After reading some of the (good and) bad reviews I went in anyway and was surprised but not surprised at how great the experience was. Got a new ebike and accessories after a lengthy and solid consultation. Not my first rodeo, nor theirs, and it showed; IIRC I worked with Jake and he was all answers, no pressure, genuinely pleasant and went above and beyond in every way. I overheard a really pushy customer while I was there and despite doing their best to accommodate, the guy was just a jerk. So maybe that explains some of these bad reviews? Last Mile is great, and they re human and don t have time machines or magic parts that appear out of nowhere. I ll gladly return and do more business there.

This business does not offer test drives and does not offer a return or exchange period.I bought a new $5,000 Thunder 3 scooter from them, and it turned out to be defective. It cuts off and sometimes shoots forward when I have the handle pressed halfway.As a result of the unexpected acceleration, I even hit the curb and fell off. I then took it back to them, but after seeing how it was operating, they said I needed to get comfortable with it.They refused to give me a refund or allow me to replace it. I'm now forced to dispute it with my bank.

Awesome shop! They are super helpful and very knowledgeable of the products they sell. I went on a fun test run and was sold, I love my new GTX. Thanks! Will be back again someday to upgrade parts on the board.

I went in here while shopping for a scooter and they seemed cool enough. This is a facade!I ended out buying else where because of the price I got and the fact that I was able to test ride different models at Alpha Pro Scooters.This business does not offer test drives and does not offer a return or exchange period.Because they seemed nice enough I thought I would give them a second chance to earn my business because I had a nail in my tire so I needed that changed. I reached out to the business ahead of time and they said they would do this. I approached their locked door with my scooter and they turned me away presumably because I did not buy from them.Total douche bags.You ll get better service elsewhere.

This is where I bought my scooter for $1,500 plus tax there friendly, very helpful go there get you a scooter it s worth it it s so so much fun to ride around

This place is all you need for almost any electric board. I will definitely be coming here again. Brian is always friendly and extremely helpful with anything you need.

Brian was awesome, super friendly, and willing to help out. He allowed me to fully demo the board and get a feel for what i wanted to buy. He didn t pressure me into buying anything, which is a breath of fresh air. Also one of the only shops to let you demo new skate tech such as boosted boards, one wheels, and electric bikes and scooters. Awesome experience and would 100% recommend this place to a friend or anyone looking into investing in commuter transportation.

What amazing customer service! This is one of those few times it's actually better to shop in the store.I was looking to buy a Boosted Board online, but couldn't find the helmet I wanted in stock anywhere online so I decided I'd swing by Last Mile to see if they had any in stock, check the sizing and, while I was at it, try out some competitor boards. Jake gave me a run down of what they carried and let me try a bunch of them out. He even offered to stay late so that I could try whatever I wanted. After trying a few of the available boards, I ended up going with the Boosted Board anyway, but I'm glad I got some first hand testing in. Jake stayed even later to check the setup of my board and ring me up. The whole time he was super helpful and there was zero sales pressure.Thanks Brian!

The guys at CaliKites went above and beyond to hook me up with the gear I was looking for. They spent time with me talking over the specific equipment I wanted, and quickly shipped it out to me at a price better than I could have hoped for. When I discovered that I had ordered the wrong size foot straps, they sent me the size I needed with no extra charge for the shipping. I highly recommend this shop!

Bought a boosted board from here and love it. I was able to test a few weeks before I made the purchase. I came in, left a credit card and my ID and took the board for a 20 minute spin. Came back, wanted some more time and the guy working let me go for another ride. He was really helpful and knowledgeable about electric boards! Glad I bought from them. (Heads up- all sales are final, no returns).

Possibly the best retail experience I've ever had. Helpful, knowledgeable, patient. I was trying to decide on an electric skateboard, and Brian listened to my needs and made honest recommendations. Between the customer service, the demo rides, and the service expertise, I felt totally comfortable spending my money there (a big deal with these expensive esk8s!).This place is an amazing resource for anyone looking at a high quality electric skateboard. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This place is great. Jay was super helpful when I went in to purchase my Evolve GTX AT. I had done a bit of research, but Jay spent a bunch of time talking through which board was best for me. He was totally newbie friendly and gladly walked me through every aspect of the different boards I was interested in.One of my motors died and the guys at the store fixed it with a warranty replacement from Evolve within 2 hours. Its definitely a better idea to buy from Last Mile instead of online for exactly that reason. These boards are expensive and sometimes things go wrong, I'd rather have the peace of mind knowing that the store can help me quickly instead of having to deal with stuff over email.

I got a boosted board from last mile and had a great experience! Jay was so friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and helped my choose which board I bought. It was great that I got the opportunity to test ride all of their boards. All of their boards are very high quality, you will not be let down. I had a slight problem with my board recently, and Jay was very helpful in fixing it and taking the next plan of action. I would give this place 6 stars if it was possible!1 tip: It is a little hidden away, a tiny door, and is the same store as cali kites.

These guys are amazing. I have been looking into electric Skateboards for two years and when I was finally ready to make a purchase I called into their shop and they only had two left ins tock of the make and model that I wanted. because they have odd business hours they offered to hold it for me if I put down a deposit. I Spoke with Brian on the phone and he helped me every step of the way. We even ran into some issues with my bank where some other businesses may have just given up on me he continued to work with me and help me out. They even put the All Terrain Kit on my board for me so it was ready when I picked it up. When I arrived to pick it up I met Jay and Jason who were both very very helpful. we laughed and told stories and they informed me that they had even pre-charged my board so that I could ride it as soon as I got home. Before I walked out of the store with the board they even went through a quality check process in front of me to make sure that what I had just bought was working and working correctly. The service I received and the respect and patience as well was absolutely amazing and I look forward to going back and working with them some more in the future. these guys and this shop are truly amazing. If you are looking for an electric long board go here.

Calikites is my go to dealer for whenever I buy new kite gear. Brian and Jake provide great customer service. Recently had a small warranty claim and they really came through. Highly recommend!

Very easy to deal with .professional straight business..no BS Had a flat on my scooter and needed it patched. They recommended a solid tire so I wouldn t have to deal with it again very nice of them. Great experience.

This is not just the LAST MILE its your LAST STOP to a place where Electric Vehicles exist! The guys in the shop, I'm lucky enough to meet, are seriously passionate with what they have, what they sell and what they do. I seriously went there and no product was ever pushed towards me to purchase. I told them what I wanted (King Song KS-18L) and they gave me some advices and some what to expect tips... I dig these guys and Brian... he is very helpful and friendly. He will also go out of his way to give you or get you information regarding the products you are interested in...I pray they are blessed with wealth and success, they are one of the few that deserves a blessing....Roman

This place is grate the staff Jake and Brian are very knowledgeable and cool personable dudes. There product line is top quality. There always available to answer questions or any concerns I have about my scooter. I was recommended this place by a member of my family were both highly satisfied with our purchases and services we've received here. thanks guys

Brian and Zack are great genuine guys, they put up with my probably 10 calls asking questions about their products. I decided to purchase a Dualtron Eagle Pro from them and i'm 100% satisfied. Last Mile SF provides top notch customer service, I will definitely buy my next scooter from them. Support local businesses!

I bought my Monday Gen7 from Last Mile SF, and I've had it for about 3 months. The bike is an absolute tank, and requires very little maintenance (Literally just some chain lube from time to time. Any major maintenance and the bike is supposed to alert you itself) . Brian and all of the guys at this shop are solid. I'd definitely purchase from here again.

My first experience with CaliKites / Last Mile SF was a recent online purchase of a control bar. I'm always a little nervous buying from an online shop I haven't bought from before.There was no need for nervous. My order was shipped promptly and I got exactly what I thought I was buying... at a very competitive price.I'll definitely shop here more and look forward to stopping by the brick and mortar any time I'm in SF.

I purchased my Evolve Carbon GTR from these guys. They were super helpful when I called their shop to inquire about their inventory. They gave me the info I needed and told me they could overnight it for free and I d have it the very next day. They came through with very prompt and friendly service. Do yourself a favor and shop from with these guys if you want fast friendly service from a shop with a nice inventory of awesome stuff.

Bought a scooter here. The person who did the assembly did it incorrectly and the fender rubbed on the tire and errored away the rubber which burst the actual tire and metal wiring inside. I live out of town and was screwed. Led me down a nightmare path to get fixed. These scooters are new to market and will have issues and will be difficult to repair. As scooters become more main stream it will get better but right now proceed cautiously if purchasing and be ready for LOTS of additional maintenance costs.

The guys here are so nice and helpful. They have a great selection of good quality electric boards, which you can test. I stopped by not expecting much and not going to buy anything, and we had a great conversation about the boards, and if I do buy a board, I will definitely get it from here. It is a little confusing because it is on a second story and Google Maps made is confusing, but be sure to check it out.

Bought an Evolve GTX AT board here. Had a great buying experience. I was on the fence about which to buy, and Jay explained everything to me and they had board you could try out! It is a small shop, hard to see from the street but they have a bunch of boards and accessories. Definitely recommend.

Aye , these guys are cooler than some chili cucumbers not spicy. They helped me find the best price were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable ( I like these people) . They sold me a dualtron thunder lol this things pretty fast but I would recommend this store and the service is amazing you can't find that just anywhere. Five six seven eight nine and ten if you were wonder what that was that was the star rating as it went up each moment I was there . Hell yeah!!! Ride safe ps from Mikey mike yee!!

Best ever shop for kite-boarding equipment. Last week new kite finally completed it's travel across the globe from SF to Ukraine. So ... if someone purchase kite so far from home it sounds like good price, excellent service and help from staff. This time I have ordered 9m Duotone Rebel but decided to change it for 10m and Brian arrange this exchange within two days (to San Jose). This was not a first experience but suppose not the last one also. Thanks again.

My Dualtron Eagle Pro arrive today and I picked it up from the store. The people there are nice, helpful and professional. They put together my Dualtron and program the finger print security with me and charge the scooter to full. The Eagle Pro is awesome already put 7 miles on it.
