I always have excellent experiences with San Francisco Mercedes. Their service department staff are kind, detail oriented, update you with the progress of your service. And even before the drop off, they will contact you to facilitate the process. The pick up and drop off processes are seamless. Highly recommended. Service provided are super!

Really appreciated the convenience and ease of being able to setup my lease of an EQE 500 100% via text while traveling for business and the car was detailed and ready when I arrived at the dealership. Don t be fooled by these fake reviews that only have 1 review on their accounts.What other customers are saying about Alessandra Allie being vindictive is true. If you re not white she will give you attitude as if you re bothering her. This is confirmed from my friends/family s treatment from her as well. Alessandra is also a little hard of hearing so you might want to speak up since she acts like she doesn t understand you when you say good morning. She and her little minions messed with my car at least on 2 separate occasions after I gave an honest feedback on how they performed ZERO SERVICE on my car.Very unprofessional and rude to be eating chick-fil-a at the front desk as you re helping people too.Avoid at all cost if you want to be treated like dirt. They re so stingy at this dealership you don t get a ride back on top of charging the highest MSRP compared to surrounding Mercedes dealerships.

Brought my 2022 E53 in for a cup holder warranty repair, they ended up messing up the center console (wrong fitment, and climate control button not working) and damaged my leather around it. They not only did not admit it, they wanted to charge me $400 for the leather repair. Not only do they not have the skills to perform the task, they also do not have the decency to fix the problem they caused. I am regretting getting the car now with this kind of service from mercedes.

My Service Advisor, Andre Aton provided superior outstanding customer service. He was very friendly, professional, courteous. Was very attentive to my needs and followed up with me throughout the whole week long process. I had a warranty on my A/C that stopped working and engine light came on and red malfunction light came on like a domino effect. And Service Dept took care of everything. I was very happy with the Service will definitely consider coming back when in town and would recommend.

I've had very good experience getting my EQS serviced at Mercedes Benz of San Francisco. I especially want to acknowledge Oscar, who manages the dealership's loaner courtesy vehicles. Oscar has consistently come through for me when I've scheduled service and needed a loaner car. I'm 6'8" tall, and Oscar is very thoughtful in getting me a loaner car that I can fit in. There was also a time when I needed emergency service and wasn't able to schedule a loaner car ahead of time. Oscar was able to find me one without any advanced notice, helping to make this emergency service much less disruptive. Oscar is a great asset to SFBenz's team.

Was looking for a Mercedes after countless calls at other dealerships and met the best attitude salesman in years. I highly recommended Thomas Lee at SF Benz. Super friendly guy who doesn t take negotiations personal and happy to offer you a test drive and his time. Even though I came close in making a deal with Thomas, I valued his personality and kindness. Keep up the good work Thomas!

I recently purchase my new C 300 here at SF Benz, my experince on the dealership is excellent. Everyone on their staff is great. I would HIGHLY suggest to look for Lauren if you are planning to purchase a car. She has 25 years of experience and would make sure to make your purchase easy and fun! She is also excellent in following up with her clients to make sure that they are satisfied and happy. I would also like to thank Ken, from their finance department on making sure that I get the best interest rate and deal. The service of the team is superb, and would recommend to come and shop in this dealership!

Great experience at SF Mercedes. Tammy took same day reservation from me,and it was raining heavily that afternoon. But I got scheduled test drive without hesitation. All procedures are professional and smooth. Ease conversations with Tammy. We decided to lease the car after test drive it, and she helped us settle down all the details afterwards. Great service.

I ve never had such a great car buying experience before. The staff from reception, sales to finance were all top notch. Huge shout out to Ricardo Dias (Sales) and Daphne Yue (Finance) for the seamless and amazingly short buying process. From credit application by text/mobile to in-vehicle app setup while waiting for finance to finalize terms, everything was quick and efficient. I can t recommend working with them enough! 5*!

Didn't feel comfortable walking in. Not sure if it was my skin color, but all the looks made me uncomfortable. Let my daughter and husband walk around but I stayed in the car. Not giving my money to anyone I'm not comfortable around.

Had a great experience here, working with Michelle S. to purchase my new Mercedes EV. She was extremely patient and accommodating for me, and I appreciate that she didn't pressure me to make a decision. Felt she took time to understand my needs and work with me on my unique situation.This dealership is massive, at 7 acres, they have a large selection and new building. I was impressed with the professionalism and level of service here and straightforward pricing.I'd recommend splitting the service business into a separate business pin on Google Maps so that the reviews don't mix - a lot of these reviews seem to be for the service side.

I brought my car in because the drive belt broke. They told me the battery and alternator needed to be replaced as well. I got a second quote and was told that the battery and alternator were fine. The mechanical shop I ended up going with replace the belt and the vehicle drives fine.Communication with the service folks was great. Unfortunately, they tried to oversell me on repairs that were not necessary.

Quoted 2.1k for service A3. Found two other shops near me who would do it for $525 / $315 - this is also around what Google tells me it should cost. This dealership seems to add a hefty bonus to markup. I would deeply question the pricing here.Update - found a place to do this service for $180! Called this Mercedes a second time to confirm their price - they quoted 1.5k. Still wildly too high! Glad I shopped around!

Both of my concerns were addressed. The left turn signal rear light was replaced, and now works fine.The drawer underneath my radio, no longer sticks.Ali was so kind, and charged me nothing today! This made me very happy!Everyone was so friendly, and that coffee machine works great!

I received an offer in the mail that asked me to trade in my 2021 Coupe for a 2024 Coupe. With 0 down and they showed me two vehicles zi ABSOLUTELY fell in LOVE with just to be sooooo disappointed. I stay an 1 hour away and the time I wasted was horrible and my offer was not recognized because of mileage that wasn't even mentioned nor indicated. I am so heartbroken and sad.
