My car had been hit while it was parked, so my insurance referred me to Mission Auto Body on Mission St in San Francisco. to my surprise it was very close to where I lived. They had called me up to scheduled an appointment to bring the car in. They asked if I was getting a rental car, I said yes, they said they would take care of everything, and I could pick up the rental at there place. They made everything so easy and comfortable for me. I dropped my car off on a Thursday morning a Vincent helped me with everything. Got my rental there, looked at the care and new exactly what he needed to order for the car. Was told that it would be ready the following Thursday, and sure enough it was. I have a CR-V with a little step on it, and it had a couple of little chips, so I just asked if it could be touched up with a little black paint. He said yes. I went to pick up my car, and left the rental there, and my CR-V looks like new again I was so happy with such a great job that they did. Vincent is very nice guy, very friendly and assistant who helped with the paper work was also very friendly sorry I don't remember her name. Thank you Mission Auto Body, now I know where to go if I need to have some kind of work done. I will definitely refer my friends to them.

This shop is not good at all, i came in for a quote on a repair, and he overpriced me, another shop gave me better quote, stay away from here, the owner is a scammer!!
