freeway and their body shop was excellent. They got my car in and out in the time frame that was promised. And the end result was excellent. My car looks as good as the day I bought it . I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Royal Motors.

Congratulations to me! I bought my first car since moving to this country (in 2011)!I have to say that the experience with these guys was outstanding. Crazy helpful, understanding, not laughing at me when I realized I'd forgotten to drive a stick, and responsive.Buying a car is a very daunting experience; so much paperwork, the constant feeling like you're getting ripped off, so many decisions... I found my experience buying a car here very smooth. I was happy with the price, the condition of the car, and the salesperson's willingness to help me with the few things that confused me, long after I had driven the car out of the dealership.I will definitely recommend this place to friends that may be in the market for any of the above brands.

Even 1 star is a lot for these people. I wanted a quote for leasing Mazda CX-5 and they gave me one which I liked and although I live in Peninsula with lot more dealerships than SF I decided to take the trip and go there on a Saturday. After an hour going back and forth constantly to see the car that they have gave me the quote for, it turned out that they actually do not have the car in their inventory and they said it is in shipment and it will arrive in 2-3 weeks!! After going back and forth for another 1.5 hour they could not give me any offer which is remotely close to the one I already had.The whole experience was so disappointing and at the end it only left me with the anger of wasting my whole Saturday on some unrealistic quote. This is an example of dishonest business to drag people to your dealership with some false promises and then trying to sell them something that they do not want with a lot more money.I finally gave up on Mazda dealerships and got a Nissan Rogue instead!
