I had a fantastic experience at this dealership, especially with Brian. Unlike other dealerships when I moved here four years ago, Brian truly cared about what i was looking for and helped me get exactly what I wanted. He's a passionate and caring brand ambassador the best I've ever worked with.

Great customer service from beginning to end. Joe Frank was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. He granted us a pretty good deal, which I fact checked with various other sources. Joe, and the dealership in general, really like to encourage an ongoing relationship rather than just a one time transaction. I will definitely be coming back for our second car soon!

I needed to get an oil change for my Cayman and have the first service done.Gunter and Alto from service were fantastic to work with: clear communication, and had me in and out in no time. No funny business with service upsells either, thank goodness!Adam from Sales gave a tour of the premises and it was awesome. The showroom and second floor are beautiful. I will be returning for new car(s?) at some point in the future!Everyone was extremely professional, polite, and kind. I didn t catch the Barista s name but she makes a NICE cappuccino! Croissants from Arsicault were the cherry on top.

I had a great experience with Joe on the afternoon of April 15th. We were assigned another representative but because she was held up with something, he stepped in to help out. He was very genuine and informative even though he technically was not expecting us. I am currently still in comparisons of a few different make and models but Joe from Porsche SF would be the go-to guy if the Macan becomes the final decision.

Phenomenal service combined with an incredible facility. The staff are congenial, helpful, and knowledgeable.This is an easy place to hang out and enjoy an espresso or pastry while your car is serviced. A wonderful addition to the city and an unbeatable dealership overall.A particular shoutout to Elijah for a great experience.

Had a great experience with this dealership when shopping for a Macan. Vlad - the dealer I was working with - was incredible throughout the process incl test drive, Q&A, post visit follow up etc. The vehicle we saw in this dealership didn't end up having all the features we wanted (our appetite grew throughout the process ...), yet Vlad was awesome in helping us evaluate options in other dealerships and even sending us leads for where the car with a perfect mix of color & features might be available. Would highly recommend Vlad as a caring and knowledgeable pro!!

I am glad the new Porsche service facility opened in the city. Used to go to Marin, but this is really convenient. Elijah was my service advisor and he was excellent. Had tire replacement, alignment, break pads and down headlight replaced and was it quick turnaround, so really fast service.

I recently visited Porsche SF for an oil change, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. Their service was not only efficient but tailored precisely to my needs. Excellent service! We were on vacation when we had to get our car towed to Porsche. They worked on it immediately. estimate of cost & repair time was accurate. We got a very nice loaner.Alto, our service rep kept us inform & communicative.The coffee bar & croissant was a plus!

Took my Porsche Taycan here for a software update, new batteries for the keys, an updated remote charger, and a replacement heating system. I honestly have been putting it off because other dealerships have either been too far away or just didn t have the available times that worked for my busy schedule.Alto and team were amazing from the moment I called to inquire about service and throughout the process. Typical dealers I have called in the Bay have wait times for loaner cars, but Porsche San Francisco provided one immediately under short notice. Alto was extremely helpful, kind, and most importantly friendly. I don t write much reviews on here but I felt the need to because of the amazing service I received from the Porsche San Francisco team! It goes without saying that I will be continuing to come to this dealership for future needs! Keep up the amazing job folks!

Decided to try this new dealership for my car s 1st service. My service advisor, Elijah, was great to work with from scheduling the appointment, to drop off and of course his communication throughout the service and up to delivery!I m very happy with the service and how great the facilities look! Huge selections of Porsche at this location. The staff are super friendly, and helpful. The showroom space and mechanic room are very well designed and clean. The sales are enthusiastic, and very passionate about their cars. Ask them for a showroom tour, and I'm sure you'll find your dream car.

My experience at Porsche San Francisco was truly surprising. I've received excellent service from the Redwood City branch for the past three years, where I initially leased my vehicle. However, after buying out my lease, I lost my key and needed it replaced, which should have been a simple task.I decided to give the SF branch a try, given its proximity, but it turned into a huge headache. I received conflicting directions when I got there. When I finally got to the right place, even with an appointment, the staff seemed unprepared and surprised by my arrival. They informed me that the technician had left for the day, but when I reminded them of my appointment, they asked me to leave the keys and wait in the waiting area.Over half an hour later, a staff member approached me in a harsh and unapologetic tone, stating that they needed to set me up with a loaner. They explained that while trying to program the key, they had inadvertently wiped everything, including my spare key, rendering my car inoperative until the next day. As we began the loaner process, I discovered my insurance had expired a couple of days earlier. They arranged a Lyft for me, but it was a basic car rather than a luxury option, which was surprising for a Porsche customer.The next day, I went to pick up my car, and upon arrival, I noticed strange wrinkles on my driver's seat that were not there 24 hours ago. When I inquired about this, I faced resistance and a lengthy exchange of unhelpful responses. Frustrated with the poor service and rudeness, I insisted they find a solution. They called the technician who initially caused the issue, and the unhelpful conversation continued, with both staff members seemingly implying that I was lying. They argued that the car's age explained the wrinkles, ignoring the fact that it had only 12k miles and that the damage was not there before.Feeling hopeless about receiving professional service, I suggested they take a picture and consult with their experts, if available, and get back to me. I left, vowing never to return to that branch.

I picked my car from their website and did the entire process online. Devin Guggenheimer was my Porsche ambassador and was a great help and kept in contact the entire time. At the dealership he met me and everything was handled quickly and professionally.Brian Weisenberg, the general sales manager, filled in for their finance manager and made signing the documents a breeze.They also arranged for a company to transport my car to my home in the Pacific Northwest. A great Porsche experience with an amazing facility and employees.

Had service done by Porsche San Francisco and it was truly an amazing experience. Really great folks and customer service was top notch. My SA, Elijah, kept me informed of the status of the work throughout the day. Work was done perfectly and did I mention that the new dealership is beautiful inside and they provide the best pastries by Arsicault and amazing coffee? Really easy to schedule an appointment and they also provided a Porsche loaner. Highly recommend!

It was time for my yearly car service and I decided this was the best time to experience the new dealership in my neighborhood. I enjoyed meeting my new-to-me service advisor, Elijah, and the rest of the Porsche team members as they showed me around the stunningly detailed space housing the latest car eye candy. I especially liked the Papaya Metallic Macan! The coffee bar and very nice Barista was super special, and the menu of options rivaled my local Peets! After taking my time enjoying the place, it was nice to be hesitant to leave a dealership as I decided to walk home. Of course I was offered a laundry list of transportation options. My car service went very well and I really enjoyed the video of my car's multi-point inspection by the technician that was emailed to me. That was top tier! All car services were performed well and I look forward to my next visit to bring in my car, or just stop by to say hi to all the friendly faces I encountered. Thank you for a wonderful first impression!
