Five stars for Juffy Lube on Van Ness Street! Every visit here is a breeze, thanks to their excellent service. Kenneth welcomed me warmly, jotting down my details with a smile. He patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. In less than 30 minutes, I was back on the road, enjoying the comfy waiting room with news on TV and plenty of seating. Wilson efficiently explained the payment breakdown and service details. Plus, they even cleaned my car! Leaving feeling confident, I highly recommend checking their website for money-saving coupons. A top-notch experience every time!.

I ve never written an internet review in my life. That said, I got here at 4:32 for an oil change. No one in line and they close at 5pm. They refused to change my oil since they were closing. I ve been to multiple jiffy lubes and it s never taken 30 minutes. I get wanting to leave early on a Sunday, but it was pretty ridiculous. Apparently Jiffy Lube doesn t do things in a jiffy and hates money. Never going to another one again.

I was excited to give 5 stars because the guy was real nice and seemed efficient but then after losing 2 quarts of oil in the past month I had to crawl under my truck to find the WRONG OIL FILTER installed. I paid near $100 because I am disabled and struggle to change my own oil but it looks like that's what I need to do from now on I can't trust anyone else to do itVERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Incredibly unprofessional

Wilson, the manager, welcomed us with great respect. We had lost the serpentine belt installed by ANOTHER Jiffy Lube 2 weeks earlier, on our trip north to San Francisco. I had the car towed to the shop and he assured me that he would get the correct belt on and have it installed asap. As it turns out, the incident also drain my battery, so Wilson got us the appropriate battery to replace ours.Kudos to the District Manager for having Wilson as your face in the Marketplace.

Wow, this is a differently arranged center... This is the biggest jiffy lube around Fast friendly service can get your car serviced in under 15 min.

Quick and precise service if you tell them exactly what you need to be done. They will check your engine air filter, and cabin air filter... just make sure if you want OEM, that is original equipment manufacturer parts.

Buyer BEWARE... most coupons (eg, as you may receive by email) are effectively SCAMS, no matter their source -- ie, many local JL shops will simply NOT honor them. However -- those same shops will also typically refuse to confirm/deny the coupons' validity prior to servicing your vehicle -- a VERY shady business practice at best. I'm unlikely to ever return, although I've used their typically efficient/affordable service for several decades now...

I just tried to bring my Fiat 500 in for an oil change. I've been here many times before and have typically paid around $60-70. Today, they quoted me $130 for a basic oil change and when I asked why the price had doubled, all the person could say was "that's just what we charge for these German cars these days." To which I replied, this is Italian. And then he just lumped all European cars together and said that $130 is just what it costs now.I feel like doubling your prices within a year or two is a bit steep so I drove away.

Claimed to only have the most expensive oil for my car and wouldn t accept a coupon from their website. Do not recommend. At least they were fast.

I typically dread visiting a mechanic for basic maintenance, and tend to handle it myself. Today was great, just a basic oil/filter change, a quick inspection, and no hard upsell to fix more things. In-and-out in under 20mins. Very satisfied.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

If I could give 0 stars, I would do it.Here is the story. Visited the shop on Friday morning to get my brakes changed. Was told they don't have time right now, but they can order parts and I can come back early morning Monday. So we agreed. Excited.So I arrived on Monday, 8:10AM, first customer. I pulled in. The mechanic already knew I came for the brakes. Cool, I felt like this is going smoothly.Well, the first thing I was told was that they don't have anyone to do it. Pardon me? I asked him, why they did not call me or email me. It took me an hour to get there + I paid a toll over GG + took time off from work. He just smiled.I was told maybe on Tuesday. Maybe at 11AM. Maybe.Sorry, I don't live on maybe conditions. So if you want to have your oil changed, I guess they are good. If you want anything else, this is probably not the place. They are totally irresponsible and if there is a manager, this is his failure too.Service: Brakes

It was time for an oil change, and I figured it was time for a tire rotation, too, so I called up the Van Ness location to find out if they had the oil and filter needed for my vehicle. Wilson said yes, so I went in.Was greeted by a woman (no name tag, forgot to ask) who was nice and informative. I wanted to find out about using coupons, and she said they could be used together. Had one for $16 off oil change, and one for 15% off ancillary needs.I was told it would take about 30 minutes, but it wound up being closer to 45-50, I think. I wasn't in a hurry, so it didn't really matter to me. I'm glad they did a thorough check.In addition to the tire rotation and oil change, Wilson let me know that the air filter was pretty dirty (he did show it to me and it did look pretty bad), so they changed that out, too.Overall a great experience. I would take away 1/2 star, only because of the extra time. I don't mind that it took longer, but would've preferred an overestimate rather than an underestimate.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Extremely unhelpful with any service outside of oil changes. Misdiagnosed an issue with my car and charged me hundreds of dollars for a service that didn t solve the issue I came for.

1st visit: Great team at this location and gave super helpful advice of services to get done and were extremely fair on pricing and work that they suggested to have done2nd visit: overinflated 3/4 of my tires after rotation leading to me needing to readjust all tire pressures.

Great service!! They washed my car and vacuumed my seats while I was waiting in line, so by the time my car was up to get serviced, it only took 10 minutes tops. Very efficient. Will absolutely be going here again for oil changes in SF.

Very bad it has been 2 times in 2 days . Coming here to just get and car inspection for and uber . First day they said we are having a problem with our computer system . Come back tomorrow. I went next day . There was a only one car in there .the guy came i told him what I am here for . Then he said just stay in the car i will be with you . He went work on the other car and never came back to me . I was waiting for 20 min jn the car . Then i just went to the guy and asked him if they will do my car inspection or they are just chilling and all of 5 employees are gonna work on one car .5 employees working on one car .The business owner has to make sure that . Their employees are doing they are job . Not ignoring the customers.
