Our Subaru was hit and run and severely damaged. Kevin and all at Parkside were extremely helpful and they got us our car back good as new! They even got it back to us ahead of schedule. I d recommend going here.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. This shop fixed up my car after a small accident, the quote was exact and the service was incredibly quick and so so well done. Their customer service is amazing, Kevin is so responsive and knowledgeable. They even cleaned and vacuumed the car before I picked it up. I felt safe and confident throughout the entire process and will absolutely return again if needed. Thank you!

Big thank you to Kevin and team for fixing my Subaru. Was backed into with significant damage and the Parkside team did an amazing job and used only original Subaru parts (I mention this as my insurance recommended a shop that would not use original parts). Highly recommend this business for quality, fit and finish.

Got an estimated repair at $1400 with $200 deposit, drove home and gave it some thoughts, call back to cancel the work order within an hour of the agreement.....$20 cancellation fee. I will take it as a $20 mistake for going to your shop the first place.Added: A restocking fee an hour later after walking out the door? Looks like your shop not only lacks the common courtesy provided for customers but also the common sense. Your types of establishments run on thousand-dollar orders. The $20 charge is not worth much to you and does not do much for me except giving me grief. Kevin, I am not mad at you, I understood you may just be following marching orders and performing your job. I went to your shop because of the high ratings I see here. My one-star rating is for my dissatisfaction on how your establishment operates and I still believed in the old saying that a little courtesy goes a long way.

Excellent customer service from Kevin. He always kept me up to date with all new information with completion of my vehicle. After it was finished they fully explained what was completed as well as a beautiful job. Car looked new as ever. Thank you parkside paint and body

I want to thank Kevin for his service and making everything as smooth as possible. So long story short, my neighbor backed into or side swiped my Civic. I found this body shop because of the reviews and closeness to my home.I came in and Kevin explained to me how to handle this with my neighbors insurance. He told me the Statefarm number and what to expect when I call them. I have never had to deal with insurance before so this was new to me. He told me I just need to get a claim number and adjuster name and to have my neighbor call immediately to speed up the process.Anyhow I made the call and after that Kevin took care of everything. He also arranged for me to get a rental car from Enterprise, they even picked me up and took me to their office. I got my car back in just a little over a week and Kevin let me know of the progress every step of the way.Overall Kevin made this situation very smooth easy for me and it cost me nothing out of pocket.100% would recommend this shop.

Kevin always go the extra mile. For working with my insurance and keeping me informed of every step before car got totaled. To buffing a small scratch in my new ride. Nice to have a neighborhood shop like that!!! Awesome team/crew!!!

Kevin did a fantastic job to repair a dented BMW tailgate. Since it s a lease it was important to me to know exactly how the repair would be done. Kevin was professional throughout and delivered a flawless job.

My Prius touring model had the drivers quarter panel and bumper crushed when a person backed into us. Geiko wanted us to get the care repaired at their shop downtown SF. I had used Parkside Paint and Body a few years ago for my 4runner and they did and excellent job. They did a superb job on my prius, got all the bumper sensors working and recalibrated. When I pickup up the car they had washed and vacuumed. Kevin went above and beyond what was asked. I highly recommend this shop, especially if you live out in the avenues of SF as its close by.Service: Body & Trim

Great experience! I took my car to get fixed as someone hit our car and the bumper was messed up. We had to pay put of pocket as it was a hit and run, so that was painful. What wasn't painful was the process with Parkside. The estimate was done quickly, communication was constant and Kevin made sure I was up to date with the estimate of when the last would arrive and when the car would be ready. Everything went smoothly and I can't thank Kevin enough for his professionalism and efficiency.

I got rear ended and brought my car to Parkside Paint & Body. They got my car done much faster than I expected and they did a great job on it. Kevin was super nice and also helped me with arranging my rental car. His communication and follow up calls were seamless. I highly recommend Parkside Paint & Body.

Well..... I m not quite a customer but if Mr. Jerry s work is anything like his character I would definitely recommend using his services. I was in a jam leaving an auto parts store close by, when I met Mr. Jerry. After looking in every auto store in the city I came up empty with the tool needed to complete the job to get my car back on the road. As I was walking towards the bus stop I saw this fellow pulling into an auto shop, obviously it was closed but I took the chance anyway. I asked out loud is this your shop? Yes the man said, I could tell he had a long day and wasn t ready to deal with some random guy. But that he just wanted to get home. I told him my trouble and explanation and his eyes although said no, his words said let me take a look . He came back gave me the tool and said bring it back tomorrow. To you Mr. Jerry thanks a million. And I will have your tool back tomorrow.
