I had trouble at first understanding how severe my repairs were. (IF u wonder, I went to Firestone at beech n monroe)It took 2 weeks, so u can see the problem from view. The problem in reality was getting all the parts n seals. 38 of them.After they were done, the car runs like a champ.I have to go back on the 28th to finish the work needed.Ya, it's expensive, but everything is n we need to move on. I'm so glad I stopped n talked to nate n his crew

I am writing this review from the perspective of a repair facility. For some background the repair facility I represent is a high production and well established business. We are the highest rated facility in the city and are centrally located surrounded by dealerships, freeways and tons of housing alike. We have partnered with Repairpal now for over 3 years and finally ended the partnership due extremely low return on investment.Repairpal over the past few years has produced very little work for us that is of much value. They often misquote clients and do not accurately reflect or advertise the services offered by our facility. Even after numerous calls with various service reps they could not get our account set up to reflect accurate pricing as well as services offered. A recent issue we had was charges that they called "estimated repair value" just because a vehicle was towed to a facility in our area. They never confirmed whether the vehicle had actually been delivered to us by the tow company or serviced here. Scheduling of services are requested but clients never show. This could either be them attempting to fake some value by making it look like they have clients coming from them or if not then the users are very low quality and schedule only to become no shows. Regardless of what the reality is its worthless. There is also no compensation to the shop for clients who no show or cancel last minute even though Repairpal knows we had to reserve that time for a client and respectively turned away other paying customers.For business owners or managers considering using this system I highly recommend to invest in Yelp advertisements which are far superior and bring in quality clientele. We will be re-allocating the funds which we had previously been wasting on Repairpals system to Yelp Ads.As a client using Repairpals system you should be aware that not only are they only provide you with an ESTIMATED COST, not a guaranteed price but also when you have service done they take a significant cut from the repair facility you are having work done at. Do yourself and the businesses a favor and just contact them directly so you can get direct and accurate pricing as well as not hurt them by allowing repairpal to cut into their profits. I recommend to search for reputable facilities on yelp to save yourself the potential headaches.The only reason I will allow for 2 stars is there is some very, very light value in the fact that sometimes (3-4 times a year) you can be referred a good extended warranty job.

Bunch of scam artists. Had the service, did work for about a year. Then all the work became unprofitable. On top of that they would hit you on 10% vig for customers that were coming to my shop for YEARS prior. Don't even get me started on the cancelation process. Lost thousands to these guys. DO NOT JOIN THIER PROGRAM.

Absolutely worst experience! I have paid over 4 $250 deposits to get my car fixed even though the shops do full diagnostics and every time something is fixed, something else is wrong and these are things that could have been prevented had they taken time to actually look at my vehicle

I had a problem with an approved site through this website which is used by Maxcare warranty. The had poor communication skills and relayed incorrect information. The accomodations for waiting for a repair were disgusting. I had to sit in the summer heat in florida in a small office while they worked on the car. I spoke to someone at Repairpal regarding this and they were going to follow up with the shop but I still feel that this shope will still be treating clients the same after I am done. I am also upset that such a site doesn't have a shop closer to my home. I live in a larger city and the closest repair shop was 30 miles away.

I want share I used this website to find a shop that would take my warranty company. I found Quality Auto Truck & Tire in Hillsborough NJ. THE OWNER hates warranty company's, and I sat in the shop from 10 am to 2:30 I came to get my 02 sensors replaced thst my warranty company approved to be paid but instead he tried to get $3000 for Catalytic converter which doesn't need to be repaired. So the warranty company denied my claim. I also ask for oil change I was there for 4 hours never got a oil change and I was charged $153 for a 10 minute job they charged $144 an hour for diagnosis test I was charged for the whole hour as my car sat in shop for 4 hours . I paid it cause he wouldn't have gave me my car back. So please remove Quality Auto Truck & Tire in Hillsboro NJ off your list for accepting CAR WARRANTY THE OWNER HATES WARRANTY COMPANY'S HE SAID AFTER 42 YEARS OF BEING IN BUSINESS HE HAS THE RIGHT TO DISLIKE MY WARRANTY COMPANY.

This is for meineke on bell rd and reems in surprise az,these guys did me dirty,they charged me for parts I bout,have had to have same part replaced three times at my expense,there mechanic (megual)did one of them jobs on a Sunday ,did not do it right at all,again I had to pay for his screw up,five grand to get shake in front end fixed,still shakes,and come to find out it's my tires that are causing it,been over charged,been treated like I'm at fault.very very unhappy about the service at this place and have spoke to legal representative for legal action

You suggested sun devil auto or I just thought since reviews were good I d go with. Biggest mistake ever I feel I paid 155. For a diagnostics that I truly believe wasn t done no documentation was shown all I received was word of mouth I need a new transmission so would not recommend sun devil in surprise az civic center

Horrible service . Recommends shops that are completely false and don t even do their jobs correctly. Had the maxcare with Carmax and needed work done . Used of the shops that took the warranty low and behind shop charged the warranty and the shop lied about doing work on my truck . Ridiculous

They are completely out of lunch with there estimates!!! based on perfect conditions and aftermarket parts. They should pay what is over there estimates then they would learn what it cost fix vehicles properly.

I agree with A. M. Horrible! I have the exact same issue and Repairpal and Maxcare does NOTHING, but recommend you back to the same shop you already been to! They don t even deserve 1 star
