Great service, Ping, is wonderful. Check engine light went back on after replacing the PVC value and they inspected it again, cleaned inside, put the value back on and fixed the problem included in the original charge. Reasonable prices and convenient location for the inner sunset and Cole valley neighborhood.

Fast, fair and accurate information about my auto repair. My Lexus had the wires chewed by a rodent. This happened once before I took it to the Lexus dealer the fist time $$$$. This time I contacted a local repair shop. Mikes did a great job not too expensive $ and they kept me informed and worked with my insurance company. helped fix a tire pressure sensor issue, fixed inflation on all 4 tires, and checked one of them for nails. Whole experience took 10 minutes, didn t try to upsell me on anything, offered to do it for $5. Just great.

Great work from the mechanics here. Only complaint is that no one speaks English that well. Usually not an issue but I had a list of things I wanted addressed with my truck and only a few of them made it across the language barrier lol. Receptionist speaks worse English than the mechanics so make sure to get a hold of one of the mechanics if you have technical issues to explain.

They are so great! Have had my car repaired multiple times there just this year - from a catalytic converter replacement, water pump fix & just today they patched my tire in less then 10 minutes. Amazing! Thank you!

The people who run this shop are absolutely amazing! Great service, timely manner, and easy on the checking account. They have helped me in a pinch, and saved me from buying a lemon after I had them do a pre-purchase inspection. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Friendly and fast! Popped in to get a headlight changed, they did it on the spot. Even noticed as I was leaving that one of my brake lights was also out and changed that really quick. I hadn't even noticed, so they saved me another trip! Thank you for your friendly family service!

Doesn't have the equipment nor knowledge to fix high end cars but the people here are definitely fair and super nice!

I've used Mike's Union twice now and I have been extremely pleased with their service. They are very accurate with their cost and time estimates. FAKE REVIEWS! Do not waste your time. receptionist fielding calls is ignorant and causes their business to lose money. Work was shoddy and over-priced.

I got very thorough used car inspection, they identified leaks in the engine and steering rack, noticed broken A/C. Bought the car anyway

Very nice! My radiator cracked and was overheating, they were able to replace it in 3hrs and I was back on the road.

Good mechanic but watch for overcharging. Call around before you commit. They quoted me double what other mechanics in the area did.
