I had a great experience at Land Rover in San Francisco! It was my first service and I had a service package that I bough. Justin was so helpful, kind, sweet and made sure that I was taken care of. They were a bit short staffed but he did not let that impact my experience. He even went out of his way to make sure I could get my car picked up on a different day because of schedule. I was really impressed with the customer service - Plus Justin even washed my car himself and did a pretty great job. I am glad I decided to bring my car here and look forward to the next service =)

I cant express enough how fast, efficient, and convenient my experience here at Jaguar Land Rover San Francisco was with Andrew Herman. I've jumped through a couple of dealerships, BMW of San Francisco, Porsche of San Francisco, and Mercedes Benz of San Francisco. I love German cars and I've had BMW's since I started driving at 17. My dad gave me his BMW 740! which was too fat to drive around, so I traded that in for a BMW 325i, then went with a Coupe for the 328i. I finally wanted to get out of the box and feel more different. Everyone here in San Francisco seems to be the same with the Porsches and BMW's which I love. But definitely I have always been fond of Jaguar. I stumbled on this amazing dealership online when I saw they had a Jaguar XF available.I put in an inquiry and Andrew Herman reached out to me immediately to see if I was interested. My work hours in real estate conflicted their hours but he was always happy to make things convenient and accommodate, even staying a little later for me to get to see the vehicle. Booked an appoint with him easy and rushed on to the dealership. Being in real estate, I was at awww of their location. A classic and historic building that definitely blended in with the luxury status of Jaguar/ Land Rover. I met Andrew and he greeted me enthusiastically. Went straight away to look at the car and OMG! I fell in love. I was a little shocked, it looked better and bigger in person. I thought it would look like a coupe but it definitely looks and feels like I was going to a black tie event at Buckingham Palace. We took it for a test drive and man, I can't believe how much I was in love with the technology and feel also roar of the car. It took me a few weeks to give it some thought and shop around a little more but eventually I reached back out to Andrew after he offered hispersonal number so incase I want to return. We did one more test drive, this time we cruised around town, Union Square to Yerba Buena, and around my work, Financial District. We shared a few stories and Andrew was great and professional. The vehicle was a head turner, not a lot of people see a Jaguar and also just the roar of the exhaust was to die for. I told him let's make this happen and boom bam, we did it. I was not looking to drop a few bills but Andrew made me feel great about my experience with Jaguar so I shot the gun and dropped a bag.Even after my purchase, there were still a few things I noticed that just needed to be tweaked and he was happy to accommodate getting those small things serviced at my convenience. Overall, it was a smooth and great experience.Thank you Andrew, if anyones looking to get a Jaguar or Land Rover, better check out Andrew, he'll make sure you get a VIP experience.

Big shout out to Andrew at San Francisco Jaguar/Land Rover for the most pleasant car buying experience of our lives. Andrew made the process relaxing, hassle-free, and quite enjoyable. My husband and I felt no pressure and he did everything he could to make buying our Range Rover Sport as efficient and expeditious as possible - including delivering it to our home for our convenience. We asked about a trade-in with a purchase of 1 vehicle they had in stock. The sales agent constantly ignored our request 3 times today and always had an excuse. Not once did he follow up or apologize. The sales agent was more concerned about just selling us a vehicle rather than taking in a trade. Overall, they lost the deal and we found a vehicle elsewhere the same day full purchase.Update: The sales advisor contacted me with an excuse and offered 31k on trade-in, . What BMW i4 out there is 31k that's 8 months old and has low miles? The vehicle was over 65k... This is not even within trade-in value. I would advise people to do their research before buying or selling from this place. I too am from dealer background and these practices are horrible.

FRAUD.AVIOD A HEADACHE and buy your car elsewhere.I was sold a certified used Range Rover, and when it came to repairs, they said it's actually not certified.My car has been sitting at the dealer unrepaired for three weeks and counting. I ve already been in touch with the GM Greg James (no response from him as of 4/18/2024), finance or Sales manager Jeremy (no response either), service manager, etc., etc. The salesman who sold me the car is named Bobby. They re all pointing their fingers at each other and nothing is getting done.Car was purchased March 2024.

My problem with this dealership started the first time I brought the car in for service 5 years ago. It continues to this day as this dealership is unable to fix a problem with the car even though they have fixed it so many times before with confidence!The car went out of warranty while I was experiencing the same issue. I told my service advisor. I didn t think I should have to pay for the repair since I had it in so many times while it was under warranty for the very same problem. The last time they attempted a repair, they kept my car for four days and charged me for the repair. A little over a month later, I have the same problem again.I was advised to leave a message for Yolando Rios regarding my issues. He is the service manager. I have not heard from him.Maybe I need to hire an attorney?

I've bought two cars from here in the last 6 months, and my most recent experience has been nothing short of amazing. I got my car inspected independently before purchase and the sales team were very accommodating - Jeremy and Kylan were helping me through the process and Jeremy even went the extra mile to secure a better rate than I would have gotten through my own FI.Thanks guys, looking forward to purchase #3!

Jaguar Land Rover SFAdil was the best salesman I have come across.He gave us plenty of options. Talked to us and understood our budget and situation. We were apprehensive and anxious about getting into the process. He helped guide us and not once did we feel like we were in too deep or rushed into a decision we would regret.The process of financing and the trade in process went a lot smoother than my wife and I thought.The entire staff made sure we didn t feel like we shouldn t be there or we were wasting their time by being there to inquire about a trade in option. In the end Adil won over a family of customers and my wife has her dream car. Thank you Adil for helping us through this process and journey.

1 star service department beware! My Evoque was in for check engine light. First visit I spent just under $1500 and my car was in the shop for over three weeks.Check engine light came back on while I was driving home. I brought my car back in and after another three weeks and out of pocket another $900 the light came back on once again on my way home.After two weeks in the shop again I was told they didn t have enough technicians to work on my car after a drug problem?I took my car to a local shop that had it fixed within an hour after finding an air hose left loose under the hood.

This dealership has gone downhill!So some backstory to start I ve been a longstanding customer of this dealership since 2007, having bought or leased 10 cars through the years and referring quite a bit of business to this dealership as well. Under its own ownership, you feel valued and are treated well whether you re buying your 10th car or your first car. My business was valued, I was valued.Fast forward to modern day after the dealership was sold to Swickard. I was assured that my business was still important, that I would still be valued. That is definitely not the case.First off, the amount of turnover among the sales team is dizzying. There s no point to know anyone s name because they ll be gone in 2 months. Someone sent me a text to tell me the salesperson I was currently working with has left and they d be taking over; the issue is they addressed the text with some random name, not mine.Secondly, I ordered a replacement car for my expiring lease. The order was placed, but received no follow up until I reached out. They told me the car would arrive at the end of February great! The end of Feb arrived and it s now March and no one has reached out. I decided to go on the website to check their inventory and there it was, listed for sale. No call, no follow ups, no nothing! At this point I decided that my business will go elsewhere. I m disappointed, annoyed, and a bit hurt. I was going to call about the car, but what s the point I ll just order it again from another dealership.I still highly recommend the Service and Parts Dept though, as long as Dimitrios is still there. But if you want to get a new Land Rover or Jaguar, shop around at other Land Rover Jaguar dealerships because loyalty and repeat business has no value with Swickard.

Worse sales experience I've ever experienced. Ordered a Range Rover Autobiography in July. Waited 5 months and told it had arrived and then it was "lost". Nobody can explain where the car went (sure it was sold to someone else) and no alternative option was offered.Attaching printout of the ordering forms showing the car order.Don't shop with Swickard Auto Group. Terrible people.

I visit before I came here many dealer and last one at land rover San Jose dealer. They are very gently And professional, Then I decide to have a look there at San Francisco when I came to them to purchase a car, they didn t find it on his inventory, then he promise me to let the manager Call me after an hour, nobody called me back, then when I come back to take with the manager later on, directly he take to me, Very rudely, arrogant and disrespectful way. so be carful with them.

This is quite possibly the worst car dealership in SF. I made an appointment on the phone to service an issue with our car key and went in today at the scheduled time. They checked me in and put me in the waiting room, only to come back 20 minutes later to tell me that they wouldn't be able to service the car for "at least 3 weeks" because of a backlog of service and I should "have never been able to schedule an appointment". Apparently they outsource their calls to a company in Las Vegas and they don't have communication about what slots/dates are available. Service advisors were unsympathetic and completely rude. A total waste of time. I am driving to Redwood City dealership tomorrow to have the problem addressed.

service department had my vehicle in for a coolant repair and service writer tried to solicit me to pay him cash to do the work at his house. Became hostile when I declined. Would not recommend anyone service vehicle here. Awful.

Dimitrios has always struck me as knowledgeable and responsive to his customers beyond what was expected. For example, he undertook to replace my license plate bulbs at no cost to me, even though I was not aware that they were burned out.

It's been about a month since I purchased my Evoque from LR of SF and I'm happy to give them a full 5 star review. I started my interaction with the dealership with a phone call requesting further information on another car they had on the lot. Per my request all communication was handled over text.I ended up being put in contact with my sales person, Rory Yellin. Rory was incredibly patient with me as I went back and forth between two cars. He was courteous, knowledgeable and was most concerned with me being happy with my purchase. I'd highly recommend working with Rory, and if you want to spot him in the dealership, he's right up front by the door.Once I decided on the car I wanted (Evoque Dynamic) their finance department worked on getting great rates from local credit unions and made the transaction seamless. I was only offered one "add-on" during signing, which was a nice departure from other dealers. I was in and out of the finance process in under an our.With about 2,000 miles driven so far, my Evoque has been flawless. I've enjoyed the quick natured turbo motor around town, the great AWD in Tahoe snow and the perfect size for city parking. Even though the car is several years old I keep getting compliments on my "brand new car"I'll be back when i'm ready to pull the trigger on a defender :)

This dealership is absolutely beautiful and has nothing but the best in their inventory. If I m ever looking to buy another vehicle in the future I would be happy to do business with them again.

This place treats people absolutely disgusting .I purchased a New Mercedes to ensure I never have to go back to this place in my life I m traumatized I thought I was buying a Luxury vehicle , Nothing was luxury about this unkept , filthy Service center with a cold waiting area and graveyard of broken vehicles .Do not take your car here !!! Car sat for 40+ days in the graveyard and upon pick up overheated . Don t come to this location for anything outside of a keychain or license plate holder . They treat customers like gum on the bottom of a shoe , they are misleading with information and running a scam on 90% of the people that walk in the door in detail I wrote an honest review of my experience and they paid to have it taken down .. why ? Because you don t want people to know what actually takes place in this greedy , misleading establishment ! If you can afford a Range Rover you can absolutely afford to purchase something Luxury and be treated like a human being . Don t say I didn t warn you .This establishment needs to be looked into by the BBB and yes it s that serious !

I would like to express my appreciation for salesman Josh, who provided excellent service during my experience. He was truly wonderful to work with. However, I did encounter an issue regarding a $3,000 gap in the final numbers due to a tax calculation discrepancy caused by the software used for pre-commitment of sales numbers. Unfortunately, the team did not adhere to the agreed-upon numbers, and it is evident that they are aware of the issue since both software systems belong to them. Despite this setback, I still wanted to acknowledge Josh's exceptional customer service.
