My Mercedes was giving me issues so I brought it into my local auto body shop (not Pete s) where it was misdiagnosed and I ended up paying hundreds of dollars for a part that didn t even need to be repaired. I then decided to take my business elsewhere so I went to Pete s Inc, and WOW my experience there was INFINITELY better!! The people at Pete s were incredibly kind and communicative. They took my car in and correctly diagnosed it very quickly, and then repaired it SO FAST. I was shocked when I got a call literally the next day saying my car was ready for pickup, because I expected it to take at LEAST 48 hours. The workers at Pete s are incredibly knowledgeable about what they do, as well as very friendly and helpfulI, so it was a really pleasant experience getting my car serviced from them. I highly highly recommend you take your car here if it needs any repairs and I will 100% be coming back if my car is ever giving me issues in the future!

The dreaded check engine light came on just before needing a smog check. The dealer wanted to replace the turbo charger for over $7000. I got a second opinion at Pete's and they fixed the problem by changing out a $250 part. The check engine light went off and the smog check passed.

The service is great, good communication, fast, fair. They go out of their way to explain the diagnostics and what they are proposing to fix. I ll keep bringing my Mercedes here for regular and one off service needs.

It is always a pleasure doing business with Pete's. They got me in the next day when iI called for an appointment. They do great work. I dealt with Greg at the front desk and he exlains everything very clearly. I trust their pricing and they do not try to sell unnecessay work. I been going to Petes for about 20 years and have never had a problem.

I recently took my Mercedes for a brake check. Greg was really helpful in giving me some tips to help with the screeching sound coming from the car every time I would hit the brakes before being my car in. I was able to get appointment within a week. They communicated clearly what was wrong and gave me an affordable estimate. I will definitely bring my car here next time.

Brought my Mercedes 1985 380 SL for a few problems it had and after purchase inspection. They solved all the problems and a few others they found during the inspection in a short time. Overall i am very happy with the level of knowledge and service quality.

I took my shared ten years old Smart for service. I have always serviced it at the dealer where it was bought, since it was new, but they have relocated far south of the city. Parts get old (even though my car only has 12 thousand miles, it's a city run around car, mostly)....replacement of the original front brake rotors and thin pads was recommended, after the service was complete, so I approved it. Prior to service, I had noticed squeaking noises and the pedal had seemed to go lower, when depressed. Now, the difference was apparent, when I drove home. This is a Mercedes product, so parts and labor were not cheap, but I want my vehicle to be in top running condition and safety. I expect these new parts will last me the rest of my life, or another ten years, which ever comes first. I used to take a previous car, my 1978 MB 300D, here in the late 1980's, and I intend to return to Pete's for my Smart's yearly service.

Conveniently located a few miles from home. Repairs to the radiator was fast. One mechanic knows how to fix old cars. That s helpful.

I have a classic Mercedes, and there was an issue with the passenger side front turn signal light lamp that would not turn on when the car lights were turned on. I tried replacing all fuses and also the bulb itself, but still could not fix the issue. Took the car to Pete's, and they fixed the issue same day. When I picked up my car after getting a bunch of work done I said Wow, that was really enjoyable! I mean who says that at an Auto Repair shop!?But it actually was. Everyone was so nice, I felt important, I felt confident that they would do the best work on my car. And the whole time I was chatting with them I was surrounded by beautiful old Mercedes to drool over.Doesn t get much better than that!

Greg: we were traveling through the area anx felt ripped off with such a high diagnostic fee when we had told them exactly what we wanted fixed and what was wrong (exactly what parts needed to be replaced which was exactly what they did replace). when we asked about it they said part of the diagnostic fee was to fill up the windshield wiper fluid, change the key fob battery and another small thing. I m not sure why this shop used to get such good reviews? Did the management change? Or are they taking advantage of people a little based on their good reviews from the past? Wake up guys and stop overcharging!

This is my go to place for Service on my MBZ E-Class. Mario and his team do an excellent job and they are very flexible and easy to work with. They do a terrific job of communicating and have taken care of me numerous times. Mario is always customer first and provides high quality work at a fair price. They also don't try and push additional services or maintenance unless the vehicle truly needs it. I've always had a positive experience and will continue to come back.-Matt

Always excellent service. And you'd think a firm with "Mercedes Benz, BMW" in the company name would include high costs. Not so. Pete's works to find the least expensive solution. My car is 84 Mercedes 300 CD with 153,826 miles. I had the front upper control arm joints replaced as well as the front shock absorbers. I could not be more pleased. My car has been serviced by them since it went out of warranty.

I am so happy with Pete s auto repair! I trusted them my with 1977 Mercedes Benz 450SL and they were able to diagnose and repair a number of weird quirks that had developed over time. Mario was extremely patient in answering all my questions and was very reliable in following up throughout the day. The garage is spotless, well maintained and by the looks of the other cars there, you feel you have come to the right place. Thank you!
