After my car was fixed, I thought I would never ever go there. If a customer comes to you for a puncture, and insists that he doesn't want a new tire, you should not install a new tire and ask him to pay, especially if it was not covered by the insurance and that is a main concern for him. Also, when you install a new tire, you are expected to do alignment too. I shouldn't have to return the car for another round of service and be charged another bill. Remember that you can only milk a customer once, but if you treat them right, you can have them for life. You'd never ever see me again and I make sure nobody in my circle ever visits you to have the same experience.

I spoke with Kirill about replacing the water pump in my 2004 Saturn L300 wagon. He had me in the next morning and had the job done by the next. I also had them do an oil change for me while my car was in their shop. They did a great job at both! Definitely recommended!

I was quoted $4,000 at the Audi service center to unclog and and replace the sunroof tubes and replace the upper timing cover on my car. I got it done at KSH for $800 total and they were so fast, very communicative, and gave me an honest breakdown of their pricing at the end. Going back to these guys every single time.

I have taken a few of my vehicles over the last 10 years to KSH and I have always left there feeling content that what I brought it there for has been fixed and that I didn t pay more then i needed to. That s asking a lot in the car repairs space..we all know the nightmare scenarios of trying to find a mechanic who s work crew and himself are competent and know what their doing, not over stating the work that needs to be done, padding the cost of the bill for that shop or worse claiming to have fixed or replaced a part that they didn t even touch but charges you anyway. Well I can say without a doubt none of those kinds of practices are occurring here! It s been an honest and reputable mechanics garage from performing service on my Mercedes to a couple of jaguars I ve owed to yet another jaguar, the only reason I can afford to keep a unique car around like a jag of any year, is because of decent mechanics that work at KSH AUTOMOTIVE IN SAN FRANCISCO! Give them a try, you won t regret it. The proof is on all of the many authentic customers who have left positive feedback steadily for years! That s earned not given lightly.

After experiencing a dealership trying to up sale for services not needed at 10,000 miles on odometer for tires & brake works, I had to search for a new mechanic to rely on all the needs my car would require.By word of mouth recommendation, I choseKSH for overall inspection that includes tires and brakes, and a regular maintenance work. The service I received was top of the line, above and beyond my expectations. It was performed with top-notch professionalism, courtesy, thoroughness, and ultimate care with promptness. This was quality of service rarely found elsewhere, but has been existed in the heart of San Francisco! If you live in the Bay Area, I would strongly recommend to contact Kirill for any service your vehicle might need.

Straightforward + no upsell. Took my car here after a bad experience with another shop and he walked me through where they were wrong + what they missed by showing me the parts from my car, etc. Honest team which I really value when looking for car servicing.

Took the car in for an engine noise, spent $1000 to fix a long with tire rotation. Their fix didn't solve the problem, and also I experienced new tire bumping noise after rotation. Took the car back to the shop three times, and each time the owner wouldn't look at it, and told me that everything is ok, loud noises is normal on a Toyota Corolla.

Truly Fast, reliable, affordable!!!I was just traveling through town and my car broke down mid-city commute. Luckily I had time to get an estimate from a non-local mechanic friend and started to call around local shops for estimates while awaiting for the tow to arrive. KSH was not only nearly the cheapest in town, the owner Kirill communicated so clearly, gave me a thorough estimate with cost break down, and a very clear timeframe. I brought my car right over. As I was on a road trip, I had most of what I own in my trunk. I was in a very vulnerable situation (except for having close friends in town). The next morning Kirill followed through with communicating his timeframe, the part arrived just when we estimated and he completed it timely. At the end, my car was fixed fast, he kept his word every step of the way, and charged me the same estimate he gave me initially, and all my valuables were just as I left then.Thank you, thank you.

Kirriil is whip smart and doesn't waste any time. My transmission light had gone off and I was worried especially since I barely drive and have less than 50K miles on my vehicle. He started at his computer, talking to himself pondering the mystery when suddenly --DING DING DING---he cracked the code! It was a sensor issue that's common in my vehicle. I was able to corroborate that as over the years, I've had numerous warning lights go off that turned out to be false alarms and the mechanics would just turn the lights off. But I would still feel uneasy not knowing if and when there was a real problem, would my sensor be reliable? Without my even raising the question he and his employee tracked down the new sensor I needed to have a more reliable reading in the future! You can tell his employees also respect him and it's just a high vibes kind of place: humor, professionalism, efficiency, and personableness.

Very professional. I had an issue with my Pacifica Chrysler minivan. I had a strange clicking sound and showed it to a many mechanics, even to a Stewart Chrysler Dealer, where my car was under warranty at that time. The estimate prices were ridiculous and everyone was telling me about different problems. Tryed a few of them,but nothing worked. Then I heard about Kirill and decided to try one more time. And, oh MAGIC! He find the problem and fixed it for the very reasonable price. I didn't write a review right away and now after few months later I can say that I am very very happy! He also fixed the problem that my son had with his car. I will definitely recommend him!

Friendly, fast and fair!I highly recommend KSH Automotive to anyone. I am so impressed by their excellent customer service, automotive expertise, and professionalism. It is so nice knowing that I have somewhere to take my vehicle when there s a problem. I appreciate how they go the extra mile. They fixed my stereo in the process of fixing my car, and graciously helped me on the phone when I was experiencing a car problem. It is so rare to experience such excellent customer service and workmanship like I did at KSH Automotive. You guys are so awesome that you actually make me look forward to my car breaking down again! I really wanted to like this place. They seem nice. I came here because of all these positive reviews. However, I did not have as much luck as everyone else. I dropped my car off early in the morning. I was told I would be called when "he got back." KSH called and I described the oil leak in my car. I was told I would get a call back when they knew what happened. Did not hear anything all day. Next day, did not hear anything. Finally at 3:30pm, I called. "Oh yeah, it is ready." I had no idea what was wrong or what had happened. I showed up, they couldn't remember what they had done to the car at first. Finally said, "Oh, yeah" and explained. Charged me only $40. Which was great! Except when I got to my car the next weekend for a vacation roadtrip to find the oil leak was still there. Cancelled my plans. Took the car to the dealership (ugh, hate paying those prices.) They found the actual problem.

Great, straightforward, honest, fast service without any upselling. Gave me good insight into my vehicles issues and did only the work needed without trying to sell me a bunch of work I didn't need like many shops would do. I'm very happy to find an honest mechanic in SF.

Kirill and his staff are helpful, professional, kind and speedy. My car is 13 years old and has an unsightly dent-- many mechanics try to upsell me on unnecessary services and take advantage of me being a young woman, KSH never does so. They always give fair prices and are quick with their service. I always go back here!

My 2003 Honda Element had some suspension issues that got pretty bad over time because I had so much anxiety about finding a good honest place to take vehicle for repairs.KSH diagnosed the issue and rgot me right in and repaired. They were professional, friendly, and I didn't leave feeling unsure.My car is riding smooth and the price was extra fair. Far less than I expected.I recommend using KSH auto repair.

My breaks were making a terrible noise & I knew I needed new break pads. In the past this would cost me a pretty penny, so I was not looking forward to replacing them. However, Yelp came in very KLUTCH & a quick search of a mechanic by my work led me to KHS. I put in a call at 930 asking if I could come by, they took me right then. The owner was efficient, friendly & called an hour after letting me know my options. By 130 my car was done & the bill came up half of what I was expecting to pay. I could not be happier!! All these 5 star reviews are TRUTH!! Glad I found my new TL mechanic.

Kiril is the most honest person I have ever dealt with in the automotive industry. I don t even ask how much something will cost anymore because I have total faith in any work he does. I would not consider going anywhere else. In fact, today I drove my mini van from Marin to him with a door stuck wide open - that s tells you everything you need to know about KSH.

Excellent auto body repair shop. They have fixed my Prius V in no time. I had a few scratches and a dented bumper. Everything was done quickly and with high quality. Kirill, the owner, worked with insurance company so it was hassle free for me. Thank you for your awesome work!

Krill is a honest guy that loves what he does! He worked on my 2018 honda accord, changing out my fuel injectors saving me thousands compared to the dealer. Will definitely be back.

Kiril is the best - I have been going to him for years. I found him on Yelp and he had like 50 five star reviews and he deserves every single one of them. He s honest and fast and fair I never question anything he does. It s along story but I went to him when some thief mechanic in Novato tried convincing me my minivan needed like 7000 dollars work - I brought it to Kiril and showed him what the other guy proposed and it turned out it needed NONE of it. Just an oil change. He could have easily said great news, only needs 4K worth of work or something like that - he didn t and he wouldn t. Go to Kiril - you won t regret it.

I smacked my new Leaf hard into a parking pillar. Kirill has been my longtime mechanic , so when I learned that he also has an auto body repair shop, I took my car to KSH. I trust Kirill's mechanic skills unconditionally and I was glad to see that his business did the same excellent auto body repairs on my Leaf. He took care of all issues with my insurance company, did the repairs quickly, and made the car look as good as new.
