I recently visited this dealership to purchase a car, but my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I was assured there were no leaks, yet within a few weeks, it started leaking oil and coolant. Additionally, there was a computer fault. When I returned to address these issues, I was charged $200 to replace the oil pan, and when I raised concerns about the ongoing problems, the dealer became defensive and unhelpful. Despite understanding that the car was sold "as is" without a warranty, the lack of assistance or willingness to resolve the issues was unacceptable. One response from the dealer was simply "sue me." Save yourself the trouble and avoid this dealership if you want a reliable car that won't break down shortly after purchase.

I love the peeps here at O'Reilly, we use them all the time at my work and the commerical guys are awesome. Nick, Mark and everyone else there are great!

Staff is rude. Parking lot is tiny and congested every moment of the day. Good luck if you have a truck. All the spots face the opposite direction of the entrance, so your only option is to reverse in. Then the staff will tell you to turn it around and park like everyone else. Because the lot is so tiny, that means reverse out of the lot, circle the block, reverse back in and pray your spot is still there (mine wasn t). Don t go here unless absolutely necessary or if you drive a Smart car.

Great Oreilys store but people here are very rude especially that little dude who I think might be manager it seems like he s always judging and pist at me for some weird reason..

Drove all the way from the other side of San Francisco cuz it said it didn't close till 10:00 got there at 9:50 and all the gates were locked and closed don't appreciate that not to mention that there's no directional signs to point you to the front door
