The employees at this store are friendly and helpful. This NAPA location is under new management. I had some trouble with returning a part that I bought at a different location. I called this store and Mike gladly helped me out with my return. They were friendly and helpful at this store and I ll definitely come back to this location next time I need parts. In my opinion, NAPA offers better quality parts than the other discount auto parts stores.

I needed a battery because away from home I went to start my car and it barely started with a real slow battery and since I knew my battery was already 5 years old I knew I better get one. I went to O'Reilly's and got a quote of $219 or something like that for a battery for my little Honda fit. I knew that didn't sound right so I checked online and they were much cheaper but I needed one today. I called a couple more places and found there was a Napa Auto parts store about 2 miles away and I called and I got a quote over $100 cheaper than O'Reilly. I went there and I asked the guy if I could borrow a wrench and even though they had signs there that they would not lend tools he found me his socket wrench. I grabbed the battery put it in and about 5 or 10 minutes gave him his wrench back got my refund for the old battery and was on my way. What a fantastic experience. Otherwise I could have been out a ton of money. Car works great now by the way. Thanks Napa!

Got a hitch kit for my van that O'Reilly's kept jerking me around for. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend. Store front looks nothing like the photo.

I bought a new part for my vehicle and as I was purchasing it I saw a sign on the wall said "15% restocking fee for returns after 3 days". that bothered me because if I happen to find out that the part I bought is not exactly what I needed I'll end up losing 15 or $20 on my purchase when I return it. that's NO SMALL amount really for returning an item that you didn't use and you put it back in the box and everything... so IF that happens I probably won't go to NAPA again ... I know MOST other auto parts stores do NOT charge such a fee.

Its good store but most of the time they don't have stock, so they transfer it from others branches, call in advance to see their stocking.
