Michelle and her team delivered exceptional service. I took my car in for its annual check, and Michelle meticulously went through every aspect of the maintenance process both before and after the service. Their complementary car wash exceeded my expectations it wasn t just a surface clean, but a thorough interior deep cleaning as well. I was pleasantly surprised to see the exterior waxed and the wheels gleaming. The crew truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I LOVE Porsche San Francisco. I purchased my car from the dealership in Marin (the SF office wasn't open yet). The service department at Porsche San Francisco is AMAZING. I work mostly with Elijah who is super responsive and really easy to work with. The dealership it self is super nice and super clean. They have an espresso bar and snacks on site if you do end up waiting. The service department gets me a Lyft to and back from my service appointments which makes getting my car there super easy. I highly recommend Porsche San Francisco!

My service experience was exceptional. I bought and have serviced my car at Porsche Walnut Creek and after my most recent experience vowed to never go back. We made an appointment for Porsche SF for breaks and an oil change, they completed our service in the same day and returned the car fully cleaned inside and out! The experience was worth crossing the bridge. Thank you Porsche SF for over communicating with us and doing a wonderful job with my car!

Absolutely the best auto service I ve been to. Miguel and Michelle were helping me out and the whole experience was great, very attentive and personalized approach made me feel welcome and appreciated, definitely making this my go to spot for Porsche service. The facility itself is also very beautiful and it is great just to spend time there, grab a coffee and enjoy beautiful cars. Happy to come across this place and great people that work there. If it is any indication of a good service - I also picked up some merch there, which I usually don t do :)

Excellent service.Alto was my service manager. He s easy, courteous and professional. I was amazed by the beautiful showroom too!I bought my car at Redwood City, but I was able to service my car at Porsche SF with no questions asked and the service was done on time. I will definitely look forward to support this dealership again .Glad it opened in the city when every other company moved out. Thank you for bringing back some life into SOMA!

I had a great experience at the San Francisco Porsche service center this morning. I brought my car for its annual service and was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They took good care of my car and explained everything clearly. They also had some amazing cars on display and I enjoyed looking at them while I waited. The service was quick and efficient. I highly recommend this place.

Michelle was excellent! She was very efficient and friendly. She went above and beyond in servicing me and my vehicle. I love coming to this Porsche. Also the complimentary coffee and baked goods are always a BONUS!

First time to go to Porsche SF to service my 98 C4S baby with only 14K miles. They were able to accomodate my request to complete the service before I take the car for a long drive. They were able to finish all the service in time.the staff were excellent. Highly recommended

Over promise and under deliver. Service rep emphasized they can pick me up from my house to Lucy up the car when I dropped it off. Texted and called (4 times) no response at all. However she was quick to send the link to the invoice for payment and acknowledged the time for car pick up. When I got there with my own ride since was ignored, she claimed she was busy. There was no customers that I can see there at the time. And my car was covered in dew. They told me they washed the car. Crazy. They didn't bother to wipe it down and I had to make a meeting so after a while whole car has white water spot stains. My car was much cleaner when I dropped it off. I asked the workers standing around whether that's how they deliver the customers cars and they ( young kids including the service reps) had no idea what I was even talking about. This is Porsche! I have a Mercedes also and their service department and car pick up and delivery service far superior. At least they know what good customer service is and not give excuses. They had at least 2 people standing around outside and a receptionist and 2 service reps with no customers except for me there. They knew what time I would pick up my car. They could have wiped off the dew at least. The whole operation is so clueless. Sad really.

I have been to a few different Porsche dealerships in the Bay Area, and San Francisco service department provided the absolute best experience. Everyone I encountered was very helpful and professional. I will be returning for all future services for my Porsche.

The service area at this dealership is growing and because of that they are experiencing severe growth pains. The service takes significantly longer than expected, the communication is poor and when you get the car back you'll need to head to car wash immediately. When I picked up my car it was pretty disgusting.

Brought my Cayenne to SF Porsche Thursday afternoon without an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in to top off the AdBlue fluid to my car. Rec great customer service from Michele, service advisor and Gunter Service Director. Definitely will go back for future services.

A very positive experience. Porsche understands how important it is to please the customer. Repeat and reference business is crucial to growth in sales. You may pay more for Porsche, but you reap a larger personal experience. Well done

Excellent service, clear, communication, Though this is a new dealership, the service Director and some of the mechanics are very well-versed with Porsches and especially high performance Porsches we definitely recommend this dealership for both car purchase and service in the future
