I ve been coming to SF Moto for the better part of a decade and have been continually impressed with the quality of service, vehicles, and staff. I bought my scooter there almost nine years ago and it s still running great thanks to the care provided by the team. Also, I love to see such a long tenured crew year over year. Everyone is so friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you re satisfied. Speaks to the strong community and culture of their workplace. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of the community l!

I bought a 2023 new Suzuki Burgman 400. I am very pleased with the motorcycle or should I say scooter. I've ridden and owned Harley Davidson 1996 Sportster 800 in 2000 and Yamaha Virago 550 and Virago 1100 and Suzuki Burgman 650 and now the Burgman 400 this 2023 year. So, I'm not new to the motorcycle experience. And, I must say that I've been very pleased with the sales process from working with Frank to find me the right bike for my short distance delivery needs in SF to the 30 mile highway one way commutes to and from home. Tony and Doug in the Parts Department have been really helpful in getting the right accessories like a top cargo box and bigger front windshield installed. The accessories folks really helped me buy the right pants and jacket for my request for maximum visibility and armor and inflatable air bag vest in case the unthinkable happens, which unfortunately does happen, so that is why I made the extra investment in those safety gear. Mike in the Service Department went out of his way to acquire the correct oil filter the day I came back for me 500 mile break in service. And Eric in the Finance Department really listened to me to make sure I was selecting the best service plans for my anticipated needs based on the amount of riding I was going to do in the coming months and years. They have treated me like a part of their family. I would definitely encourage anyone interested in motorcycles and scooters to visit with SF Moto.

I had some great support from Michael (service writer) in the service department of SF Moto. He knew exactly how to service me and i am happy to see that people like him still exist!! Thank you.

Some believe it s the quality of the products that make the shop, however once you buy a bike, you quickly realize it s the Service Dept, that really makes shop. From Tires to warranty service these guys are INCREDIBLE22,000 miles in 23 months.

I called to get my bike serviced and they asked how fast. I was able to take it at the end of my work day and I got a text that it was ready the next morning! Picked it up at lunch time and she rides so smooth.Super service, no upsell, no added recommendations . Thank you SF Moto! Oh I got loyalty rewards too!

So, where to begin? I show up to SF Moto unannounced with a defunct Vespa threatened to be towed. They were so accommodating, got her in for service that day, and did a complimentary dust off as she had a few cobwebs and leaves from a long absence from riding. Good as new! This is my go to shop from now on. They did what was necessary, and not more. Great communication throughout the entire service and follow up. 5 stars with no reservations.Services: Battery, Oil change

Special thanks to Mike and Jason. The service provided by these gentlemen at SF Moto is without a doubt the greatest. In a nutshell, when I encountered a minor problem, Mike didn't pass judgment and was able to offer me protection for my bike and a rapid fix. I wanted to thank Jason for coming to deliver my bike to my front door. The service was excellent. I've never experienced service like this. Without a doubt, I'll return and purchase my motorcycles from SF Moto.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment
