I called at 7:15a, received a call back at 7:17 to schedule a 9:15a appointment. Rene arrived early, was friendly and helpful, and fixed my window in about 45 min. Highly recommend!!

Amazing customer service from Joel and the technician who fixed my window. Like everyone in sf I woke up one morning walked to my car and saw my window busted right before a work day. They came to me while I was at work and fixed my window right up within 35-45 min I was on my way with a window after work. They provided a huge relief from the stress burden of having to find a place to call and go to after work. They even went so far as to provide a teacher discount and it was so thoughtful considering the day I was having. Great customer support and great technicians work on my ole faithful 2012 Nissan Versa Hatchback. Thanks again!

Normally don t leave reviews, but these guys are the BEST! Fixed my broken window (after a smash and grab) in less than 24 hours after contacting them. Brought the correct piece of glass for my car, vacuumed and completed the job in my driveway in under 30 minutes. Great pricing too!

Car got broken into, they came out in under 45 minutes and fixed it right in front of my house in under an hour. All for a very reasonable rate. I was very impressed, and I definitely recommend these guys if you find yourself in the same situation. They even vacuumed all the glass up.

Amazing sevice! Called last night right before closing. Walter able to get my Lexus sunroof replaced at 230pm the very next day at a great price. He came so quickly and finished the entire job in less than 45 min in my garage. They can get OEM/AFTERMARKET glass and I will be back for any and all glass issues because of Walter's amazing service.

My drivers window stopped going down. I called On Time, and John Carlow arrived, in great spirits, and assured me he could fix anything. I was a bit worried about a new motor, but... once he opened the panel up, he located a loose connection. He hooked it back up, and billed me their mobile visit rate which is $85. Money well spent. Really appreciate that they have same-day service available and reasonable prices! I called around and they were able to get the job done more quickly, at either the same, or lower price than others. The guy working on my car did an awesome job! Would definitely recommend

Walter did an amazing job replacing my smashed window! He vacuumed all of the glass out, left it looking very clean, and was super nice. The price was very reasonable for the mobile service, he was able to come a couple hours after I called, and he finished the job in ~45mins.

Cheaper and faster than my insurance quote. Within an hour l had my window repaired and the glass pieces vaccumed. Two super professional dudes. If it happens to you, l'd totally recommend them. At least they make that unfortunate side effect of living in SF bearable.

I was traveling and someone broke into my driver's side window. I called and they could replace my window within a few hours. Both employees I worked with were nice and helpful.

Never seen such a customer experience. Glass got broken into, these guys came right at time finished the work in like 40minutes. And cleaned the car clean. Brilliant. Would recommend to everyone. Keep up the good work guys.

I don t usually write reviews but they were phenomenal. They called me right back, got someone out within a half hour, that person got it done in less than a half hour, and all the glass was cleaned out perfectly. Fantastic service.I ll note it was a pain that they don t charge insurance directly so I had to figure out how to get reimbursed, but my insurance must have thought their rates were reasonable enough because they covered everything minus the deductible.

My car window was broken Friday night, I called On Time Auto Glass next day and they scheduled an appointment for mobile service at my house. They cleaned up all the smash glass and had really friendly customer service. The service was fast and very convenient, I really recommend this place for any glass needs :)

Hate to write a negative review after what I thought was a positive experience. shattered my back trunk window. The positives: they were quick to respond and come out to do the job (same day). Negatives: said it would take 45 min to 1 hour to do and it took more than 2 hours due to them needing to remove both the upper and lower part surrounding the window. within 24 hours a part to my car flew off while I was driving. It was clearly not properly replaced when put back on and not only did it cause damage to my vehicle, now costing me even more money to repair, but it was a hazard flying off on the freeway as well. Absolutely do not recommend this service company.Service: Auto glass replacement

These guys are life savers. Twice now I've had my passenger car window smashed (nothing stolen because nothing visible or in the car) and both times On Time Auto Glass Repair fixed it same day. The first time we were flying to Hawaii that night and these guys got out and fixed it before we had to drive to the airport.They do an amazing job and come to wherever you live.After the first repair job some glass found its way into the lock mechanism and we could not shut the door fully. I thought it was going to be a huge issue because it was a few weeks after the repair (we noticed it after our trip) but I called the owner and the crew was back at my apartment that day and were able to get the glass out of the frame and fix the door. Total pros and great work.I had another break in recently (#recallChesa) and they fixed the window within a few hours of calling. Both times my insurance didn't accept the receipt but I let the owner know and he got me a detailed invoice within a few minutes of calling him.I can not recommend these guys highly enough. Unfortunately you will need them if you live in SF long enough.** forgot to add that they cleaned and vacuumed the entire car after they finished the window, which I really appreciatedService: Auto glass repair

Fast to arrive, excellent repair. I had my back window smashed in Japan town, and items stolen. My insurance carrier couldn t schedule a repair for 2 days, so I called On Time. Walter arrived within 40 minutes with my window replacement, and finished with repair within an hour. He removed all the broken glass from the car and ground. He made my day a bit better! I m thankful.

These guys are always good. Unfortunately for me this is the second time somebody broke one of windows. They come ASAP and their prices are very reasonable. I recommend these guys 100%. Very profesional also

There service was amazingly quick and good. We were visiting from out of town and got our car window broken by some guy on a Saturday. When all other stores were closed they were the only ones there to help that too they came to my location and did the job very well. I was free within half an hour. They re highly professional.

Update: Second time with this team in less than a week for a 2nd break in. 5/5 XP. "On Time" is right. It goes without saying that having your window smashed is violating and disruptive. This business helped me move forward with life quickly.I had misfortune of having a side window smashed late last night. At 9am today, I texted Joel and had a quote and appointment set for 11am. Easy. His technician, Juan Carlos, was at my home and called me on the minute of our appointment. Within 30 mins, we shook hands and he was on his way. The whole experience was efficient and professional. Thanks both!

Amazing service! My car was broken into and the driver side rear door window was smashed in. Called at 7AM when they opened, and they had someone out by 10:30AM same day. Communication throughout the whole process was very easy.They cleaned up all of the shattered glass in the car and had the window replaced in less than an hour. The quality of service was excellent, and the price was less than we got quoted by insurance. I highly recommend this place and would definitely use them again!

This place is amazing! My rear hatch window was broken and when I called On Time Auto Glass Repair on Saturday morning, they took all the info and was able to get the new window by Monday. They called and Julio was there within the hour and I had a new window by Monday afternoon. Not only did they vacuum the broken glass but did the whole inside of the car (which it really needed). Thank you for getting my window fixed so I was able to drive my car again!Service: Auto rear window replacement

This is definitely the company to get in touch with if you need a cheap/quick window fixed. My car window was broken into so I contacted Joel on a Sunday and got a response within the hour. We agreed on a time the next day on a Monday afternoon. My plans changed, and they changed with them by moving the location of where the window was replaced to where I had to be. The window was replaced and they cleaned up the old glass left behind from the break in. It only took about 45 minutes! They were super professional the entire time and very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!
