Great service at a great price! I was in a bind with a nail in my tire and they were able to fix it that day. Appreciate Paul and his team fitting me in and not overcharging me

Great service and nice people! I had rim protectors (Alloygators) installed at Paul's tire about a year ago. Had majorly scraped the right rear wheel along a curb so I needed it repaired or replaced.They were able to get the rim protector back in place and also did minor repair on two of the other ones at no charge!Will definitely come back to Paul's Tire!

Great experience at Paul's replacing 2 tires, alignment + 1 flat repair! Very transparent and fair with pricing - they provided me with a free quote and breakdown of parts and service (unlike other shops I called). Quick service and always able to accommodate my schedule :)

I ve been going here for about 8 years now. I ve never had a bad experience with them. They are always incredibly helpful, even when they are extremely busy. Prices are always reasonable. They never try to upsell me. I never feel like they are trying to pull one over on me. They are always very transparent about what they have to offer and what should be expected in terms of price. I highly recommend John and the mechanics at Paul s Battery & Tire.

I ll get right to the point. John gave me a diagnosis over the phone (and was correct), scheduled me for an inspection/repair/alignment, and had my car repaired the same day that I made the appointment with no bs attached. I can list on one hand the auto repair shops I trust and go to, and this is one of them. I am glad to have discovered this place.

I don t leave comments at all but I have to say something here. This is such a family vibe shop, full of integrity and folks are super friendly. I got my tire fixed and happened to notice a few other customers there. The owner knows their names, it feels so great to have a true neighborhood car shop. Highly recommended: Super fair cost & top notch service! Plus the family neighborhood friendly environment/experience. One stop shop with all worry-free.

I needed a fix or repair for a tire that wouldn't keep its pressure. Went to Big-O and they told me all four tires needed replacing, asap. I asked for a faster and less expensive fix, even temporarily, and they refused.Paul's Battery & Tire is just down the street, courteously scheduled me for the next day, had the job done in about 30 minutes, with zero upsell. Cost about $50. Big-O wanted to charge me $700+.I will 100% be coming back here next time I need a tire fixed or replaced. The mechanic at my local gas station recommended them without hesitation and now I know why.

I got a flat tire a couple days ago. Called them today. They scheduled me in quickly. Repaired the flat in very timely manner and sent right back on my way. One of the best experiences with any tire repair shop I've had. They've earned my trust. Highly recommend!

Needed a fix or replacement for a flat in a hurry. They accommodated me, and squeezed me in to their busy lineup. Customer service was friendly and no-nonsense. I'd definitely recommend Paul's for your tire and other automotive needs!

These guys were incredibly thorough and professional. I cannot recommend them enough.A few weeks ago, I came in with a completely vague tire issue. Though I suspect a leak, I couldn't say for sure because my dealership swore that tires were fine. But it was clear that something was off, because the pressure was always lower than it should have been!Within the hour, they had determined that the nozzle on the tire was loose, which my dealership hadn't noticed the last two times I went to talk to them! And because the fix was so small it just needed tightening they fixed it for free.I was very impressed with their service and their integrity. For tires, I definitely recommend Paul's.

Took my car to Paul s today for a wheel alignment as my car was pulling pretty hard to the left. The guy in the office (didn t get his name) was very nice and professional. The alignment was completed (took somewhere around 1-1:30 hr) and I paid $102 for it.When I drove away I noticed that the car was still pulling to the left so I turned around and came back to the shop. Multiple workers all stopped what they were doing and immediately started looking at all the tires and after talking a bit they figured out the problem. Then they rotated all the tires for free, test drove it, and when they confirmed it was all good, handed it off to me.Even though it took an extra 20-30 minutes, just wanted to call out how everyone in the shop went the extra mile to make it right when the alignment wasn t the only thing my car needed.I also liked how they didn t try to push new tires on me but when I asked they said I could probably replace two of them but it s not needed immediately.Will definitely be back for anything related to tires. Thanks again!!

I called Paul s to see if they could help with a low tire. They got me right in and patched the tire. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The price was very reasonable. My experience matched that of other reviewers - quick service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I am using this shop but I am happy to see their consistency. They have various tires even though mine was a little bit difficult to find; they ordered it and in two days I was on my way with my new tires. The cost was not so different but the quality of the job makes it worth it.

As a woman, I always stress that I will be taken advantage of at auto shops, but this shop is now my go-to and #1 recommendation! The team were respectful, quick, and definitely did not overcharge me. Plus, masks worn 100% of the time even when customers weren t present which is great.

Paul has always been great with finding troubles and fixing them quickly and In expensively.He has been my go to guy for my Lexus 2009 for 6 years. Always for tires and brakes and really any car needs I have. He is fair and smart. Great staff also

PLEASE REMEMBER TO CONFIRM/QUOTE THE PRICE OF THEIR SERVICE BEFOREHAND. That was my mistake and now I'm kicking myself for it. I bought bare rims and a set of tires and brought them in for installation and tire balance. I cleaned the rims and took the time to clean and peel off the weights that were stuck inside the wheel wells (not easy to do) to make installation easier on his employees. I even carried the rims and tires into his shop and carried them out on my own. They didn't have to take the wheels off or install them on my car nor did they have any used tires to dispose of. IMO, $200 is too expensive and I got ripped off.

Shop is taking on too many cars in day causing things to be missed like final inspection which would have uncovered that the original problem was not resolved too bad shop could have made $800 more I ended up taking somewhere else more convenient who had the necessary time to spend on the vehicle. I also had Paul's try to figure out basic problem why the TPMS light went on after 2 visits got second opinion found spare tire was low sensor light off how is it tire shop would not check the air in spare tire twice and new tires replaced were at 4 different psi

I went there today because my tire light popped on. The first man I saw outside was pretty rude and short with me. He was working on another car but I explained to him that had a baby in the car and I just want to make sure the car was safe. He told me I had to go inside to talk to office and set up and appointment.. which I couldn t do because my baby was in the car.So as I m about to jump in my car to leave a gentleman named George that works there stopped me and said it was probably just my air and he can check the tires out really quick for me. GEORGE, you are a good man! It s took him less then 10 mins to check on my tires and said everything looked fine just keep and eye on the back right and if there s another other problem book an appointment and he could look more into it. That is customer service. If I have any other tire issue... I m going to George.

I seldom if EVER write reviews online. Paul and his son have taken care of my tire and alignment needs for several years now and I always come back and trust them entirely with my tire needs.On numerous occasions when I suspect tire issues, I've had them evaluate the tire and he's never charged me a single dime. There have been times I've visited his shop and I remember I had tires and wheels that suffered damage that needed replacement-- instead of having me car-less for a period of time pending repairs and ordering of new tires/wheels, he lent me his own wheels and tires that fit for temporary use without charging me *anything* extra. You will NOT find another family owned tire repair provider that will treat you with such kindness and generosity like your own family. I couldn't possibly recommend Paul's Tires more.

I've been going to Paul's Battery & Tire Service for years, as well as many of my friends and family. Some of these reviews are vicious, and I am here to say they do an excellent job mechanically and I can always take my truck in and they check and rotate my tires for free. They are trustworthy, fast and honest. Plus they have been there forever....a native San Franciscan. whoop whoop

It's easy to shop local when the service, quality, integrity are high! Good pricing too. Two generations of my family have had our tire needs taken care of here.

I bought 4 tires some years ago. They offer free inspections and rotations every 6 months or 5000 miles. I found them to be very friendly and useful. I had a tire alert light on for a long time and couldn't figure out why. They discovered that the spare tire needed air to get the light turned off.

While I can assume the actual service of my car was done well, the customer service was not. I was quoted three times at one price over the phone. Twice prior to the appointment, and once the day of. I had someone else bring my car in, which is why I confirmed DAY OF what the price would be. They charged me more than the verbal quote for no apparent reason. I came to you for your price and you played me. Worse, you lied to me and gave your business a bad name. I'd rather go somewhere full of honesty and integrity. Such a bummer.

Had an engine light on my car due to loose fuel cap. I don't know why I stopped by his place but I will regret it forever. The guy checked the error code and cleared it. Took less than 10 minutes for the whole thing and when I asked him, is he going to charge me? He said yes $50 !!! No honest car repair shop in whole of USA, charges you for reading the code and clearing it. When I said "Really, that's a rip off man". He said "If you can't afford $50 then you shouldn't be driving this car". I said - "Well take my money. Do you want me to tip you as well? This is the last time you will ever see me". Avoid this shop if you can !!! Very rude customer service.

Dropped in there today for new boots on my Audi and John s service and advice was fabulous.. as others commented on here.. he suggested an alternative high quality lower prices tyre than my Pirelli s that saved me about $400 on the set! Thanks John.. will be back and will sing your praises..
