Amazing experience! Jack (the owner) was kind and helpful from day 1 and he really helped me navigate the situation with our broken car.Great communication and responsiveness, and amazing job from his team on our car.I d 100% recommend their service!

Jack was great to work with! He helped me navigate the insurance company (who frequently wouldn't call me back) and did a stand-up job when it came to body work, oil changes, etc. He was always very helpful and never talked down to me or assumed I didn't know what was going on with my own car (which happens more than one would hope). Jack and his team do a phenomenal job! Need an auto body shop?! Give them a call!!

They did such great work on my car and provided wonderful customer service! Jack runs a high functioning business and sat down to explain to me my insurance options, allowing me time to choose the best option for my situation, and once we did he had my car fixed and washed in two hours before I had to go to work. I appreciated the accommodation and the price wasn t bad either!

Truly excellent experience. Jack was very accommodating and worked with our budget. He was always responsive and updated regularly on progress. His team takes pride in doing their work well, and it shows. Our car looks as good as new. Thank you Jack and team!

Lombard Auto Body is hands down the best auto shop I ve ever used. In a major pinch, I had to get a friend s car fixed fast. Jack called me back at 11pm to get me in first thing the next day, and he put Marvin on the job. Marvin - a miracle worker - fixed a pretty nasty scratch and dent and made the car look brand new. The prices were incredibly fair and transparent. Jack, Marvin, and receptionist Nikki took a panic-filled, urgent situation and went above and beyond.I originally found them through Google Reviews so I felt compelled to write one myself they deserve all the praise. If ever you need a car fixed, bring it here. You will be met with great service and amazing work. Thank you Jack and team for A-PLUS care.

Jack's team is very responsive... to me its amazing that they can often do work same day. Very reasonable rates, works with insurance, they are professional, and present an all around positive experience. His shop is clean, safe, its nice to go into a auto shop and feel welcome.

I have had 3 5-Star experiences at Lombard Auto Body. Obviously, it is never a good thing if you are headed to an Auto Body shop, but Jack and his team make the experience extremely easy and they are VERY timely. Not only do they take care of paperwork and helping to call and facilitate communication with your insurance company, but they do an AMAZING job at the body work (multiple experiences) and clean your car afterwards. Thanks to Jack and team for the 3rd time, I couldn't forgive myself if I didn't take 2 minutes to leave a positive review!

Be careful with the services you are requesting and make sure to challenge their prices. They tried to charge me $170 for an oil change claiming they use "high quality oil" - aka the same type of synthetic oil my car has always used. They were attempting to charge me twice the cost of 1qt. of valvoline.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Our car got broken into while we we're tourist in San Francisco. The burglars broke the driver window and stole stuff from the car.Mr. Jack Chew (owner or manager) was super nice to us, repair our glass in a very timely manner, and we were able to continue with our traveling.Highly recommended!!

Had my car broken into and the dealers in town charged 4x the price to fix the window. Not only that but Jack got my car in and out in less than a day!My car has never looked better and I feel much safer knowing the time and effort that went into fixing my window as well as cleaning out the glass on the inside!!! Would go back here any day.

Had a detail and a partial paint job done... Wow! It was way more impressive than I'd imagined. Also jack is a pleasure to deal with, and I should mention that I saw how nicely and deferentially he treats his employees who all seem very happy to work there. Highly recommended for all auto body needs!Mike

Very bad service, they take advantage of the insurances they charged for parts that they did not put in my truck, they installed a headlights that were used of very low quality, they did not install them correctly and they damaged the electrical system, they do not want to be responsible for the damage that they have done to my truck. They rob the insurance company making estimates with parts that are not needed, they use very low quality parts.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jack and his team are miracle workers!I was recently caught in a Tahoe snow storm and learned on the side of a mountain how to put snow chains on but didn't do a very good job. The chains scrapped up the sides of my cars really bad, completely removing the paint in some places. I decided to go by Lombard Auto Body for a consultation because their ratings were great and they were close by. I'm VERY glad I did! The guys here took great care of me, helping me through the insurance claim process, letting me keep the car at the shop and working with my claims adjuster to help them understand the damage and work to be performed and got my car returned very fast.I came back to the shop not knowing what to expect, wondering whether I'd be able to tell where the sides had been repainted, etc. The sides look better than they did when I brought it in! While I hope not to need Jack and his crew too much, I know where I'll go whenever I have auto body issues.

Fixed our windows quickly, but overcharged for two after market windows and grossly overcharged for labor (2.6 hours to "clean up the glass"), and now the seals are already coming off the liftgate glass. Feels like we were taken advantage of, and there's no recourse.

Skilled workers performed high quality work, in a efficient and timely manner. Customer service was excellent. I was given a loaner vehicle to use during the repairs, saving me both time and money. Marvin and the crew here at Lombard are an absolutely amazing team. They were very accommodating and highly efficient form beginning to end. I was looking for lightbar and headlight / fog light installation in San Francisco for my Jeep. These guys made my Jeep look amazing after installation of LED headlights, LED fog lights, and 17 lightbar with light switch. These are the dudes for Jeep and others auxiliary light and light bar installation in San Francisco.

I had a small cuff on the side of my car from a parking deck, the employees here took a quick look at it and buffed it out on the spot! Really friendly people and excellent service!!
