I usually order my parts online to get the best quality parts for the best price, but if I'm in a pinch and need a good quality part same day, O'Reilly's is the place! They will price match most online prices and if they can't then they will do their best to give you the best deal.

Website shows store should be open until 9:00 p.m. I walk over here at 8:05pm after getting a flat tire, gates are down employees are in there looking at me. When I call they pick up the handset and then hang right back up. I'd say poor service but simply no service.

The staff is really helpful two of the staff it's a American lady and a Mexican lady they will do whatever it takes to find the part that you need they are 100% really helpful is my favorite store to go get my parts I will never stop going there Thank you so much O'Reilly Auto Parts Staff

It s sad the crime has gotten so bad they have to lock and unlock the front doors after every customer. Like the rest of San Francisco is becoming a Third World crime, spree of break-ins and grab and run robberies.. we really have to get rid of our San Francisco mayor, London breed and district attorney. We re losing so many of our stores due to high theft rates. I hope our neighborhood O Reillys does not go out of business..

The team is helpful and knowledgeable and helpful. The parking lot in the back of the building is small but convenient considering the heavy street traffic on San Bruno Ave.In the last few years they have provided more variable pricing options for budgeting needs.They are always willing to look up a part in their system to check another location if they don't have the part in store.Thanks for helping me learn my cars over the years and save some money on labor with DIY replacements and repairs.

Just curious what time do your stores actually close website says nine 8 o clock on Sundays went by two different stores and both closedIf they re closing earlier you might want to fix the website that information

Sometimes they know what they are doing sometimes they have no clue. The skinny kinda tall white guy with the goatee is the only person I would suggest going to : he ACTUALLY knows a bit about cars and is very nice n polite

The young man at the counter was very helpful. Service was fast. Had just what I needed. In and out. Parking around there is a little tough.
