Man, all I can say is great customer service. Very fast impressive electric scooter. Very professional scooter reps. Fast assembly after ordering. Same day pick up. LOADS OF RIDING ON THE FAST LANE.They are my new family and always a place where I buy my scooters at now. NO MORE Chinese PRODUCTS NO MORE Chinese SCOOTERS NO MORE SEARCHING FOR Chinese PARTS EVER AGAIN . ONLY AMERICAN MADE, MADE IN AMERICA!!!!

I booked with PEV.Works for a scooter for a 24 hour rental and had a post sales question, so I gave them a call. I spoke with Rob, who asked about the logistics of how I would pick up the scooter, how I would secure it overnight, etc...Anyways, because I was staying at a hostel it turned out the hostel wouldn't permit me to keep the scooter there overnight due to fire concerns with the lithium battery.Rob was very understanding and accommodating and provided me with a full refund. He also suggested other alternatives for us to get around in the city.Really appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company, pretty rare these days.Thanks Rob, I will definitely recommend PEV Works to friends and family staying in San Francisco who are looking to rent a scooter.

I visited this repair shop with a good atmosphere, pleasant, customer service was good. Saundra was pleasant they assisted me in repairing my scooter with concerns, it made me feel comfortable plus they provided discount. They repaired it quickly, they were awesome. Thank you.

Sooo thankful for this place. It was the only place I could find that would take & fix my electric scooter (just needed a tire & inner tube....but my scooter came from Amazon. So many electric scooter shops but only will work on scooters that they sell). Thank you for getting me rolling again. Will be coming back for service again. Highly recommend this place & the prices are reasonable.

I do not recommend doing business here. Get your business elsewhere. I gave them a working bike and got back a non-working bike. Here s the full chain of events: After calling them and being told they can fix anything, I got to the shop. The issue I had was that my bike s engine would cut off. I paid the $150 inspection fee and was told they would contact me about the next steps. Mind you, if I was told at this point, after the inspection, that they couldn t help - I would be fine and on my way. Instead, I get a text saying they found the problem and will fix it. Now, I m still expecting some sort of quote, offer, or anything that resembles a professional workflow. Instead, I get a voicemail after a while saying the bike is fixed and I can get it. Note - I have no idea what they did or how much it cost! I get there and am told it s $800. I told them they had not communicated this to me, and I didn t agree to it, and, to their credit, they acknowledged the fault and offered to give it to me at the cost of just the $150 initial inspection. I insist on paying, and we agree on an additional $100. 10 minutes after I left the shop, the bike malfunctioned. I got back, and they offered to refund me what I had paid so far ($250) and get the bike back to its original condition. I agree. I then get a text that they put the bike back together, but the throttle no longer works. Ok, at this point, I m willing to accept this as long as the bike is otherwise in the state I gave it to them. When I picked up the bike, I discovered it was completely dead. When I confronted them, they said it had "nothing to do with everything they did" (reminder: they replaced the electrical components twice!), but it happened on its own, and if I want them to fix it, they will charge me $1200.Do with this information whatever you see fit. I think it speaks for itself.

Rob was amazing! Super polite and professional. I didn't feel rushed to make a purchase. I was able to take my time and ask as many questions as I needed. Overall great experience. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful.

The BEST place to buy scooters and electric unicycles. I purchased a Vsett 10+R and Gotway MCM5v2 from them, and they both came incredibly fast. Customer support is top notch, and they're the only distributor in the USA that offers a 2-year warranty. Awesome all around and chill.

After my first repair, I had to take my scooter in two additional times due to an issue with my throttle getting stuck that first appeared 10 seconds after they returned it to me. They failed to fix it both times, and the latter time the throttle got stuck as I was going 25-30 mph and I got thrown off my scooter and injured my hands. During the minutes in which my hands were totally numb and bleeding, someone stole my scooter needless to say I had a terrible experience with PEV Works.Giving two stars because they did give me a refund for their service, but only after some convincing.

Pev Works built me a custom scooter battery with app monitored bms. The customer service was the best I've experienced in 30 years, they personalize your experience with full explanation of every aspect of your service. The environment makes you feel like you're around friends and patrons. I will recommend them to anyone and already have too close friends and family members. I hope everyone experiences their kind of customer service, I felt honored and appreciated just to be a customer. Thank you Kevin 2, You are the best my dude ...

You will find some of the most passionate, dedicated, knowledgeable, warm hearted and fun people working there at PEV! I had my bike serviced there several times by Brandon and his work is fast and truly exceptional (same day if nothing else comes up, that is how fast he is). Sandra who works up front keeps the lines of communication and logistics flowing ensuring I know what to expect and naturally makes me feel welcomed as a valued customer. The first time I was there, the owner Kevin also gave me a tour of their facilities showcasing the amazing work and projects they are working on. Truly outstanding people and I highly recommend this place if you need work done on your E-bike!

UScooter BoosterVThe retaining ring to the power port fell off, the port slipped the porthole and got lost in the housing, and the housing screws stripped out. Not having proper tools or replacement hardware, I made a painless, same day, online appointment for a 1hr ($100) consultation at PEV and drove my scoot over, to see what they could do.Initially, they wanted for me to give them until "possibly Tuesday" (citing the weekend) to fix it, but I pushed the 1hr consultation point and asked them to at least look at it before I had to drop my primary transpo with them for days.After 10 min, they realized they were stuck on the stripped screws too, threw me a reasonable loaner scoot and charger, and an ETA of TBD ......2.5 hrs later: a call, it's fixed! Cracked(!) power port replaced, PH1 housing screws upgraded to V2.5 and I'm back on the road! A++++ would use again and will recommend to others!

This place is amazing for scooters, e-bikes a all sorts of electric modes of transportation. The service is like none other. They take a lot of time explaining the products and brands. They let you try out things in stock and they can repair almost anything. Hands down the best experience shopping for E-everything.

I think they should be more friendly with walk-insI know you guys are busy but every time I go there looks like you guys wants to refuse service (which is fine)But better be straight upNot creating (excuses) or overprice simple work that can be done in 30 min (NO DOUBT) 200$ and saying would take 5 days PLUS to do the service and I brought my own partWaaaaayyyyyyyy better just to say PLEASE LEAVE OUR STORE WE DONT WANT TO SERVE YOU!Don t disrespect people going there because people work and find some time to go there they deserve to be treated with respect. Not jokes200$ easy task (2 months ago I paid 80$) I confronted one of themWhy the price is so highHe just told me things are expensive now And would take 5 days for something that can be done in 30 min .. FOR SUREI d say they are good in what they do IF THEY GET ALONG WITH YOU IF THEY LIKE YOUIf not better just look for somewhere else.

Hands down the best repair shop for personal electric vehicles like scooters, ebikes, unicycles and Esk8 in the Bay Area. Kevin and his team are fast, efficient and thorough. Great source for EUC sales too! Highest recommendation.

We travel all over the country with our scooters and we have never found a shop that could help us. We were out running errand for a show downtown. Zack helped us get back on the road. A speed charger, some slime and a tune up and we were back in the game.

I visited this shop when I was in San Francisco about a couple of weeks ago. I had a blast. Excellent customer service. I got to try 3 EUCs. Rob was very informative and patient. I am glad I had a chance to visit their shop. I will buy my next EUC from them.

After installing forklights one of them was attached to brake parts that obviously when used kept bending the wires until the light is no longer working. The place said its my responsibility and i gotta pay again. Like i feel like paying again for another 'reliable' service.

Super quick, awesome service. I brought my Varla Pegasus in when the brakes were a little loose and I couldn t adjust them at home. They brought the scooter in and in about 10 minutes the scooter was like new. Fabulous spot, if anything else on the scooter acts up I ll definitely be coming back here for the repair.

I just picked up my electric unicycle from these guys at Alien Rides! I m really glad I chose to go with them for my first EUC. I live in the Sacramento area so I drove over there to pick it up. I m really glad I did! Rob was so helpful getting me set up with my wheel. They do a comprehensive quality check on your vehicle which is awesome. While my wheel was updating, Rob offered to give me a training on riding the electric unicycle, as I ve never ridden one before. I highly recommend doing this training with him! I ve watched a bunch of videos on learning to ride, but having him go step by step with me helped me learn much better than I think I could ve done by myself. Every tip he taught me was paramount in my progression. All in all, I m super happy! Thank you Rob and everyone at Alien Rides!!

The staff were nice, and the financing is great. I had a piece of my scooter break shortly after I got home with it, and they repaired it without cost, even though it wasn't covered by warranty. I wouldn't hold your breath on getting free repairs though. 10/10.

These guys are awesome! I needed a charger ASAP, called them up, placed an order, picked it up in store the next day.They sell quality products, I couldn't find a dual 110/240v charger anywhere else.Awesome riding with them #baesk8

Do not come here! Go to SF wheels instead. PEV works looked at my scooter and right away tried getting me to buy one of their scooters instead. Guess what? I just took my scooter to SF wheels and the problem was much simpler. He just had to tighten the bolts in my scooter. He charged me nothing, these people were on the verge of charging me $300 for nothing.
