Came here after another shop quoted me several thousand dollars to fix some marks and minor scuffing in the paint around my rear window. Kai was able to remove the marks in about 10 minutes, and didn t even charge me. I would highly recommend this shop, they really take care of their customers. I will definitely be coming back if I need body work done in the future.

I damaged my Tesla S front bumper pulling out of my garage yesterday. Tesla recommended Karry's and they had excellent online reviews so I sent an inquiry. Not only did Kai respond on the same day but he juggled his calendar to accommodate me this AM.I showed up expecting an estimate and return trip for repair. Kai met me himself and told me if I could wait 10 -15 MINUTES he could complete the repair. Unbelievable and outstanding service.I now know why this business has such great reviews and a reputation for responsiveness and fair treatment. I went over a speed bump too fast and had plastic dragging under my car. Called Karrys and they were the only shop willing to look at my car so close to closing. They fixed it in no time! AAAND checked my tires! Overall Karry s has a Super Kind team. They re thorough, and honest!!!!

This shop repaired my car at a very affordable rate and quickly. Other shops estimated my car would be out a week and for $600 more than what they quoted me for. As a single hustling mom, I cannot thank them enough so that I can get back to my family. Love this shop - choose them each and every single time.

I had a great experience with karry's collision center. I personally don't know much about cars, but a friend had recommended Kai to me. He made sure I understood everything and guided me through the process step by step. I felt really at ease knowing that my car was in great hands. 10/10 with immaculate customer service because who would personally drive the car back to their customers? Kai did. Was also very happy with the skilled workmanship of the repairs I got for the car.

The level of service and skill at Karry s is always exceptional as they go above and beyond to make sure your car gets fixed perfectly in a timely manner. Kai, the owner, is really thorough and friendly, and he consistently updated me on all matters and handled all communication with my insurance to make sure that my car got fixed quickly and without any work or stress on my end. I never had to reach out asking about any updates as he made sure to communicate thoroughly.I recently got into a crash and brought my car to Karry s again and they pushed to get my car done quickly and back to me before the long weekend - without me even asking! Cannot rate highly enough! So impressed with Kai and his team here. Kai got us in same-day for an estimate, worked with our insurance company, kept us updated throughout the process, and went above and beyond to finish the work before a long holiday weekend. They returned our car sparkling clean, vacuumed, so much better than we left it! We would absolutely go back to Karry's Collision Center (though hope we won't need to!).

They were able to schedule me for an estimate on short notice. Kai buffed out the scratches and assessed the car same day and didn t charge me a thing! He was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

If you re looking for a trustworthy auto body shop that does great work, stop your search now because you ll get that and more here at Karry s! Kai was quick to respond and the price paid at the end was exactly what they quoted in the beginning. They also added a lot of extras with no charge. You can tell they re not only skilled and have a high attention to detail, but love what they do. Highly recommend using them, you won t be disappointed!

Kai is amazing. I side-swiped my Audi Q3 and had damage on read door and fender. Kai fixed it all and FAST - within 1.5 weeks.His prices are extremely competitive and he delivers top notch service. He called me each step along the way in repairing my call to give me status and when he had to order an extra part he didn't expect.The car turned out amazing - like new! To top it off, he delivered my car sparkling new cleaning it inside and out.Dont think twice and go to Karry's Collison Center. There's a reason they have all 5 star reviews!

I crashed my Honda very badly and looked for a professional, customer-oriented and honest outfit to help me bring my car back. I called Karry's and talked to Baylon, the shop manager, and he fit all of these criteria and more!I called to see his finished product at his shop and he was more than accommodating to let me see his work. I went the next day and he proceeded to tell me the process from start to finish. He even went above and beyond by texting me photos and video updates upon my request. I was very impressed and have never received this kind of service in the automotive repair industry. He handled everything insurance related from scheduling the insurance adjuster to calling them about my rental.At the end of my experience, I was more than happy and there was nothing I could talk negatively about. Baylon is an amazing human being and understands people. He will work with you and wants to understand your intentions/ expectations with the repair. I will be bringing my car back for any auto body needs in the future.

Impeccable, efficient, responsive, any other positive superlative you want to use. This is the place you want to call if you have any body damage or repairs that need to be done.My car has had a few bumps and bruises over my 8 years of use, including a front bumper that had taken some damage which was worsened by a minor traffic collision about a month before I came here. Worried that the bumper was essentially falling off, and since my car also needed to be serviced, I called my mechanic and asked if they did any body work. They said no but mentioned that essentially all their customers go to Karry's and so I gave them a call. I got on the phone with Kai and he told me to bring the car in first thing the next morning to get it looked at. When I did, he asked me what my goal was for the car(complete restoration, quick fix to get it functional, etc.) and was able to give me an assessment within 5 minutes - the more expensive option of getting the entire bumper replaced or quicker/cheaper option of cleaning up and gluing/riveting the bumper back in place. He and his team were able to do the latter in just 15-20 minutes, during which they also cleaned up some of the dents in my car along with my headlights without me asking. Through the entire process Kai walked me through what was going on.As if doing a fast and excellent job wasn't already enough, when I came to ask them how much the service was, they said it was no charge because it was such a quick fix and it didn't cost them any parts. Overall, the best experience I've ever getting my car repaired, and while I hope I don't need additional repairs anytime soon I know that if I do, I'm heading straight back to Karry's.

I've never had to have body work done to a car before. It's a cheap beater that I've been driving for seven-eight years, so I wasn't even sure whether fixing it would cost more than it was worth.Karry's was recommended by my favorite garage, Pat's, so I was confident I wouldn't get shafted by them, at least. Turned out, they far exceeded my expectations in every way.They fixed the bumper and panel, beautifully, but did so much more, too - instead of the after market panel I would have expected, they got a genuine replacement piece for my '01 Civic from Honda. They cleaned and vacuumed my interior as well as a detailer would have, cleaned my long-dim headlights and replaced a bulb that went out. They found an ancient $100 bill jammed somewhere under my seat that I had no idea was there, and gave it to me when I picked the car up (!). Can't imagine a better casual proof of trustworthiness. It looks like a completely different car, and I'm pretty sure they added a good decade or more to its useful life. Oh - and it came in cheaper than the estimate they gave me.To say I recommend them would be a considerable understatement. They made me very happy.

Strongly recommend! The service here was excellent -- fast turnaround, professional in their assessment and work, and extremely kind and helpful. When they fixed a scratch on my bumper, they were faster and also better priced than another place that was recommended to me. Huge thanks to Kai and team!

Following an auto accident i Googled the 3 collision repair centers offered by the insurance company and none of them had consistent reviews. I am glad that I selected Karry s Collision Center. I went in for some dents and scratches I had accumulated in SF over one year. Kai helped me, he was super helpful. In a couple of minutes he made all of the dents look not bad without any charge. Will definitely go back to them to get these properly fixed, but this bought me more time. Kai didn't push me to get these fixed in the most expensive way possible but did a free practical solution

My car got jacked into one night and as I had my glove box closed. The looter/s broke into it took whatever they could find in the car and left a huge dent in the back. Now I was stuck with this issues.My first choice was a BMW certified Collision center but after the estimate I realized I could by another used car with that money. So now I wanted to find a good repair shop.After looking up some reviews on Yelp I went to 3 different shops and got estimates. Even though Karry's was the highest I saw them working on bmws and realized that they have experience working on BMWs.I called my insurance company they told me to drop my car at Karry's and once I dropped my car Kai and my insurance agent worked out on getting my car repaired at much cheaper rate than the BMW cert center.Kai followed up with me on the repairs and installed the glove box and fixed my dent and painted it exactly as my car color. I cannot tell a difference. Attached are the before and after pics.There were a couple of minor scratches I noticed on the car and also there was an issues with the automatic lock in the rear door which fixed on its own. Though I am gonna give them a benefit of doubt and move on as I am not sure if it's wear and tear or it happened during repair.But the overall quality of fixing the dent and painting it and installing the glove box was excellent. They also gave me some paint to use it for old scratches around the car.

Excellent service and work. My car looks great!Someone hit my front bumper while it was parked. I called Karry s after I called another body shop and it was going to take 2-1/2 - 3 weeks to fix. Kai was able to see my car right away and schedule it for repair quickly. They are very professional and kept me informed about the schedule of repair. Did I mention they have great service? They cleaned my car outside and inside. I didn t recognize it! It looked so good. Would recommend.

Had a recent consult with Kai at Karry's Collision and I can't recommend them enough. Kai was extremely helpful and informative- he gave me some great advice on what to do with some light body damage on my Honda. 10/10 service, thank you Kai!

The entire experience at Karry's, from the initial phone call to my initial visit to the final pick up was flawless and actually quite enjoyable -- which is rare to say in the automotive world. Kai was my contact throughout the entire process and was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to communicate with. I had to get a tow hook latch painted to match the rest of the bumper. During my initial visit, my car paint code and a computerized scan of my paint color were both taken and used -- and the result (which they were able to turn around in 1 day) was great! And amazingly Kai didn't charge me for the job. I am truly thankful to Kai and the team for the perfect experience and would happily refer anyone to Karry's.

Amazing place!! I went to Karry's Collision center for some minor work (needed side view mirrors replaced, a dent hand pulled, etc), and they did a fantastic job on it! This took about 45 minutes of time for the workers, but they decided to do it pro bono - I suspect the dealership would have charged much more.They also removed a bunch of oxidation off the headlights and buffed a bit of the car where there were minor scratches. Would definitely go back if I need anything and recommend this place highly.Service: Body & Trim

The quality of service, time it took to complete, and price were great. Simon was very knowledgeable, flexible, and thorough. He kept his word on the time to complete and price was the best compared to other body shops. The fix to my bumper looks awesome. I highly recommend this place, but suggest you call to make an appointment because it is in San Francisco and the property is pretty full with other cars. Take into consideration traffic and parking too.
