We had an amazing experience at this dealership. Everyone was very kind and willing to help you out in anything possible, especially Dennel!. We actually needed to stay a bit past closing hours to finalize paperwork and they were very kind to help us bring the car home that same day!

I bought my first case from Mazda San Francisco and it was a pretty smooth experience. Ridwan the sales person was pretty helpful and helped with test drive and getting the best possible quote. The quote was much cheaper than any dealership in the bay area. Everyone was nice welcoming. The process also was pretty smooth and efficient. Would definitely recommend folks to visit this dealership for their auto needs.

Though I did not purchase Mazda CX-50 from here as I did not want trailer hitch accessory which came fitted in vehicle (Premium trim) from Mazda only but Michael/ Chris went extra mile to provide excellent customer service and were never hesitant in sharing quotes plus there was complete transparency (though I did my homework and reasearch as well ).Really appreciate the same.

I had a positive experience at SF Mazda. I worked with Dennell Hayes. He was easy to work with, answered questions, was easy going and got me in and out pretty quickly. He was friendly and followed up. The overall experience was friendly and positive. I love my new car.

Denelle is the least snobby salesman we've dealt with. They're really easy to work with. They managed to give us a good deal. We've been to this location in the past but this time it was a far better experience. Hope they stay in this Mazda for our next Mazda purchase.

Belated review, but had my best car-buying experience with Mazda SF and Dmitrii back in January! They were upfront and clear with everything, easy to schedule a test drive, very quick and smooth purchase and financing process, and quick delivery. Highly recommend and glad went with them after a not so easy experience last time with another Mazda dealer outside of SF a few years back.

I had an enjoyable experience buying a new car last month. Ridvan was super helpful during the buying process. He made sure I was getting what I wanted and didn t prolong the process. The whole experience was quick and painless. I called the day before and once Ridvan and I reached a deal, I went the next day and was in and out in less than 2 hours! Daniel in the finance office was helpful and I didn t feel intimidated at all. A pleasant experience, I would recommend.

This is my second time buying a car from Mazda San Francisco and each time it was been a hassle free, pleasant experience. The team always responded quickly to my emails or phone calls. They never tried to push a car/ item on me. They listen to what I wanted, what I was looking for, and then tried to find the best option they currently had available. They also gave me a reasonably good deal on my old car given the number of miles I had put on it. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy a Mazda. Thank you Clark and Brandon for getting us what we wanted.

Dennel at the Mazda dealership was superb! He was very clear, down to earth and transparent throughout the process of our recent brand new CX-5 purchase. Mazda SF are the best , I have called 5 different Mazda dealers for the last 2 weeks and finally today I leased my brand new 2024-CX90 from Mazda SF with a huge price difference .And thanks a lot to Brendon and masood for their great support to make this deal happen . Brandon was amazing to make this deal close. If you are looking for Mazda Don't waste your time and go straight to Brandon at Mazda SF.

Dmitri Kravchuk, our Mazda salesman is absolutely excellent at helping us find our Mazda, negotiating a fair price, and explaining all of the extensive safety ADAS features. Brendon Feng is an outstanding finance, business manager that we also worked with at Mazda San Francisco.

Recently went here looking for a car and was greeted by a gentleman Dennell Hayes. This guy was AMAZING, Amazing doesn't even describe the way he was. He was ever I would want for someone and myself when looking at buying a car. Dennell was very attentive, understanding, down to earth, and a real individual. He made it very clear about the deal that we made and didn't put any pressure on me and made sure I was comfortable with all the financing and decisions. He knew buying a car is a very big purchase and didn't rush me in any of my decision making and made sure I was able to take my time and not feel rushed. He also went above and beyond and tried to help me get things settled on his day off so that when coming to buy the car it was a smooth transition. As well as made sure I was able to take multiple looks at the vehicle per my request which im sure got annoying haha! Lastly he has the dopest test drive route id recommend going at night and day just to get the full experience and get too look at the overall of the car. All in all Dennell Hayes is absolute gem at Mazda San Francisco, he is literally the reason I will be sending people there and to him specifically. thank you so much Dennell and appreciate your hard work and help during the sale and after!

DENNEL is awesome!! After so many days of hard time trying to find a dealer that really has great deals, I found Mazda SF. They have MSRP minus 3.5k and the transaction is smooth. No need to battle with dealers. They accept my offer right away. No add ons also.

I want to specifically thank Clark, the Mazda brand specialist, for his exceptional service and knowledge. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a thorough understanding of the Mazda models I was interested in. Clark's professionalism, friendly demeanor, and genuine passion for Mazda made my experience truly memorable. Additionally, I would like to thank the person in finance who guided me through that portion of the process although I cannot remember his name at the time of writing. The entire team at Mazda San Francisco was friendly, professional, and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience. I got a Mazda CX-30 Turbo from here and I loved it!It was my first time purchasing a car so I wasn t sure how things were going to be, but Brandon (sales manager) & Mike (sales rep) made it a pleasant experience for me! They def aren t your typical pushy salesmen. Throughout the process, they were super accommodative, helpful & honest whenever I needed help.Most of my communication was with Brandon, and he was always quick to answer my questions, provide updates etc. when I was waiting for my car to arrive. When something unexpected occurred and my car needed an extra day or two before pick up, he even offered to get me a loaner car in the meantime, which made me felt like Brandon & the team went above & beyond in terms of their service. Couldn t have asked for a better person/team to work with.

I recently bought a new car at Mazda San Francisco and had a great experience. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted and left a few days later with a car I absolutely love.Clark was incredibly knowledgeable about the different models and trims and was able to answer all my questions. He also had a great test drive route where I could feel how the car handled city driving, highway, up and down hills, etc.The rest of the team was great, too. I could tell they first wanted me to find a car that I loved and then they would offer me a great deal. I highly recommend the whole team at Mazda San Francisco.

These guys are the opposite of all the negative stereotypes about car dealers. After calling every place in the Bay Area, Mazda SF stood out for being responsive, up-front, and beating all other prices. That continued once I got there, where Clark took me on a creative test drive that truly put the CX-5 through its paces on the steep hills of SF and showed what its AWD can do. Back at the dealership, not once did I feel pressured as we went through the options and filled out the paperwork, simply informed. No surprises or last-minute "tricks"; was in and out in a few hours from beginning to end, feeling happy and energized instead of worn down. Next time I buy, I'll go straight to Clark at Mazda San Francisco. Many thanks to him and the team!

I recently experienced a wonderful new car purchase at Mazda San Francisco. I didn't sure what I wanted when I went in, but I left a few days later with a car I adore. Regarding the various models and trims, Clark was highly informed and able to address all of my inquiries. Additionally, he provided a fantastic test drive route so I could see how the car behaved driving in the city, on the highway, up and down hills, etc. The rest of the group was excellent as well. I could tell that before making me a wonderful bargain, they wanted me to discover a car that I adored. I heartily endorse the entire staff at Mazda San Francisco.

Bought a certified pre-owned car from here recently and was very satisfied with the buying experience. Clark worked with me for the car I was looking at. He was friendly, honest, professional, knowledgeable about the cars, and quick to respond. He was also very accommodating with our test drive requests while not pressuring us too much. The sale process was extremely smooth and quick, from completing the initial application to working with the finance representative. Overall, it was great buying a car from Royal Auto Group, and I will be recommending them to friends, and will also be happy to buy from them again in the future.

I went back and forth with Jacob a few times about a pre-owned Mazda CX-5 over a few days both in person and on the phone answering any question I had (it was a lot of questions)He was more than friendly. Helped me make the right decision considering pre-owned, lease, or new car. Was not pushy at all and went out of his way to figure out how to get me a solid loan (had recently quit my job making it hard to prove income) even so far as to consider mailing my dad a form to sign as my co-signer (it was his first time doing a remote co-sign so he was learning the process with me)Chris and Yakob were also great and gave me honest advice from a financing perspective. Pros and cons about different kinds of insurance and warranty (my first time buying a car), not pushing me to choose one option or the other, but simply making sure I made an educated decisionCould not recommend this place more :)

Mike was awesome with us, found the car we wanted new Cx-3 in AWD. Within a day the car was ready and we walked away feeling great about our new car and our deal. Yacob also was great in getting us the right info on the finance and finalization side. Would recommend the car and this dealership to any of our friends.
