Worst job ever. They patch tires from outside, something that you can do yourself. They don t even clean the puncture first. A patch from outside is going to let water come in and damage your tire. DON T GO THERE FOR ANY REPAIR

Quote for a job, went in and gave over the key, owner was like rushing, park the car on sidewalk, there was a garden barrier with metal bracket, he hit that and the corner is super sharp, not sure if it ding the bumper, I don't really care but for that kind of service it's not acceptable when they didn't take good care of customer's car, let along letting them work on my engine, no thanks, story continues, shortly after when I was moving on with my errands, they gave me a call when I was in the middle of something, told me that the job couldn't be done due to the difficulty and quoted me again for double the price, I told them to hold and I had to cancel my task and go back to pick up my car, I was pissed, should them had quoted me the doubled price, I'm ok, at least I can consider it, but when someone came in and you changed the price, that was people's time. I went back to get the car, remembered there was a shop nearby that I talked to before and they sound very friendly, call them up and quoted me what this shop quoted me the first time, viola, job done, so what's sup with this shop? Avoid them at all cost.Second story, my sis-in-law brought in a car for a light on the dashboard, they could fix it either, I don't know the details, but I'm skeptical on this shop more after this incident.

I brought my car in for a smog test, I only had to wait about 30 minutes and there is a sandwich shop across the street by the time I finished eating my sandwich my car smog test and paperwork was already for much less than other places I've been to. This place is right across the street from the San Francisco general hospital.

Great experience! Reasonable prices for SF, and they did a smog check and oil change for me in 30 minutes with no wait.

Very honest, no-nonsense shop. Had a slow leak on a tire, they took my issue to task and plugged it. 20 minutes later, I'm back on the road. Don't come here if you're looking to cause trouble for this honest outfit, you'll make the world a very untrusting place to do business

this is the most honest, best priced auto shop in the city! don't waste his (gerard) time, and he wont waste yours. also open on the weekends! and very knowledgeable. i will take any car i have to him without worry. and prices are always so good, i cant help but tip! even though he never expects it!

They seem to make up their own prices they started off at $180 which is the highest thing I've ever heard in my life and then they dropped it down to 120 and I thought no way and then I got a discount down to 80 and then I failed and then they try to tell me that it was going to be 80 again for a retest and then I said I'm not doing that again then they marked it down to 40 so they just make up their own prices and it's ridiculous

Good place for car repair and checkup. I love the no bullshit attitude. Things are said as they are.If they think it s not worth fixing, you ll know.

This is a cheap place to get a smog check. $48 total. You could spend double that elsewhere. It ain't pretty but very functional.
