Just absolutely amazing customer service fixing of my car was in a timely manner. Especially us women have a fear of trusting people because people take advantage that we dont know but this place is so honest and helps more than usual. I felt so comfortable!!! Reliable, excellent customer service, kept me updated, honest, and just so freakin helpful!!! Oh so ACCOMMODATING!!! Oh and they cleaned my dirty car inside and out and shines my wheels which had nothing to do with fixing it. Just a remarkable place! God bless these people.

Come here if you want excellent customer service from highly skilled auto body technicians!I made a huge mistake by jacking up my car in the wrong place, which severely dented my rear floor pan. The misalignment from the dent rendered my folding third row seat unusable because they were no longer able to lock in place. I tried to fix it by hammering it down myself with no success. I received ridiculously high quotes from several auto body shops who told me that they could not guarantee being able fix the car.Normally, I would avoid the downtown/tenderloin area when looking for services since traffic can be horrible in those areas, but I was referred to Fix Auto by someone who has used their services before and am so glad I listened to their recommendation. I was blown away by the customer service, fair price, and how quickly they were able to repair my car. My third row seats are usable again! I have nothing but gratitude towards Karry and his team and I can't thank them enough.TL;DRJacked up car on wrong spot and messed up floor plan. Fix Auto fixed the problem with amazing service and speed. Thank you Karry and the Fix Auto Team!

My car was stolen and recovered (fortunately), but a rear window was broken, the fender scratched, and the steering column destroyed/ripped apart with the ignition left dangling. Fix Auto did an amazing job, keeping me informed as they encountered supply chain issues/dealer issues, calling me with questions about the car, and attending to details, including cleaning the car before returning it to me. Honestly, my car looks better than it did before the damage. Excellent customer service , prompt, polite, knowledgeable - truly unusual to encounter this level of service anymore. 10+Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

These guys were honest, punctual and their estimate was cheapest of three places I went for quotes. My car was repaired on time, returned sparkling clean (inside and out). Recommend.And they're convenient to Muni and Bart, even though they are in the heart of the 'Loin, in a challenging hood. Easy to get to my work in FiDi.Would definitely come here again.

If you want a shop that knows what their doing and keep you in the loop of things this is a excellent shop.Whether it s thru your insurance or not they are very well commutative from the beginning process of your estimate for repairs, cost and time.Very efficient and knowledgeable so things get completed in a efficient time Regardless of their location which is not a upscale area but they deliver a upscale work!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our car was broken into and in a day, the team here not only fixed the window but also fully cleaned all the broken glass out of the car and washed the outside. They were all super helpful and responsive when we called to check in as we needed a quick turnaround. Thank you!!!

Got into a fender bender and need a good reputable auto body shop. My sister had use Fix Auto SF before and had a great experience so I thought I bring it over there. They made the process painless and easy!I contacted them and spoke with Liz who explained that I could bring the car in and they could deal with the insurance as long as I had the claim number. Can't get easier than that right? I dropped off the car to them, they had me sign some papers and that was it. The handled the difference with the insurance company from the insurance estimate (from pics), to what the actual damages were. I did not need to get involved at all. About 10 days or so, they called me to let me know my car was ready for pickup, I went did a couple of signatures and got my car back.One thing I wanted to note that they really did a fantastic job on the repair. And they cleaned up the car - washed and vacuumed - so the car was not dusty at all! They really returned my car back in pristine condition. Thank you for Liz and everyone at Fix Auto for making this a hassle free process! Recommend them 100% if you are looking for a legit auto body place!

I can not tell you how amazed and pleased I am with the service I received from Karry s auto body. They gave me a great price for the repair to my car, they got me a discount for the rental ($25/day!) and they completed the work on time. They also detailed the inside and polished the outside. In addition to repairing the damage they also buffed out some other scratches - all at no extra charge. They are super nice and I couldn't be more pleased. Well worth the trip from Marin, where I live, to have this work done.!

I can not recommend this place more highly! This was by far the most positive car maintenance experience I have ever had. Liz and Rachel were both extremely professional, accommodating and communicative. They originally gave me an ETA for completion and when I told them I would need the car back sooner they expidited the process and got my car back 2 weeks early! They sent me regular status updates and kept me well informed. I am so grateful for their service. Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

This shop is amazing! It was my first accident and within 30 minutes somebody was sent to tow my car to the shop. They did a very good job on my car and in a timely manner. Karry's Auto Body did a great job with my front fender and bumper. It's difficult to trust someone with your car and to get the car to look as good as possible, and these guys went the distance. Liz worked with me to schedule and work around my time schedule. When I was dropping off the car, Karry introduced himself to me and he thanked me for my business. That little conversation really went a long way to make me feel like I was leaving my car with someone that was genuinely going to look out for it. When I got the car back, it looked better than I could have imagined. These guys are great! Any future body work, I'm coming back to them.

They are professional and did an excellent job on my S2000. The paint job was fabulous. Communication was excellent to let me know the status of workflow and let me have an option to make decision on hidden problems.They could have just fixed the hidden problems and I would have never found out, but they let me know and give me option. Fix Auto did a fantastic job repairing my bumper which was damaged. I was paying out of pocket so they knocked down the labor price. They also only originally quoted to repair the hatchback and not the bumper. Instead of charging me extra, they took care of it for free because they knew the job wouldn t have been done without it.I was promised a couple of phone call status updates that never happened but when I did call the folks were a pleasure to work with which you don t usually find at auto shops.They also detailed the inside of my car which was totally above and beyond.I hope I don t need to go back anytime soon but if I do I will definitely go back to themServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent job by Fix Auto on Eddy. They repaired my dented door, smashed window and sliced up door card with a level of excellence that was unbelievable. My car looks better than new and the exquisite cleaning/detailing they gave it inside and out was both unexpected and greatly appreciated. My front bumper got hit and needed to be changed plus the grill. Fix Auto really made sure everything will be taken care of by also checking under and also repaired my hood to align it back. Great service! Had my car fixed looking brand new. Excellent customer service by Liz with detailed information provided very quickly. All the staff were very friendly and did a very nice job on my bumpers front and back. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Karry s Auto Body!! They really did a great job with my front bumper. It s legit and the price is reasonable. The staff are very helpful with all my doubts and concerns about my 350z. I m definitely coming back to repair my car in the future.

Karry and his crew consistently do a great job! I've been a customer for over 10 years and I've never been disappointed. I got a quote from another place that was 3x more expensive for the same job in twice the time. Karry gave me a quote right away and was able to do the job while I waited. A Hidden Jem in the Tenderlion. This review is for the customer service experience I had with the front desk she said her name was Liz and she was super helpful with all my questions regarding my car and what I needed to get fixed and some other car questions that I was concerned about. She gave me great quotes in town and she was also very informative and resourceful when I ask about widow services when I had a broken window. So far this will definitely be my go to person when I need assistance.

I love this place!! The staff are all very helpful and I actually got my car back sooner than I expected (which I know may not always be the case but still, I was happy). The quality of their work is amazing. Will definitely come back here for any more work I need in my car

Repair shop was recommended by my auto insurance company. Repair work was completed fast and car looks great! Shop communicated with me regularly through phone and text. I highly recommend their services.

I was involved in a minor accident, so I had to deal with the grief of dealing with insurance claim and finding a repair shop.I was fortunate to be recommend to this shop.
