Very honest firm.I was initially informed by my local Toyota dealership that I needed a new Prius Battery. Their estimated cost was $3,200.So I made an appointment with PriusKing for a much cheaper battery replacement option. During my appointment with them, they immediately did a computerized diagnostic check, before attempting to replace my battery.After getting the diagnostic results on my 15 year old Prius battery and car, and without hesitation, their tech Phil earnesly and honestly told me that I did not need to pay for any expensive and unnecessary battery replacement.Phil further added this was a standard way they conduct their business, in order to give the best possible customer service and savings to their clients Service: Electrical

Highly recommended. Great price on the battery and installation, and they were the only option I found that came with a lifetime warranty. The battery is new OEM; after doing a lot of research I learned that many Prius battery packs are cobbled together by taking the few cells that are still good out of several dead batteries and putting them together in a new housing. Unsurprisingly these don't last very long. So I was very happy to find that Priuskings' batteries are new. They came to my house to take care of the replacement, and really went above and beyond (like jumping my completely dead car for me so I could get it to a place where they could work on it). They explained the whole process to me, kept me informed for the 3 hours they were here, and made sure I knew they were on top of their work. I had saved for this repair, and was lucky to find a great price for a hybrid battery replacement with a lifetime warranty with PriusKings for 1k less than I imagined!Russell was my mechanic, I didn't have to bring my car into a shop, they come to you! Unfortunately my car was broken into right before my appointment, Russell was so kind and helped me with the broken glass before starting the repair.I had a great experience with PriusKings would definitely recommend!Service: Battery

The Priuskings team revived my 2006 Prius! After getting the dreaded PA080 Replace Hybrid Battery Engine code I started searching the internet for all replacement options. I stumbled upon Priuskings through Google, and being a college student in these crazy times they offered their service at a fair price. I emailed them and a couple days later I was booked for an appointment. I loved that the technicians come directly to my house. My technician Russel was early and polite. He did his own diagnostic to confirm my engine code and was off to work. My appointment was at 8am and by 11am I was signing my receipt and back on the road. Had my 06 Prius battery die on me with the p0A80 error so I took a look around for replacements but nothing beat their price. Got the new battery with lifetime warranty, labor for replacement, and they came to my apartment to get the work done. Was super convenient and great service. Would definitely recommend

These guys were great to work with. I used them to put in an inverter coolant pump on my Prius at one of their other locations and their price couldn't be beat. Russel was very professional and installed a Lifetime Warranty battery at my wife's office. He also cleaned my MAF sensor and throttle body for no extra charge. So glad they're now in the Bay are too. Thanks guys!
