After an obnoxious quote $9,000 from a different body shop I just swung into Pierre's one day to see what they would say.The customer service was perfect, I was there for 30 minutes. Instead of pushing me hard on replacing the entire bumper like the other shop did on my Porsche Cayenne, they were able to remove 98% of the paint transfer and pop the dent out from a minor accident i had a while ago.I'm super happy with the service and the final result. Highly recommend this shop if you need work done.While waiting I also noticed they've been in business since 1967 so they have plenty of experience with everything out there and can fix anything foreign or domestic.I'd trust them with my Lamborghini (if I owned one) :)

My 2020 Audi Q7 was completely destroyed 3 months after I purchased it when a bear in Tahoe managed to lock itself inside of the car going after an empty cup of Vietnamese iced coffee, and freaked out mauling the interior. Seats, doors, ceiling, airbags all ripped to shreds. Shortly afterwards in a separate incident, my windshield got cracked. Pierre s was able to make all of the repairs to the point where my car looks better than it did when I purchased the vehicle. I am happy with the work they completed. Thank you Valerie and the technicians at Pierre s.

Just an amazing place! Our car got broken into and this was the closest repair store. We got splice service right away. Valerie was especially helpful!! Thank God for their service!

I've taken my cars here several times over the years as living in SF gets your car banged up a lot. I've always gotten great service. Evelyne at the front desk is a pleasure to work with. For one of the repairs, I ended up choosing not to have the repair done after they had already ordered the part (a large one- a hood), and they were totally cool with it. Highly recommended.

Had my car in for repairs as a USAA preferred shop, which you knows means they are good, and had an amazing experience! My vehicle looks great, like new and was fixed quickly. There was even damage that we missed at take in and they even offered to fix that at no charge! That s customer service and a body shop you can trust!

I had a great experience with Pierre's. After denting the side of my new Toyota Highlander I was distraught. Evelyne was gracious and friendly and assured me they could fix it and do a great job. She was communicative via text through the whole process. I got four quotes, Pierre's was in the middle. They got my car in within a day or two and finished it in a few days. The work looks great, infact it looks better than the other side of my car. Hopefully I never need to use them again, but if I do, they will be my first choice.

took my car in to be repaired after it was hit by another vehicle. after it being there for over a week for repairs I picked it up only to find that the horn, alarm, and speakers were all disconnected. This being a safety issue I immediately went back and they told me it was a mistake they forgot to connect the wires. This is negligence and dangerous to drive around like this, especially since I have small children in the car with me. I definitely do not recommend going to this place.

I have been to this shop a number of times, unfortunately. Yet I always feel very confident they will take good care of my car and bring it back to its former glory. The office staff is always thorough and explains everything I need to know about the process they will be putting my car through. Evelyne is the best office worker ever.

I brought in my car to be looked at for repair of some very minor damage; this place was recommended to me by AAA (I'm a member). I thought that the estimators with whom I dealt were very professional and courteous. Everything was explained to me in detail.

Went in for appraisal on a minor repair and they were completely honest regarding what I needed. The exact words words the person helping me used were "I'm in the business of making money, but not by lying". They didn't oversell me, a rare, honest find these days.

I had to go here when I got into an accident. Minor fender bender just damage on the driver side fender. Easy to fix right? Apparently not so. It took four repeated trips because someone didn't put things back right. Lots of noise in the freeway and howling etc. I'm not taking my car here again if my life depended on it. I have no clue how this place has 4 stars.

My family and I rolled into Pierre's on vacation, I had knocked our side view mirror off and we were looking at loosing a whole day vacation in SF. They took us in and prepped our car and got us on our way in 10 minutes. GREAT PEOPLE!! thank you for saving the day. : )

Friendly and EXTREMELY competent. Also quite speedy. Fortunately don't have to use their services often, but twice in the last 15 years I did they were great. Including yesterday.

Very rude office personnel. Went in to ask a few questions and left feeling like I just had left the principals office. No need for hand gestures lady. Brush up on your customer service skills please.Taking my business elsewhere.

Not what I would consider a real Body Shop, I have an older car that was not in there current database they wouldn't touch ir..I would suggest looking somewhere else or a body shop.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY PERSONABLE. THE BODY WORK NECESSARY TO REPAIR MY CAR WAS PERFECT. I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH. PIERRE'S AUTO BODY AND VERY SATISFIED

They don't seem to like it when u ask questions about how they do repairs. That's not a good sign of a reputable repair shop.
