The owner, Ben, really took care of my car - I had a faded hood and roof, and after the paint job, it looks as good as new, all for a good price too

Ben is literally the best person in the automotive industry. He and his team knows exactly what they are doing, and they do it fast. Highly recommend taking your car there.I fix all my cars there and he did the paint on my BMW finders and front bumper.

Ben is great. Sam who works there also is awesome. I had my car vandalized and they were able to get it back to tip top shape. Great work! Fast and great service

Master Car Care is the best! They repaired my window same day when I brought it in. I recently got into an accident as well and brought the car here again. The work they did was Flawless! Sadly, owning an auto in SF probably means you need to have their contact information saved. Great prices and work on auto glass replacement. They are affiliated with a couple of other glass repair shops in the Bay Area, depending on where it's best to drop off your auto. I can't speak to other services they provide.

These guys are that place you want to find. Tony has a BMW just like mine so they know what s up- have always taken great care of me!! I got lured to the stealership once and they (BMW) literally caused damage to my vehicle and quoted me in the thousands. Went in, talked to Ben, and they swarmed my car and came back with a simple fix that cost me 200 and has held for two years!! It s important especially in expensive SF- to have a quality honest car repair facility. This is the gem you always hope to find- and they stand by their work!! Thanks to everybody over at Master Car Care- I need a couple things done I ll see you soon!

Master Car Care is THE mechanic for me! It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but i have been bringing my car to Tony for years. He always gives me a fair price, good service and even drop off and pick up service since I work nearby. I have had windows repairs, engine service, engine changed, body work, window repairs, tire service, alignment, smog test and even give you a car wash. You name it they probably do it. The neighborhood is sketchy but there are some good Vietnamese restaurants around the corner if you are adventurous while you wait for your car to be serviced.

I moved to SF 3 years ago and I am so grateful to have found such a great mechanic. Ben is the man. He is so helpful, trustworthy, and responsive. I d recommend this place to anyone and they really deserve your business.

An awesome shop! They had my body repairs finished in about 2 days and it cost me about $1500 less than the quote I got from another shop. My car looks like new, would highly recommend!

I was told to pick up my car at 9am, so i show up at 9 am. Then they tell me that no one is able to use the computer so I can't pay. If I can't pay I can't get my car. Long story short I get cited at work because I was 2 hours late because they don't know how to use their own system.

They only accept insurance jobs on newer vehicles. They do not work on vintage or classic vehicles. So unable to give an accurate rating at this time.

Master Car Care are terrible neighbors. They send raw paint fumes into the air making the neighbors in surrounding buildings sick. They are a big source of air polution for the neighborhood.

I recommend and very highly. Sam in the body shop has done some great body and paint work on my corolla.

Fair, honest and friendly.Sincerely went out of their way to fix some minor, cosmetic things for free while they were doing other repairs. Who does that anymore? ((these people))
